  • 본 연구는 국내 공공부문 정보시스템 운영관리 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가모델을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 국내외 선진사례, 관련 표준, 지침을 분석하여 공공부문 운영관리업무에 공통적으로 적용될 수 있는 11개 업무 분석영역을 도출하였고 각 업무영역의 평가를 위한 평가기준을 제시하였다. 그리고 이를 토대로 공공부문 운영관리 업무에 대한 수준을 측정할 수 있는 평가방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시된 평가모델은 특정 이슈 발생시 일부 중앙부처의 요구에 따라 공공기관들을 대상으로 행하여진 단편적인 운영수준 점검 분석 활동들이 국내 실정에 맞게 운영업무 전반에 대한 종합적, 체계적 수준평가를 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하게 하였으며, 기관 내부적으로도 자체평가를 통해 운영관리업무 성숙도 제고를 위한 핵심요소를 손쉽게 식별하고 효율적인 품질향상 활동을 수행할 수 있게 하였다.

중등수학 임용시험 평가문항과 전국 수학교육과 교과목 분석

  • 본 연구는 1992학년도부터 2008학년도까지의 수학과 중등교사 신규임용후보자 선정 경쟁시험(이하 중등교사 임용시험)과 2009학년도의 개정 시행된 시험(2008년 11월 9일), 그리고 이에 앞서 한국교육과정평가원에서 시행한 2009학년도 수학과 중등교사 임용시험 모의평가(2008년 6월 14일 시행)을 분석하고 평가문항의 내용별 분포와 적절성을 검토함으로써 수학과 중등교사 임용시험의 개선방안을 모색하기 위하여 다음과 같은 연구문제를 설정하고 이에 대한 분석을 하였다. 수학전공과목 임용시험 출제 평가문항의 내용영역별 분류는 어떠한가? 수학과 중등교사 임용시험 평가 문항들의 각 영역별 출제 빈도수는 어떠한가? 전국 사범대학교 수학교육과의 교육과정은 어떠한가? 임용시험 평가문항들이 사범대 수학교육과의 기본 이수과목을 포함한 교육과정을 적절하게 반영하고 있는가? 향후 중등교사 임용시험의 개선점에는 무엇이 있겠는가? 각 연구문제에 대한 분석결과에 대해 심층적으로 알아보고 중등교사 임용시험 평가문항들과 전국의 사범대학교 수학교육과의 기본 이수과목들에 대한 관련성에 대해 알아볼 것이다.

Illumination Compensation Based on Conformity Assessment of Highlight Regions (고휘도 영역의 적합성 평가에 기반한 광원 보상)

  • This paper proposes an illuminant compensation method using a camera noise analysis without segmentation in the dichromatic reflectance model. In general, pixels within highlight regions include large amounts of information on the image illuminant. Thus, the analysis of highlight regions provides a relatively easy means of determining the characteristics of an image illuminant. Currently, conventional methods require regional segmentation and the accuracy of this segmentation then affects the illuminant estimation. Therefore, the proposed method estimates the illuminant without segmentation based on a conformity assessment of highlight regions. Furthermore, error factors, such as noise and sensor non-uniformity, can be reduced by the conformity assessment.

A Study on the Sweet-Spot Widening using 2-Channel Sound Transaural Filter (2채널 트랜스오럴 필터를 이용한 최적 청취영역 확대에 관한 연구)

  • 본 논문은 2채널 스피커를 사용하여 청취자에게 보다 입체적인 음향 효과를 제시하기 위하여 크로스토크현상을 제거하고 청취자의 보다 자유로운 청취를 위해 최적 청취영역 확대를 위한 실험과 시스템 구현에 관한 것이다. 정면에 위치한 두 스피커로부터 교차경로인 크로스토크를 제거하기 위해 음질의 왜곡을 최소화하는 자유음장 모델을 이용하여 구현한 트랜스오럴 필터 사용하였고 최적 청취영역의 확대를 위해 스피커는 BPF(Band Pass Filter)를 이용하여 저주파와 고주파를 분리하여 각각 재생할 수 있는 스피커를 구성하였으며 저주파 영역은 제외하고 중고주파 영역을 이용하였으며 기존 크로스토크제거 시스템을 사용하여 고정된 한 점의 청취영역에서 좌${\cdot}$우로 5Cm씩 이동하au 100Cm까지 측정한 결과 30Cm, 55Cm, 75Cm, 90Cm, 100Cm에서 크로스토크제거됨을 알 수 있는 음의 분리도가 5dB이상 나타났다. 실험 결과 얻어진 각 지점들로부터 자유음장 모델을 이용하여 트랜스오럴 필터링 하였으며 각각의 간섭현상을 막기 위해 주파수 영역에서 심리음향에 기초한 1/3-Octave Band Pass Filter를 사용하여 음질 보상을 실시하였다. 음원을 제작하여 기존의 2채널 시스템에서 제시하는 음원을 각각의 위치의 음원과 비교하여 음질 평가를 실시하였으며 기존의 트랜스오럴 필터와 비교평가를 실시하였다.

An Analysis and Evaluation of Current Cyber Home Learning Contents - Focused on the Earth Science Area of Science Course for the 10th Grade- (현행 사이버가정학습 콘텐츠의 분석 및 평가 -고등학교 1학년 과학과정의 지구과학 영역을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze and evaluate the Cyber Home Learning contents of Earth science area in the basic course of the $10^{th}$ grade. For this purpose, we applied the 'Cyber Home Study Content Quality Control Tool' presented in Elementary Secondary Education e-Learning Quality Management Guidelines (Ver.2.0)' of Korea Education & Research Information Service(2008). The results of Cyber home learning contents analysis are as follow: First, it was presented that the study guide introduced the contents which should be studied for one class, properly. And it was not analyzed that the diagnosis assesment was not completed in the initiative study; Second, it was possible to study choosing the contents fitting the learner's level of learning in the main study, it was comprised of about 10 minutes. Third, it was performed without feedback for incorrect answers in the learning assessment, just the number of wrong questions. And the learning arrangement present the important contents learned in that class, summarizing and arranging again. The results of evaluating the contents in Cyber Home Learning are as follows: First, in evaluation section of instructional design, many text materials which were so difficult for learners to read were explained, being provided. Besides, the systematic structures leaves much to be desired, in view of learners' learning experience, contents, and environment. And in evaluation section of learning contents, the error of contents caused the learning contents not to appear, the amount of learning in each section was found too much. Second, in evaluation section of the strategy for Teaching and Learning, when we mention the strategy of Self Directed Learning, the environment to make learners search for information free and self-study possible was not possessed well. And in evaluation section of interaction, it was found that a simple click caused the learning to go on. Third, in evaluation section of evaluating, it was evaluated that there was wanting in consistency in learning aims, contents, evaluation contents.

A Study on the Development of ESG Management Evaluation Index for Library (도서관 ESG 경영평가지표 개발에 관한 연구)

  • As awareness of social and environmental issues increases due to the gust of ESG management, interest in ESG management is increasing, and the influence of ESG evaluation is getting stronger, and libraries need to participate in ESG management evaluation. In order to apply ESG management to libraries, library ESG evaluation indicators must be developed. Therefore, this study attempted to comprehensively examine ESG management evaluation indicators of public institutions, including companies, and propose ESG management evaluation indicators applicable to libraries. To this end, it went through the process of investigating and analyzing ESG-related prior research, deriving preliminary evaluation indicators for libraries, collecting expert FGI opinions, developing primary library ESG evaluation indicators based on expert FGI opinions, and) examining the suitability of primary library ESG evaluation indicators. Finally, a total of 25 items were selected in the environmental area, a total of 56 items in the social area, and a total of 32 items in the governance area. In future studies, it is necessary to conduct ESG management evaluation for libraries based on this indicator.

Effects of Settings in Dynamic Ranges and Frequency Modes on Ultrasonic Images (초음파 영상에서 동적영역과 주파수 방식의 설정에 따른 효과)

  • It is important to get clinical ultrasonic images of good quality for accurate diagnosis. In this study, it observed the change of ultrasonic images against setting frequency, dynamic range(DR) and type of probes on ultrasonic scanner. In the experiment it evaluated image of LCS (Low Contrast Sensitivity) targets(-15, -6, -3, +3, +6, +15 dB) of a standard ultrasonic test phantoms(539,551, ATS, USA) similar to solid and cystic lesions. Its imaged from convex (C3-7IM) and linear probe (L5-12IM) on SA-9900 (Medison Ltd, Korea) scanner. The images obtained altering the setting parameters which are frequency(gen, pen, res, harmonic) mode and DR($40{\sim}100\;dB$). The quality of images evaluated compare with the nominal LCS value of target and measured LCS value. The results show that there was no significant changing of quality images altering DR 40, 60, 80, 100 dB against frequency in Convex probe but the image being the highest in LCS target at DR 60 dB, harmonic of frequency mode in the -15 dB target close to cystic lesion. In Linear probe, DR 40 dB, harmonic mode at -15 dB LCS target close to nominal value. It discussed necessity of evaluation about ROC(Receiver Operating Characteristic) from the psychological viewpoint and limit of evaluation from quantified images.

The Influence of Anger on Moral judgment: With focus on college students (행위자의 화(火)가 한국 대학생의 도덕적 판단에 미치는 영향)

  • Research on moral judgment has been dominated by rational factor or moral emotion, in which moral judgment is thought to be caused by moral reasoning or moral intuitions. This research demonstrates that offender' anger can influence moral judgment. The study examined the role of offender's anger (control group versus anger group) on moral domain ( life, interpersonal ethic, traffic regulation: 6 case) : 2(groups) ×6(cases) mixed design. Participants were asked to judge the offender, case, sympathy and one's anger about the him or her who offended against the law or convention. Participants who perceived the offender's anger tended to assess questionnaire generous. In interpersonal ethic domain, participants have not been affected by anger. There was not significantly differences between two groups in interpersonal ethic domain. The results of experiment confirmed hypotheses that influence of anger varies with the moral domains affected a value system of culture. These findings indicate functional emotion for moral judgment and suggest people may be decide how much emotion is considered on moral judgment performance according to moral domains.

  • JACK$^{\circledR}$, SAFEWORK$^{\circledR}$과 같은 인간공학적 설계지원 시스템들은 인체모델의 눈 위치로부터 생성된 시야원추(view cone)를 이용하여 자동차 내장 설계의 시계성을 평가하여왔다. 그러나, 시야원추를 이용한 시계성 평가 방법은 내장 부품의 시야원추 내 존재 여부에 대한 시각적 판단으로 정성적 평가 결과만을 제공한다. 본 연구는 세분화된 눈과 머리의 회전범위를 이용하여 시계영역을 5 부분으로 구분하였고 각 부분에 1 ${\sim}$ 5까지의 점수를 할당하여 내장 설계의 시계성을 정량적으로 평가하는 척도를 개발하였다. 그리고, 다양한 크기의 인체모델들의 눈 위치에서 생성된 시계영역 이용하여 내장 부품들의 시계성을 정략적으로 평가하고 부품들의 상대적 중요도을 고려하여 종합적 시계성 평가 점수를 산출하는 시스템을 Microsoft$^{\circledR}$Access 를 이용하여 개발하였다.

A Study on the Accomplishment of Lecture Evaluation in University (대학 강의평가 수행에 관한 연구)

  • This Study is the summary of studies in analysis of‘Lecture Evaluation’made at H university where such evaluation for every course established has been carried out since 1990. This contains the contents of questionnaire drawn up through OMR scanner which has 7 fields with 10 items respectively. to investigate the general direction of the results, results of evaluation by lectures, different results of evaluation by fields, and the like. I applied such techniques of statistical analysis as T-test, analysis of variance table(Anova-table), and Regression analysis to examine the most important factor of successful lecturing.
