A new meaning of the concept, 'Sijo-samjang(시조삼장)' ('시조삼장'의 새로운 이해)

  • In this paper, I reexamined the word 'Sijo-samjang(시조삼강)' and gave a new meaning of it. In addition, I proposed the new concept of 'Sijo-samjang' which meant the characteristic of a Pyon'ga(편가) in Sijo-chang(시조창). For a long time, 'Sijo-samjang' was regarded as a word which indicated the three sections of a Sijo. It was because of the fixed idea that a Sijo was always composed of a form separated by three parts. Unlike the fixed idea, I found the fact that 'Sijo-samjang' meant singing successively three different Sijos which adapted three different music by reexamining the actual uses of the word in the texts of the days. Thus, I could come to a conclusion that 'Sijo-samjang' was the word indicating a specific music system of a Sijo-chang(singing a Sijo) corresponding to a Pyon'ga of a Gagok(가곡). 'Sijo-samjang' seemed to be molded up while the music of Sijo-chang developed. Usually, a successive singing of the three different Sijos, such as Pyong-sijo(평시조), Chirum-sijo(지름시조), and Sasol-sijo(사설시조), was called 'Sijo-samjang'. However, some of the three could be omitted, and some of it could be substituted by a derived song. This kind of a usual and a derived form seemed to be settled as an important custom of singing a Silo after the 19 century. The main point of the development of music in Sijo-chang was having the characteristic of compilation which meant singing Pyong-sijo, Chirum-sijo, and Sasol-sijo successively. 'Sijo-samjang' was the concept which explained this kind of characteristic and was one of the key words to understand the development of Sijo-chang.

An Evaluation Model of Systems level Using Modified Eigenvector Method and Fuzzy Subordination Relations (수정고유벡터법과 퍼지종속관계를 이용한 시스템 수준 평가모델)

  • In this paper, we propose an evaluation model of systems level using modified eigenvector method and fuzzy subordination relations. This model is desibmed to evaluate the level of system in enterprise. In here. modified eigenvector method is proposed to compute the weights of each criteria in two evaluation group. Also, fuzzy subordination relations is used to evaluate the relationship between the criteria by painvise comparison. In this paper. we can get the evaluated score for the present level of system. This method will help to manage and improve the systems. We show the efficiency of the this method by means of a case study for evaluation problem of environmental management systems.

  • 이 논문에서는 멀티미디어 컴퓨터에 연결된 미디키보드를 사용하여 피아노 연주를 혼자서 배우고 연습할 수 있도록 하기 위한 지능형 교습 시스템을 개발하기 위하여, 시스템 구조 및 모듈별 기능과 기본적인 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 시스템의 구조는 미디 키보드의 실시간 연주 샘플링 모듈, 미디 데이타의 시퀀싱 모듈, 사운드 합성 모듈과 연결된 지능형 교습 시스템이 된다. 세분화된 모듈별 기능에서는 학습 콘텐츠, 학습자 모델, 진단 평가 모듈, 진도 관리 모듈, 등의 세부적인 기능 설계가 필요하다. 학습자 모델을 기반으로 진단 편가 및 진도 관리를 지능적으로 처리하기 위해서 CLIPS를 사용한 전문가시스템 접근을 사용한다. 컴퓨터 화면상의 악보 디스플레이, 실시간 연주 화면, 진단 평가 디스플레이를 위한 GUI 설계가 필요하다. 그리고, 향후 콘텐츠 구축 및 시스템 구현 시에 예상되는 문제점과 해결 방안을 논의한다.

Ahn Minyoung and 'Seungpyeonggok' (안민영과 <승평곡>)

  • Ahn Minyoung's editorial work of gajib(songbook) was the work for realization of artistic ability which had been a pursuit for his life. According to recent excavation of 'Seungpyeonggok' that is another gajib editted by Ah Minyoung, it is found that his editorial work of gajib was began in earlier days. 'Seungpyeonggok' composes 12 pieces of works, and it arranged each piece of work with melody of gagok, respectively. For the size, it is evaluated to 'the smallest gajib' among the left gajib at present. This gajib was composed to celebrate the gathering of Seungpyeonggye which led by Ahn Minyoung. There is Preface which was written by Ahn Minyoung, and the content of preface could be similar to the one in his another gajib 'Geumokchongbu' except some omission, variation, or alternation of content and phrase partly to fit for the character of each gajib. The names of Seungpyeonggye's members are shown in the preface of 'Seungpyeonggok', so it is important material for studying the appearances and activities of the members at that time. The purpose and intention of Seungpyeonggye's gathering was clarified in the preface of 'Seungpyeonggok' was composed to the repertoir of gagok sung at the celebration party. All the collected works are related to Daewongun directly or indirectly in their contents. Because the celebration party of Seungpyeonggye was designed for Daewongun, all the contents are dedication for Dasewongun easily. And the works of 12-pieces previously discussed were found as playing repertoir, 'type of pyeon-ga' which was composed to 8-pieces and 4-pieces identically.

Analysis on the Practices of Mathematical Assessment (수학 지필 평가의 실제 분석)

  • The aim of the study is to explore some problems that we have to solve to execute assessments effectively and in agreement with the objectives of them. We analysed the practices of some assessments Including our national assessment of educational achievement and the third international mathematics and science study with focussing on the frames of assessments, the analyses of results, and the items presented in the assessments. The results of the study are the following. Firstly, we need to make the frame of assessment to agree with the objectives of assessment and to reflect the characteristics of the item related to a few areas. Secondly, we need to analyse the results of assessment with reflecting the frames of assessment. Thirdly, we need to discuss more concretely on the level and presentation of items including the order of conditions to need to solve the items. And lastly, we need to minimize the difference caused by the variations of translation in the international assessments.

Preparation of Nanocrystalline ZrO2 Film by Using a Zirconium Naphthenate and Evaluation of Calcium Phosphate Forming Ability (지르코늄 나프테네이트를 이용한 나노결정질 ZrO2 박막의 제조와 칼슘 포스페이트 형성 능력의 평가)

  • In order to investigate the calcium phosphate forming ability of nanocrystalline $ZrO_2$ film, we prepared $ZrO_2/Si$ structure by using a chemical solution deposition with a zirconium naphthenate as a starting material. Precursor sol was spin-coated onto the (100)Si substrate and prefired at 500$^{\circ}C$ for 10 min in air, followed by final annealing at 800$^{\circ}C$ for 30 min in air. Crystallinity of the annealed film was examined by X-ray diffraction analysis. Surface morphology and surface roughness of the film were characterized by field emission-scanning electron microscope and atomic force microscope. After annealing, nanocrystalline $ZrO_2$ grains were obtained on the surface of the film with a homogeneous interface between the film and substrate. After immersion for 1 or 5 days in a simulated body fluid, formation of calcium phosphate was observed on $ZrO_2$ film annealed at 800$^{\circ}C$ by energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer. The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy revealed that carbonate was substituted into the calcium phosphate.

  • Since China and South Korea are equally concerned about high school education, so this study focuses on high school education, through the study of the objectives and structure, content, implementation, and evaluation of China's general high school education curriculum reform program, analyzing its characteristics and problems, and based on the problem, point to make the corresponding suggestions and comments. The results of the study, first, the reason for the reform of the high school curriculum is because of the emergence of compulsory education and need a curriculum that fits the actual high school education. Second, the character of China's high school curriculum goals are based on the trend of China's future social development, focusing on students' lifelong learning ability and core competence. the character of structure is that the subject courses and activity courses are parallel, and the elective courses and compulsory courses are parallel. The character of content is the emphasis on the era, basicity, and selectivity of the content. the character of Implementation and evaluation is the provision of support for implementation and the adoption of sustainable development methods. High school education courses have three problems in the curriculum itself and teachers and university entrance exams. There three suggestions about the problems, first, it is necessary to examine whether high school education is for preparation for admission or education for the public. Second, it is necessary to provide training that can enhance the core competencies of teachers. Third, the high school graduation evaluation and the university entrance evaluation system need to be improved.
