키토산 마이크로 플레이크와 그 제조방법 - 발명의 요약 -

  • 본 발명은 키토산으로 이루어진 무수히 많은 갯수의 박막필름이 시트 평면에 수직, 수평 또는 경사 방향으로 일정간격의 공간을 유지하면서 적충되어서 라멜라구조를 형성하고 이 박막필름들이 일정한 간격으로 가지런히 나열되어 형성된 키토산 마이크로 플레이크로 이루어진 층상 격막시트에 관한 것이다. 두께 $1\mu{m}$내지 $50\mu{m}$로 라멜라구조를 이루는 키토산 박막필름이 $1\mu{m}$내지 $10000\mu{m}$의 공기간격을 두고 누적층을 형성하고 시트평면과$0^{\circ}C$내지$180^{\circ}C$사이의 일정 각도로 균일하게 배열되어 있어 수직, 수평 또는 경사방향으로 키토산 박막필름이 가지런히 배열되어 있는 키토산으로 조성된 수용성 층상 격막시트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 키토산을 약산성 액상에서 용해, 숙성 시켜 추출 고화 시키는 과정에서 수직, 수평 및 경사방향으로 키토산 마이크로 플레이크가 층상 라멜라구조를 이루는 키토산 격막시트를 형성시켜 줌으로 임상의학적 적용시 각각의 키토산 박막필름 사이의 균일한 공간으로 다양한 약물의 적용이 가능하며 특히 액상의 약재를 적용시 모세관의 원리에 따라서 약물이 원활하게 공급되는 약전성이 매우 우수하고 약물의 포집성이 획기적으로 부과된 재료로 사용될 수 있으며 키토산을 용해시켜 이용하는 산업에서 물에 신속하고 완전한 용해특성을 나타내는 키토산 원료물질로 사용될 수 있는 것이다.

  • Recently, the plane strain puch stretching test(called PSST) has been developed and used successfully in the evaluation of the press formability of automotive steel sheets. In this paper, the optimum punch geometry of the original PSST tool was investigated by the FEM analysis. The puch length, crown and corner radius are chosen to be optimized according to the Taguchi's experiment technique with the $L_4$ orthogonal array.

  • In this paper, we studied the design and fabrication of $2{\times}2$ array-type microstrip patch antenna to be used in wireless communication systems operating at around 5GHz band. To obtain wide bandwidth and high gain, antenna parameters such as patch size, inter patch space are simulated by HFSS(High Frequency Structure Simulator). From these parameters, the $2{\times}2$ array-type microstrip patch antenna is fabricated using FR-4 substrate. The measured results of the antenna are as follows: The center frequency of 5.06GHz, insertion loss of -44dB, bandwidth of 200MHz, and VWSR of 1.1.

  • This paper proposes an algorithm that estimates three dimensional array shape calibration about the bottom-mounted sensor array. under the assumption that the active sources are in the far-field with unknown positions. Under some assumptions. we calculate the sensor positions via an algebraic solutions of a least squares problem that the linear equations are related to the sensor positions and directions or arrival. We give examples of algorithm performance from both computer simulations and sea test. We also illustrate the performance of sensor positions estimation as a function of time delay estimation variance and the distribution of the localizing sources.

  • Recently, GPS(Global Positioning System) array antenna technology is generally used and widely adopted as a national infrastructure structure and aero-vehicles for protection the GPS signal reception. Until now, the 2-dimensional planar array is universally used for its applications in the array antenna signal processing, however relatively higher altitude air vehicles such as UAV experiences additional null zones induced by low altitude GPS interferences which is located in a symmetry zone of antenna horizontal plane and this could make the receiving antenna pattern coverage reduction. In this paper, we improved 20% of the beam pattern receiving performance and 13 dB correlation value improvement by eliminating the interference mirror images.

Effect of the Alignment of Milled Carbon Fiber Dispersed in Various Solvents (Solvent 별 분산에 따른 Milled Carbon Fiber의 배열성 연구)

  • In order to efficiently control the heat generation of electronic devices, many research has been conducted on thermally conductive composite materials. In this study, milled carbon fiber was dispersed in four solvent to investigate the relationship of carbon fiber alignment according to dispersion by solvents, and carbon fiberreinforced composite material(CFRP) was manufactured using vacuum filtration. To evaluate the arrangement of CFRP the arrangement of the prepared specimen was observed under an optical microscope, and thermal conductivity was measured by Laser Flash Analysis. The Through-plane thermal conductivity of CFRP using NMP and Ethanol was 10.79 W/mK and 10.57 W/mK respectively, which were improved by 218% and 209% compared to the In-plane thermal conductivity. The high viscosity of the solvent greatly affects the shear of the fluid, and it seemed to determine the alignment of the filler.

Design of Circular Microstrip Patch 2×2 Array Antenna for S-band Applications (S-밴드용 원형 마이크로스트립 패치 2×2 배열 안테나의 설계)

  • In this paper, we have designed and fabricated microstrip antenna of S-band for the wireless LAN and the ISM. It array $2{\times}2$ circular patch antenna elements at plane instead of conventional rectangular patch antenna elements. It optimized to size calculated of single patch antenna. The radiation elements distance is array $0.24{\lambda}$. The fabricated circular patch antenna decreased 8% of size compared to the conventional rectangular patch antenna. In the E-plane, designed circular microstrip patch $2{\times}2$ array antenna gain is 12.7[dBi], half power beam width is $40^{\circ}$ and in the H-plane, antenna gain is 12.1[dBi], half power beam width is $45^{\circ}$. Bandwidth is 250[MHz] (VSWR < 2).

Analysis of the Radiation Pattern of a Microstrip Array Antenna on a Non-Planar Surface by using FOURIER TRANSFORM (FOURIER TRANSFORM을 이용한 비평면형 마이크로스트립 어레이 안테나의 복사패턴 해석)

  • For the far field radiation pattern of a microstrip array antenna which is conformed to a cylindrical surface and forms an arc array, an approximate analysis method using FOURIER TRANSFORM is presented. In this method, the conformal array antenna is projected on the effective aperture plane and assumed to be an aperiodic array with nonlinear phase tilt. The effective aperture plane includes four end-points of each arc on the cylindrical surface. When the effective aperture ratio which is normalized to the planar type is from 1.0 to 0.9, it is confirmed that this approximate method is valid. To the array on the effective aperture plane, it is assumed that the phase tilt is due to the distance between aperture plne and curvature surface. Specially, when the radius of arc is more than 5 times to its length, the FOURIER TRANSFORM METHOD could be used with only varying scale factors. The results of calculating by approximate method are good agreement with the results of COORDINATE TRANSFORM METHOD and experimentally measured value in the range of -40dB. And, the difference of half power angle is less than 5 degrees when the effective aperture ratio moer than 0.9.

  • The 4 by 4 series slot sub-array antenna is proposed using substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) technology for 35 GHz of Ka band application. The proposed antenna is realized with multi-layered structure for compact size and easy integration features. 4 by 4 radiating slots are arrayed on top PCB with equal spacing and the feeding SIWs are arranged on middle and bottom PCBs for uniform power distribution. The multi-layered antenna is realized using RT/Duroid 5880 that has dielectric constant of 2.2 and the total antenna size is $750.76mm^2$. The individual parts such as radiators and feeding networks are simulated using full-wave simulator CST MWS. Furthermore, the total sub-array antenna also fabricated and measured the electrical performances such as impedance bandwidth under the criteria of -10 dB(490 MHz), maximum gain(18.02 dBi), sidelobe level(SLL)(-11.0 dB), and cross polarization discrimination (XPD)(-20.16 dB).

  • 기존의 반도체 공정을 기반으로 하는 소자구조는 주로 평면의 웨이퍼상에 만들어져왔다. 그러나, 제작된 소자 어레이를 늘림이 가능한 (stretchable) 폴리머 기판에 프린팅 전이하는 방식을 이용하면 어떤 형태의 곡면에도 소자 제작이 가능해진다. 이러한 프린팅 방식으로, 다양한 곡면에 실리콘 소자 어레이를 제작한 연구결과를 발표하고자 한다. 한 응용 예로 사람의 눈과 같은 반구형 표면에 실리콘 나노 리본으로 만든 광다이오드 어레이를 배열하여 전자 눈 카메라를 제작하여 성능을 확인하였다. 또한 수차를 최소화할 수 있는 포물면에 전자눈 카메라를 제작하여 평면카메라에 비해 이미지의 균일성이 우수함을 보여주고자 한다.
