비보건계열 대학생들을 대상으로 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 대한 찬반의견을 조사하였다. 비보건계열 대학생들은 의료인, 의료기사의 구분에 대한 인식 수준, 치과위생사 업무에 대한 인식 수준이 낮았고, 40%의 응답자가 치과위생사 의료인화 정책에 찬성하였다. 치과위생사를 단순히 의료인으로 편입시키는 정책보다는 치과의료와 관련된 법률을 제정한다거나 치과위생사 직업의 단독법을 제정하는 등 국민구강건강을 향상시키는 데 바람직한 체계가 무엇인지 다양한 시각으로 모색할 필요가 있다.

이 논문은 고려 초조대장경 조조의 가치와 의미를 도출하기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 연구의 방법은 1) 초조대장경의 조조(雕造)는 거란의 침략을 물리치기 위한, 즉 '진병대장경(鎭兵大藏經): 거란과의 전쟁을 진압한 대장경'이라는 측면에서의 구체적인 증거와 발원지(發源地) 및 발원일(發願日)을 규명함으로써 그 가치와 의미를 더욱 명확하게 부여하고자 하였다. 2) 형태서지학적인 측면에서의 초조대장경 판본의 특징을 고찰하였다. 그 결과, 초조대장경의 목판 판각에 있어서 중국 개보칙판대장경의 인쇄본을 단순하게 복각(復刻)한 것이 아닌, 이른바 독창적이고 탁월한 예술성(藝術性)을 지니고 있다는 점에서 형태서지학적인 가치와 의미가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3) 체계서지학적인 측면에서의 초조대장경의 편성 내용을 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 초조대장경의 편성에는 중국 역대의 모든 불전목록을 빠짐없이 편입한 것으로 보아, 문종시대 이후의 초조대장경의 편성에는 개개 불전 또한 목록학적(目錄學的)인 철저한 검증을 거쳐서 대장경에 편입시켰을 것이라는 점에서 보면, 포괄성(包括性)과 누적성(累積性)을 지닌 체계서지학적인 가치와 의미가 있음을 파악하였다.

본 연구에서는 세계체제론적 시각에서 연변지역의 역사적 변화 시기를 세계체제 주변부로 편입한 일제시기, 세계체제로부터 이탈한 사회주의 시기, 세계체제로 재편입한 개혁개방 이후시기 등의 세 개 시기로 구분하고 각 시기별 문화적 특성을 살펴보았다. 그 결론은 다음과 같다. 세계체제 주변부로의 편입 시기 연변지역은 조선인이 집중된 지역으로서 한반도 문화가 우세하였지만 일제와 중국의 동화정책의 이중적인 영향을 받았다. 세계체제로부터 이탈 시기는 획일적인 사회주의 문화에 동화되도록 강요당하여 전통 문화의 보존이 어려움을 겪었다. 세계체제로의 재편입시기는 중국정부의 민족정책의 완화로 전통적인 민족 문화가 부활하는 한편, 중국 내륙지역과 한국과의 교류가 확대됨에 따라 중국과 한국문화의 충격을 받아 조선족 문화의 보존과 발전이 어려움을 겪는 양상을 나타내고 있다. 때문에 앞으로 조선족 사회에서는 세계화와 지방화가 동시에 진행되는 세방화(golcalization)시대에 부합되는 지역적 특색이 있는 세계에서 유일한 조선족 문화를 적극적으로 발굴하고 개발하여야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe characteristics of colleges implementing the accelerated second-degree bachelor of science in nursing program in South Korea and provide insight into strategies to improve the program outcomes. Methods: An on-line questionnaire developed for this study was emailed to deans of nursing colleges who were members of the Korean Association of College of Nursing. Questions included items related to nursing college, students, curriculum, and anticipated difficulty in relation to an increase of the number of second-degree students. Results: Out of 117 nursing schools, 33 schools (28.2%) participated in the on-line survey. The actual number of second-degree students and their ratio (about 10%) to regular students significantly increased in 2019. Male students were enrolled nearly twice as many times as regular students. Among the anticipated difficulties, clinical practice institutions (3.94) and clinical practice instructors (3.73) showed relatively higher scores than other difficulties such as teaching (3.58) and education facilities (3.30). Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of nursing education for second-degree students, more nursing faculties and innovative clinical practice support systems are needed. Future study is warranted to investigate the educational experience of second-degree students and graduates.

본 논문은 KOSPI200 지수구성 종목의 변경이 해당 기업의 정보의 질에 미치는 영향에 대해 실증적으로 분석하였다. 정보의 질은 발생액의 질을 이용하여 대용하였고, 변수의 추정에는 Francis et al.(2005)의 모형이 사용되었다. 실증분석의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지수종목에 진입한 기업과 퇴출된 기업들 사이에는 정보의 질에 유의미한 차이가 존재하며, 진입한 기업들의 정보의 질이 보다 좋은 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 지수종목으로의 진입변수와 발생액의 질 사이에는 통계적으로 유의미한 음(-)의 상관관계가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과들은 기업이 지수에 편입될 경우에는 정보위험이 완화되어 정보비대칭이 개선되는 반면에 지수에서 퇴출되면 해당 기업의 정보의 질은 낮아져서 정보비대칭이 악화된다는 것을 의미한다. 결론적으로 기업이 지수종목에 편입되거나 퇴출되는 일은 해당 기업의 정보비대칭에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 사건이라고 판단된다.

본 연구는 행정중심복합도시 건설에 따라 이에 편입되는 지역과 그 주변지역을 포함한 공주시를 대상으로 지가의 시공간적 변화패턴을 파악하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2000년, 2005년, 2010년을 기준시점으로 209개의 동/리별 평균지가를 산출하여 GIS데이터를 구축하였다. 분석방법으로는 크게 3가지 측면으로 구분할 수 있다. 먼저 공간통계기법의 일종인 크리깅 보간에 의한 5년 단위의 지가변화 추이를 파악하였다. 둘째, 동서축과 남북축의 방향별 변화패턴을 알아보기 위해 경향분석(trend analysis)을 실시하였다. 셋째, 시점별 지가중심점의 이동 방향을 살펴보기 위해 지가를 가중치로 하여 가중평균중심점(weighted mean center)을 산출하였다. 그 결과 지목(Land Category)별 지가변화추세는 행정중심복합도시에 편입되는 동부지역에서 높은 성장세를 보이는 것으로 나타났고, 중심점의 이동방향 역시 동북부지역으로 편중되는 현상을 보였다.

Judicial decisions make it clear that in all CIF, CFR and FOB contracts, incorporation of charter party into sale contracts is the only effective way for recovery of demurrage in the context of sale contracts. The case law would appear to clarify a number of important issues: The words of incorporation in the sale contract play a vital role in determining the extent of the influence of the charter party principles over the sale contract. Hence, unless it is expressly provided otherwise, the courts tend to apply the charter party principles to the incorporated charter party provisions to the extent that they make sense in the context of sale contract, and that they do not undermine the underlying foundations of international trade law. In this respect the courts also take into account the factual background of the case with a view to objectively ascertaining the intention of the parties. The law is, however, less clear on the effects of the incorporated charter party provisions in sale contracts. There is still no straightforward answer to the question of to what extent the charter party law is applied to the incorporated charter party provisions in the context of sale contracts. The case law on this matter merely provides piecemeal solutions, and it is not possible to extract a general rule which will help interpretation of those charter party provisions which have not yet been subject to litigation or arbitration. Therefore, it should be noted that the parties would prepare Incorporation Clause in their sale contracts in reliance of the rules to achieve the desired results.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe the profile of graduates from accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing programs and to analyze the relative efficiency of nursing colleges using data envelopment analysis. Methods: An online survey link was emailed to the deans of nursing colleges, who were then asked to send the link to graduates of the respective colleges. The survey questionnaire included demographics, reasons for applying to the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program, employment after graduation, and nursing career satisfaction. Results: Sixty-two graduates of the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program responded to the survey. The mean age at admission was 24.28 (± 3.01) years. Reasons for applying to the accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program were primarily increasing job security and using it as a stepping stone to another career. Nursing career job satisfaction was 4.81 (± 1.07) and more than 82% recommended this program. The data envelopment analysis found the average efficiency score to be 0.84 (± 0.20) and 4 nursing colleges to be relatively efficient. Conclusion: The accelerated second-degree Bachelor of Science in Nursing program can be considered to be an effective means to produce quality nurses with non-nursing bachelor degrees in a short time; however, outcomes of this program need to be systematically monitored to maintain quality level. Through this, competent nurses with knowledge of adjacent studies will be added to the nursing workforce.

공공건설 공사 계획단계에서 편입되는 개인 사유 재산에 대한 보상문제는 민감한 사항으로 매우 중요하다 특히, 댐건설공사는 계획면이 저수면이므로 타 공사시의 토지보상과는 달리 저수고의 변화에 따라 수몰면적이 달라지고 사업계획이 공식 발표되게 되면 보상가의 상승을 목적으로 공사지역내의 토지이용에 인위적인 변화와 민원이 발생하기 때문에 더욱 합리적인 계획이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점들을 합리적으로 해결하고 신속한 보상업무를 위해 항공사진에 기반을 둔 정사영상의 활용방안을 모색하였다. 항공사진은 토지이용 변화를 위한 판독자료로써 사용하였으며 이를 이용하여 정사영상을 제작하였다 또한 정사영상을 수치지적도 및 수치지형도와 중첩하여 기간 별 지번에 대한 토지이용의 변화여부 파악과 계획 저수고에 따른 편입용지를 분석하였으며 경관분석을 위해 계획수면에 해당하는 유역 모델링 및 3차원 시뮬레이션도 실시하였다.

본 연구의 목적은 타겟 데이트 펀드의 글라이드패스를 적용하는 것에 있어서 기존의 정적인 방법론이 아닌 시장기대(Market Expectations)를 반영한 동적 방법론을 적용하여 투자의 성과를 분석하는 것이다. 시장기대는 ETF 시장의 유통 주식 수를 활용하여 산출하였다. 2011년 말부터 2020년 10월까지 분석 기간에서 시장기대를 고려하는 동적 글라이드패스 모델포트폴리오가 기존의 정적 글라이드패스를 적용하는 모델포트폴리오보다 더 우수한 결과가 나타남을 보일 수 있었다. 분석 결과 ETF의 유통 주식 수가 늘어나는 시점에서는 위험자산 편입 비중을 늘리는 것이, 반대의 경우에는 위험 자산 편입 비중을 줄이는 것이 수익에 있어서 유리한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 연금 자산운용이라는 경계를 벗어나 공모 펀드 시장과 ETF 시장까지의 폭넓은 관점의 지식경영에 관심을 가지는 연구자 및 자산운용 종사자에게 유용한 이론 및 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.
