지금까지 우리에게 소개된 아프리카문학은 그동안 알게 모르게 통념화돼 있던 세계문학의 공식을 깨뜨리는 데 일정한 기여을 했을 뿐 아니라 우리문학의 방향성 자립에도 유효한 관점을 제시했다고 평가된다. 그러나 양으로 볼 때 우리의 아프리카문학 수용현황은 지극히 일면적이다.

This study presents practical approach devices that examines introduction conditions and operation procedures about yeonbongje as new system of wage management and analyzes the problems and complementary clauses on introducing and operating yeonbongje pay system. Yeonbongje is pay system taking a serious view of performance that decides total annual wages by contract and evaluates performance and contribution of individual employees. Appraisal is the basic to execute yeonbongje. Employees have to accept appraisal result because it is reflected in annual wage. To introduce and operate successfully, yeonbongje needs conditions as follows; First, system is desirable that regulates the basis matters and solve problems in operating actually. Second, it is desirable to ensure objectivity and acceptance of appraisal. Third. it is difficult to evaluate for appraisal. Fourth. it is effective to furnish computer system. Fifth, it is successive to increase the weight of competency based wage in the long time.

For the effective responsiveness toward Management Evaluation System of Public Institutions and continuous development as a public corporation, internal performance management is essential. In this study, the effect of employees' perceptions on the effectiveness and acceptability of the internal performance evaluation system on organizational commitment was tested, and we attempted to find implications for efficient performance management. For this purpose, we obtained valid responses from 208 members of A corporation and the hypotheses were verified through multiple regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, 'performance evaluation effectiveness' and 'performance evaluation acceptability' for internal performance evaluation had positive effects on 'organizational commitment'; however, the effect of 'differential performance compensation' on 'organizational commitment' was not significant. Also, among the control variables, 'age' and 'job group' were found to have a negative (-) effect on 'organizational commitment'. To derive more generalized conclusion, other researches using bigger samples are needed.

Health impact assessment in South Korea is carried out within the framework of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA). And, public health and hygiene items in EIA as an evaluation of health impact items were designed to calculate the emission level of hazardous air pollutants from specific development projects, and the exposure concentration at major sites, and to assess the health risk associated with these projects. But, the assessment of the receptor characteristics around the development project is limitedly considered. The purpose of this study is to propose the method of calculation of potential exposed population and the use of it for public health and hygiene items in EIA. The data for the calculation of potential exposed population in South Korea were identified. And the calculation algorithm based on them was proposed. After that, in a development of industrial complex, a case analysis was carried out assuming the release of hazardous air pollutants. This study suggested that the concept of population risk should be applied in risk assessment utilizing the potential exposed population and as a future study, a standard of assessment of health effects for population risk should be established. Finally, the possibility of using this study as a location-limiting tool for the development project was presented through the method of calculating the potential exposed population. It is meaningful that this study presented a method for performing risk assessment from the perspective of receptors around a development project.

According to the 3020 RE (renewable energy) policy of the Korean Government, distributed generators, including PV (photovoltaic) and WP (wind power) systems, have been installed and operated in distribution systems. On the other hand, if large-scale PV systems are interconnected in a distribution system, the spread of PV systems may be postponed due to a reduction of the hosting capacity in PV systems because of the over-voltage phenomena at the customer end by violating the allowable voltage limits. Under these circumstances, this paper proposes an evaluation algorithm of the hosting capacity of a PV system based on the LDC (line drop compensation) method of SVR (step voltage regulator) to improve the hosting capacity when large-scale PV systems are installed in a distribution system. Moreover, this paper presents a modeling of a complex distribution system, which is composed of a large-scale PV system and SVR with the LDC method using PSCAD/EMTDC. The simulation results confirmed that the proposed algorithm and modeling are useful and practical tools for improving the hosting capacity of a PV system because the customer voltages are maintained within the allowable voltage limits even if 6.5[MW] of the PV system is installed in a distribution system with the LDC method of SVR.

본 연구는 전자무역을 혁신수용의 관점에서 기술하고 있다. 관련 문헌의 고찰을 통해 천자무역 특성요인과 수용자(무역업체) 특성요인을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 연구모형의 개발 및 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구가설은 인터넷리서치를 통해 수집된 자료를 다중회귀분석기법을 이용하여 검정하였다. 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전자무역의 특성변수들(지각된 유용성/편의성/위험성)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 지각된 유용성과 지각된 편의성이 높을수록 전자무역 수용도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 혁신 수용자로서 무역업체의 특성변수들(혁신성향, 정보인프라 성숙도)이 전자무역 수용도에 미치는 영향관계를 검증한 결과, 혁신성향과 정보인프라 성축도 모두 전자무역 수용도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 혁신성향이 높을수록 그리고 정보인프라가 성숙된 업체일수록 전자무역 수용도가 높게 나타난다는 일반적인 견해와 일치되는 결과이다. 셋째, 두 특성변수들(전자무역 특성, 무역업체 특성)간의 상황적 관계에서는 혁신성향이 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 천자무역 수용(현재 활용정도와 지속적 이용의도)을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 정보위험성을 높게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 전자무역을 통한 수출입 경험여부에 따른 전자무역의 향후 이용의도와의 관계를 분석한 결과 무경험업체의 경우는, 혁신성향이 높고 정보인프라가 성숙된 무역업체일수록 향후 이용의도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정보인프라 성숙도가 낮은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 낮게 인식하여 전자무역 수용을 거부할 가능성이 높게 나타났다. 유경험업체의 경우는 전자무역에 대한 향후 이용의도가 높은 무역업체일수록 전자무역의 편의성을 오히려 부정적으로 평가하는 경향이 드러났는데, 이러한 현상은 유경험업체가 인식하는 편의성에 대한 기대수준이 무경험업체에 비해 높기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향이 높은 무역 업체가 향후 전자무역을 지속적으로 이용하기 위해서는 전자무역의 편의성을 더 높게 요구하는 것으로 나타냈다. 전자무역의 수용도를 높이기 위해서는 전자무역의 특성요인들에 대한 잠재적 수용자의 태도변화를 파악하는 것도 중요하지만, 수용자 집단의 특성에 맞는 상황적 전략수립이 동시에 필요하다. 그러한 의미에서 본 논문은 전자무역 수용 촉진 전략을 수용자 집단의 특성별로 그리고 상황적으로 수립할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This research investigates the determinants of consumer's acceptance for the mobile Ads. Based on TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) and Flow theory, our research adopts some factors for a theoretical model such as entertainment, information, irritation, credibility, flow experience, attitudes and acceptance intention. For examining an implied relationships by this research model, a field study using survey methodology for data collection was conducted. This data was analyzed based on using AMOS, the structural equation modeling and a second generation multi variant technique, and has gained distinct advantages over other technique. After some model modification according to model generating strategy approach, this study shows that entertainment, irritation, credibility and flow experience have significant effects on the attitudes. And also, this attitudes have acceptance intention in mobile Ads. In conclusion, implications are discussed along with limitations and further research direction.

본 연구에서는 시스템 수용성 관점에서 사용성의 위상을 살펴보고, 사용성의 요인을 측정 가능한 휴먼팩터의 관점에서 기술하였다. 10개의 사용성 휴리스틱 원칙과 평가방법을 상술한 후, 사용성공학에 기반한 사용자 인터페이스 개발 프로세스 모형을 제시였다. 개발프로세스 단계들 중에서 휴리스틱 평가를 휴리스틱 평가원칙, 구성요인, 점검사항, 정성적ㆍ정량적평가, 진단으로 재구성하여 '천연 화장품전자상거래 사이트'에 적용하여 보다 효율적이고 효과적인 평가지침이 됨을 보이고 있다.

최근 지능형전력망 산업에 이어 최근 IoT, 마이크로그리드 등 전력시스템의 고도화 및 활성화를 위해 다양한 분야의 접목이 시도되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 전력시스템의 진화가 생각보다 느리게 진행되는 이유는 시스템 자체의 신뢰성이 부족한 부분이 있지만, 수용가, 즉 소비자들의 신뢰를 확보하지 못한 부분 역시 간과하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 수용가 측 지능형 전기설비에 대한 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 적합성평가를 위해 OPNET을 활용한 저압 전기설비의 적합성평가 방법을 모의하였다.

Saturation growth model was evaluated to predict the formation of product as a function of time. Good agreement was observed with homogenous and heterogenous reactions, Prediction of product yield can be made reasonably using this model. In addition accuracy of measured values can be roughly evaluated by this model. User-friendly computer program in BASIC was written to evaluate the constants Pmax and K as well as averages of relative errors.
