  • These days, as the usage of explosive gas is increased, the demand of safety of explosive gas is increased. As a suggestion of protection against the explosive gas, the research on application of fiber-reinforced concrete has been conducted. In this research, therefore, to evaluate the constructability of anti-explosive concrete, the engineering properties of the FRC after pumping is studied.

  • For the facility using explosive gas, it is very important to use anti-explosive structure. Therefore, using FRC of high stiffness should be used, but the research on actual application under the construction conditions is not sufficient. Hence, in this research, based on the case study on application of FRC for anti-explosive structure, the strength characteristics of FRC with combined fibers were evaluated comparing between before and after the pumping.

  • Development of construction technology and various condition is realized by high-rise buildings and so concrete placing by pressure pump has been developed in with the trend of large-size and high-rise building. So, it is judged that reservation of the basic data for standard of quality control standard Code by the prediction and this to a quality change exact here is urgent. In this study it is going to carry out experimental research for a physical-properties change searching examination of the concrete by the after pressure change factor which does not become hard by the pumping method of construction.

  • The purpose of this research is that development of fire-high resistance concrete for high-rise buildings is carried out with a test, which is for confirmation of fire-resistance capacity of 80MPa high-strength concrete. In this test, self-developed Polymix to confirm fire-resistance capacity of high-strength concrete in domestic high-rise buildings recently is applied.

  • This study is the part of the investigation of the state of the art in ultra high flowing concrete (UHFC), applied in practical field construction, in order to develop the technology for improving workability. This paper includes a brief introduction of water content variance properties in UHFC before and after the pumping operation. Test showed that water content in all parameters decreased after the pumping. This is due to the increase of an absorption ratio of coarse aggregate by the pressure of the pumping operation. thus decreasing the water content. Therefore it should be considered to find out the possibility, which can improve the workability, suffering from over viscosity by the lower water content, in field construction.

  • Plan of concrete pumpability test or the theoretical character knowledge in the mechanic is become accomplished with character. But the character knowledge of the concrete is not considered appropriately, The theoretical background and assumed fact is a little different representative characteristic of the concrete. Concrete pumping experiment result it leads consequently and is produced the coefficient of friction which in concrete type and sending in more pressure it follows changes must grasp the tendency which. But until currently the majority experiment and research did not pass by this process. Grasps the coefficient of friction change tendency which it follows in concrete type and when pumping concrete more pressure data fundamentally from the experimental research which it sees consequently under providing the man with underdeveloped genital organ.

  • It is necessary to develop a technology for effectively controling explosive spalling of high strength concrete caused increasing construction of high rise building and putting up the fireproof standard of high strength concrete by MLTM (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs). Accordingly, it was investigated basic properties such as slump, air content and compressive strength, and fire resistance properties of high strength concrete using polypropylene fiber for field application as a countermeasure for explosive spalling of concrete on fire in this study, As a test result, it was confirmed that PP fiber is available as fire resistance method of high strength concrete.

  • 본 사례는 국내 APT 건설 현장에서 수행된 식스시그마 프로젝트에 대한 것으로 폐콘크리트 발생 저감 및 잔량발생에 영향을 미치는 주요 인자들을 파악하고 개선안을 도출하는 과정을 보였다. 프로젝트는 식스시그마의 방법론을 따라 정의, 측정, 분석, 개선, 관리의 절차에 따라 주요 변수를 규명하고 개선안을 찾아내는 식으로 진행되었다. 분석결과 폐콘크리트 발생을 줄이기 위해서는 첫째, 거푸집 시공 및 타설 프로세스를 개선하고 둘째, 압송관 및 펌프카 내 잔여 레미콘을 최소한으로 감소시키며 셋째, 최종적으로 남은 레미콘을 재활용할 수 있도록 하는 세가지로 요약되었다

  • Because reinforced concrete structures were being high more and more in recent year, concrete was being demanded high performance of high strength and high fluidity. But various characteristics must be confirmed besides guarantee of demand strength in ultra-high strength concrete. In ultra-high strength concrete, autogenous shrinkage and drying shrinkage grow big because of a low water cement ratio and much quantity of binder. So dangerousness of crack generation grow big in early ages. And ultra-high strength concrete is influenced by use materials more than ordinary strength concrete. In this study we were examined mix design, atuogenous shrinkage and pumpability of ultra-high strength concrete to apply on the ground.

  • In order to have pumping technology for high speed construction of tall building, study for quantitative evaluation of flow characteristics and pumpability should be conducted. So, this study evaluate the characteristics among the inner pipe pressure, fresh concrete properties and separated mortar through the continuous pumping test. Then it consider of relations between rheological properties and pumpability. In the result of test, it found that there are high interrelationship between the rheological characteristics which represented plastic viscosity and pressure lose by pipe length.
