In order to choose work system of fire organization between specialization system and multi- tasking system, fire organization's works should be analyzed. The most important thing of this task is evaluation of speciality of work that can be performed by estimating the duration of expertise of fire fighters' work. In this study I estimated the duration by survey. The duration is 12 years and 5 months which is a year and 9 months after promotion to fire senior sergeant lank in the case of average fire fighter.

센서 노드 운영체제는 응용 프로그래머의 개발 지원 및 체계적인 센서 관리를 위하여 센서 투명성을 지원해야 한다. 하지만 기존 센서 노드 운영체제들은 센서투명성을 지원하지 못한다. 센서 디바이스 드라이버를 응용이 직접 작성해야 하며 다양한 센서를 위한 공통 인터페이스를 제공하지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 센서 투명성을 지원하는 센서 디바이스 매니저를 제안한다. ETRI에서 개발한 Nano-Q+에서 센서 디바이스 매니저 기능을 구현하기 위하여 센서노드 플랫폼, 응용 API, 디바이스 매니저, HAL을 설계하고 구현하였다. 또한, 기존 Nano-Q+와 성능을 비교하고 평가하였다. 센서디바이스 매니저를 구현하여도 처리 속도 및 용량에 대한 성능 저하가 없음을 확인하였다.

가압기의 유체 조건이 증기에서 이상유체로 변화하는 완전급수상실사고 경우에 대한 안전감압계통의 가압기 노즐 및 밸브 전단에서의 유량, 밸브 후단에서의 압력 변화 등 RELAP5/MOD1과 RELAP5/MOD3로 계산된 열수력 조건이 유사한 추세를 나타내었다. 또한 RELAP5/MOD1-CALPLOTFIII와 RELAP5/MOD3-CALPLOTFIII 전산체제로 계산된 안전감압계통의 각 배관부위에서의 동하중도 유사한 추세를 나타내었다. 즉, RELAP5/MOD1-CALPLOTFIII와 RELAP5/MOD3-CALPLOTFIII 전산체제를 이용한 안전감압계통의 열수력 과도현상 해석 결과가 유사하여 RELAP5/MOD1 대신에 RELAP5/MOD3가 안전감압계통의 열수력 과도현상 분석에 대체사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 그러나 본 연구는 안전감압계통에 국한하여 수행되었으며, RELAP5/MOD1과 RELAP5/MOD3를 이용한 가압기안전밸브 방출배관에 대한 기존의 연구 결과에 의하면 RELAP5/MOD3가 만족스러운 곁과를 제공하지 못하는 바, 다른 계통에 RELAP5/MOD1 대신 RELAP5/MOD3를 대체적용하기 위해서는 개별적으로 각 계통에 대한 비교 평가가 선행되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

정보사회에서 경영문제는 경영계획과 의사결정이 큰 비중을 갖는다. 이것은 경영조직과 관리체제와 관련해서 경영자의 전문적 지식과 능력이 크게 작용한다. 경영자가 갖추어야 할 지식의 범위는 넓다. 우선 경영 전반은 물론 경제학수학 통계학 및 컴퓨터학에 대해서 상당한 조예를 요한다. 우리는 경영활동분석에서 오류(error)가 존재할 가능성은 항상 있다. 오류에는 인위적인 오류와 기계적인 오류로 나누어지고 이중에는 불가피한 오류도 있다. 오류의 범위를 가능한 한 줄이는 문제와 분석결과에 대한 해석과 평가가 문제이다. 평가기준은 언제나 상대적인 것이므로 경영자의 주관에 의하여 좌우될 가능성이 있다. 이러한 것은 조직과 관리의 양측면에서 체크해야 한다. 앞으로 전개될 정보사회에 대비해서 다음과 같은 제점에 유의해야 한다. 첫째, 경영조직과 관리체제의 재편성. 둘째, 경영자와 실무자들의 자질향상. 세째, 경영자료의 독자적인 정비. 네째, 컴퓨터 시스팀의 도입. 다섯째, MIS의 도입. 여섯째, 분야별 전문가의 확보와 교육훈련. 일곱째, 정보검색 시스팀에 관한 연구개발. 여섯째, 프로그래밍 개발 등을 조속한 시일내에 착수해야 한다.

This study analyzed the change of the Korean welfare regime during the conservative government. It is clear that the welfare expanded during the conservative government, but this expansion was the process of realizing the constraint of expansion that reduces future welfare expenditure in Korea. In addition, as the public welfare centered on social insurance expanded after 10 years of liberal government, the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime strengthened in the conservative administration. Expanding social insurance itself does not reinforce the backward selectivity of the Korean welfare regime. However, the industrial structure created by the export-led growth system has intensified the fragmentation of the labor market, and expanding social insurance designed based on regular workers under these conditions has forced the backward selectivity of the social security system. It is for this reason that the backward selectivity has been reinforced during the conservative government.

The purpose of this study was to conduct content analysis on expression activity section in the physical education textbooks of 2009 curriculum revision and provide a basis for future middle school physical education. in order to accomplish the purpose of this study, 5 different kinds of physical education textbook. The physical education textbooks were examined through the comparative analysis and previous studies conducted for selections of the analysis bases. The results were as follows. First, textbooks devoted the space from 14.1 to 17.3%. In deployment and configuration of the section, each textbooks were used variety of methods, photographs and illustrations for motivations and advanced learning. Second, the instructional objectives were presented 4-6 each text book including expression activity concepts, understanding expression methods, personal competence reinforcement through creative activity, and watching performances. Learning contents were to focus on the concepts of aesthetic component in the esthetical expression, to highlight creative component in the modern expression, to express characteristic dances through understanding of the culture in the traditional expression. lastly, the middle assessments hight the understanding of each contents but small assessments focus on attitudes of character education.

오늘날 생활환경에서 디지털 TV, 휴대용 단말기, 인터넷 셋톱박스 등 임베디드 시스템이 탑재된 정보가 전제품을 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 정보가전제품은 가전제품의 본래 기능뿐만 아니라 다른 정보가전제품과 상호 작용을 통한 인텔리전트한 기능의 수행이 요구된다. 이와 같은 인텔리전트한 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 단순한 기능만을 수행하는 펌웨어 수준의 임베디드 시스템이 아니라 다양한 기능을 수행하는 스마트 임베디드 시스템이 요구된다. 스마트 임베디드 시스템은 인텔리전트한 기능을 제공하기 위해서 네트워킹, 멀티프로세싱 등의 기능이 제공되는 범용 운영체제 수준의 성능을 가진 운영체제의 탑재가 요구된다. 그러나 이러한 범용 운영체제는 수십 초의 긴 부팅 시간을 요구함으로 이전의 파워온 (Power-On)과 동시에 사용할 수 있는 전통적인 가전제품이나 산업기계의 사용자에게는 매우 큰 불편을 초래할 수 있다. 특히 복잡한 공정을 수행하는 공장 산업기계의 임베디드 시스템은 shutdown 후 정상가동 까지 걸리는 시간이 제품 생산량 및 품질에 큰 영향을 미친다. 이와 같이 다양한 분야에서 적용된 스마트 임베디드 시스템의 부팅시간은 스마트 임베디드 시스템의 성능을 평가하는 중요한 요소가 된다. 본 논문은 임베디드 환경 하에 범용 운영체제인 리눅스를 활용하여 빠른 부팅을 구현하였다. 부팅 단계에서 영향을 미치는 부트로더, 커널 그리고 루트 파일시스템의 각 구성요소를 최적화하는 연구를 수행하였으며, 그 결과 HBE-EMPOS II 기준으로 부팅시간이 11초로 감소되는 성과를 얻었다.

The OS has the manager of the overall system operation, and has the exact information of the running system. Power management by the OS may have great impact for the optimization of the power consumption. We implement E-ACPI, an extended ACPI which is designed for an advanced power management of embedded systems. In this paper, we address (i) how we extend the exiting ACPI to E-ACPI, (ii) technical challenges to overcome in implementation, and (iii) flow we port our E-ACPI to an embedded linux system in this paper. Experimental results show that our E-ACPI is very useful and effective in practice.

As the means of implementation, the GCF and scaled-up climate finance compose major elements of a new climate agreement that will be implemented in 2020. The new agreement will be applicable to all parties, implying that developing countries as well as developed countries will be responsible for reducing GHG emissions. Achieving the goal of mobilizing 100 billion dollars will depend on the efforts put forth by developing countries in terms of meaningful mitigation actions and transparent implementation of the mitigation targets. This paper describes a major achievement on the negotiation related to climate finance since the Convention established and addresses the issues and perspectives for the Paris Agreement.

안전한 컴퓨터 시스템 평가기준인 TCSEC(Trusted Computer System Evaluation Criteria)[1] B1급 이상 시스템의 안전한 운영체제들은 강제접근통제(Mandatory Access Control : MAC) 메커니즘을 이용하여 정보의 흐름을 제어하고 있다. 하지만 아무리 정확하게 설계된 접근통제 메커니즘이라고 하더라도 시스템 관리자 또는 보안 관리자가 어떻게 시스템이 접근통제 메커니즘을 관리.운영하느냐에 따라 그 시스템의 안전성과 보안에 대한 신뢰도가 결정된다고 할 수 있다. 지금까지 연구되고 있는 대부분의 MAC을 적용한 안전한 운영체제는 접근통제메커니즘의 적용 및 관리.운영상의 보안문제점을 관리할 적당한 방법을 제시하고 있지 않다[4][5][6][7]. 본 논문은 MAC을 적용한 안전한 운영체제의 안전하고 효율적인 관리.운영을 위한 방법으로 LMACM(Log Manager for Access Control Mechanism)을 제안한다.
