21세기는 정보기술과 함께 폭증하는 정보의 홍수 속에서 가치 있는 정보를 선택, 판단하고 활용할 수 있는 정보활용능력이 필수적인 사회로 전환되고 있다. 정보 사회 적응을 위한 기본소양 교육이 효과적으로 실천되기 위해서는 정보 소양 학습을 지원하는 다양한 활동이 있어야한다. 교과 교육의 정보화를 실현하는 한 방법으로 교육 과정의 통합적 접근이라고 할 수 있으며, 교육과정의 통합적 접근은 복잡한 사회의 변화에 대한 종합적인 안목을 길러주고, 지식 정보의 폭발적 증가에 보다 적절하게 대응하게 해 준다는 점에서 그 교육적 정당성을 발견할 수 있다. 결국 교육과정의 통합은 급속한 사회의 변화를 교육체제에 조정시키는 수단으로서의 역할을 담당할 수 있다는 점에서 그 교육적 의미가 크다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 체계화된 ICT 교육과정을 편성하였으며 그 편성 방향은 ICT를 기본으로 하여 여러 교과를 통합지도 할 수 있는 교육과정을 조직하고 이를 웹 기반 교수 학습 형태로 제시하였다.

Information security to use information technology(IT) in safety and reliability environment is becoming of great importance. In advanced countries including United States and United Kingdom are consistently expanding budget for information security. Korea also has been a growing interest in information security and Korea government announced plan to develop information security into next-generation growth engine. However, information security budget has increased slightly in recent years, so many national institutions and state governments have budget shortfall to perform information security work. Moreover budget items do not include generic contents about information security and there are confined to some security SW, HW and services. It is necessary to expand information security budget for enhancement national capabilities of information security. In this paper, we analyze the IT and information security budget situation for Korea and United States and propose effective budget expansion and improvement approaches for Korea.

자막방송은 지상파 방송 수신을 통해 시청 가능한 자막 서비스를 의미하며, 현재 모든 지상파 방송 프로그램에 대해 자막방송이 제공되고 있다. 자막방송을 위한 자막 데이터는 일반적으로 속기를 통해 입력되며, 방송에서 속기를 통해 작성된 자막 데이터는 파일로 저장되어 해당 방송 프로그램에 대한 메타데이터로 활용되거나, 동일한 프로그램이 재방송으로 편성될 경우의 자막방송에 활용될 수 있다. 하지만 재방송의 경우 편집으로 인해 본방송과 내용상의 차이가 발생할 수 있으므로 편집이 발생한 부분을 포착하여 자막 데이터에도 동일한 편집을 적용한 후에 자막방송으로 활용되어야 한다. 따라서 재방송 송출에 기존 자막파일이 활용될 경우 반드시 전처리를 통해 자막과 영상의 내용을 일치시키는 과정이 필요하다. 그러나 방송 현장의 재방송 편성/송출 워크플로우에서는 자막 전처리를 위해 필요한 정보들이 갖춰지지 않는 예외적인 경우가 종종 발생하기 때문에 이를 해결하기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 방송 현업의 재방송 편성/송출 워크플로우에서 파일기반 자막송출 기능을 안정적으로 사용하기 위해 자막 전처리 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 오류들에 대한 대처방법을 설명하고, 그 방법을 구현한 시스템을 소개한다.

인터넷을 비롯한 온라인의 발전은 기업들의 고객중심 마케팅 기법중 하나인 고객관계관리(CRM: Customer Relationship Management)를 다양하게 발전시켰고 최근 가장 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. eCRM이란 CRM에서 인터넷을 이용해 기존의 시스템을 재구성하는 것을 말하는데 고객만족을 극대화하면서 동시에 관련 비용을 절감할 수 있는 새로운 고객관리라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문은 고객 성향 분석과 개인화에서 얻어진 일련의 정보를 다시 한번 더 가공함으로써 고객 집단 편성을 최적화 할 수 있음을 보였다.

이 논문은 개인용 비디오 녹화기(PVR)의 전자 프로그램 가이드(EPG) 서비스에 관한 것으로, PVR과 EPG의 연동으로 TV 방송 프로그램 녹화 진행 상태를 EPG상에 표시하는 방법을 제안한다. 이 과정은 다채널 방송의 프로그램 편성 정보인 EPG를 수신하고, EPG에서 방송 컨텐츠 편성기를 통해 적어도 하나 이상의 예약 녹화 화를 한 후, 예약 녹화에 의해 해당 프로그램의 녹화를 시작해서 현재 녹화중인 프로그램을 표시해주는 3단계로 이루어진다. 본 논문의 PVR의 EPG상에서 녹화 진행 상태 표시 방법은 개인용 비디오 녹화기에서 사용되는 전자프로그램 가이드에 현재 녹화중인 프로그램을 표시해 줌으로써 사용자가 프로그램을 선택하는 데 있어서 보다 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있고, 현재 녹화 진행 상태를 알 수 있어 편리한 사용자 인터페이스로 활용될 수 있다.

SNS data was collected and analyzed by topic modeling techniques to examine recent trends in information education. By deriving keywords and topics for SW education and AI education, we not only attempted to discover insights ahead of the next revised curriculum but also suggested directions. According to the SNS data analysis, the contents of human resource development for software and the instructional method in schools are indicated as a high requirement. Meanwhile, SW education should be conducted through a separate curriculum from elementary school, and this was consistent with the opinion that it is necessary to be organized as a required subject. There was an opinion to support the schools since AI education is newly introduced in next revised national curriculum. The trends in SW education and AI education which are observed through SNS data analysis could be concluded to conduct the substantial operation of information education and curriculum organization.

The latest multi-dimension spatial information technology is emerging its importance as material for carrying out efficient facilities management's supporting business about numerous facilities inside a university, budgeting decision-making supporting business such as operating expenses' budgeting and management, etc. and admission advertisement, etc. Accordingly, the present study selected an optimal location that can maximize spatial utilization of a building to be newly built by constructing multi-dimension spatial information for facilities management of a university, and executed a site suitability analysis according to transfer of a university symbol and a landscape analysis, etc. according to external environment change. As a result, it appeared that the effects such as prevention of duplicate investment and budget saving, etc. due to university's comfortable spatial composition and systematic comprehensive development & budgeting or decision-making support in case of execution, etc. caused by rationalization of facilities plan & management can be maximized.

The purposes of this study are to study out competencies of teacher for organizing and operating of NCS based curriculum in vocational high schools, and to analyze the relative importance of the competencies. The results of the study are as follows. Firstly, the competencies of teacher for organizing and operating of NCS based curriculum are composed of the following 4 areas, 11 competencies and 35 sub-competencies. 'Needs and learning environment analysis(area 1)' is composed of 2 competencies of 'analyzing needs', 'analyzing learning environment', and their 7 sub-competencies. 'Curriculum organization(area 2)' is composed of 4 competencies of 'organizing and operating curriculum committee', 'setting educational goals and workforce type', 'analyzing and selecting NCS competency units learning modules', 'developing subjects', and their 10 sub-competencies. 'Curriculum operation(area 3)' is composed of 3 competencies of 'preparing teaching-learning activities', 'implementing teaching-learning activities', 'evaluating teaching-learning activities', and their 15 sub-competencies. 'Curriculum evaluation and feedback(area 4)' is composed of 2 competencies of 'evaluating curriculum', 'giving feedback on the curriculum', and their 3 sub-competencies. Secondly, the relative importance of the competencies is as follows; 'implementing teaching-learning activities' has the highest relative importance of 19.6%, followed by 'evaluating teaching-learning activities'(14.2%), 'evaluating curriculum'(12.5%), 'giving feedback on the curriculum'(11.2%), 'preparing teaching-learning activities'(9.2%), 'developing subjects'(8.6%), 'analyzing and selecting NCS competency units learning modules'(7.5%), 'setting educational goals and workforce type'(6.6%), 'analyzing learning environment'(5.4%), 'analyzing needs'(3.9%), 'organizing and operating curriculum committee'(1.5%).

We analyzed the search word of the media content in the IPTV service, and as a result we found that an important factor is general meta information as well as content(material, plot, etc.) and emotion information in the media content selection criteria of customers. Therefore, in this research, in order to efficiently provide various media contents of IPTV to users, we designed the emotion classification system for utilizing the emotion information of the media content. Next, we proposed 'personalized media contents curation system based on emotion information' for organizing the media contents, through the various processing steps. Finally, to demonstrate the effectiveness of this system, we conducted a user satisfaction survey(72.0 points). In addition, the results of comparing the results based on popularity and the results of the proposed system showed that the ratio leading to the actual users' viewing behavior was 10 times higher.
