Heating Performance of Ground source Heat Pump using Extruding Ground Water (유출지하수 열원 지열히트펌프시스템의 난방성능)

  • 유출지하수는 지하공간이 깊고 넓게 분포하는 건물에서 자연적으로 유출되어 배출되는 낮은 심도의 지하수이다. 본 연구에서는 신축된 교회건물에서 유출되는 지하수를 열원으로 밀폐형태와 개방형태의 열교환기를 활용하여 각각 5RT급 히트펌프시스템을 난방모드로 운전한 결과를 정리하였다. 실험은 난방순환수의 온도를 $43{\sim}49$ $^{\cdot}C$ 범위에서 제어하면서 진행하였으며, 시스템 COP에 있어서 밀폐형은 $4.12{\sim}4.75$, 개방형은 $3.42{\sim}3.98$의 범위에서 측정되었다. 이는 기존의 지열히트펌프시스템의 COP와 대동 소이한 우수한 성능이라고 판단된다. 또한 펌프동력을 제외한 히트펌프 자체 난방COP에 있어서 밀폐형은 $4.69{\sim}5.81$, 개방형은 $4.38{\sim}5.43$의 범위에서 나타났다. 유출지하수의 온도가 겨울철에도 약 $12{\sim}14^{\cdot}C$를 유지하므로 히트펌프와 시스템전체의 COP가 매우 우수한 값을 나타내고 있음이 확인되었다.

  • 가변속 장치의 적용은 에너지 절감을 목적으로 한 것이기 때문에 대상기기의 선정에 있어 가장 중요한 점은 에너지 절감 효과의 예측이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 그 대상을 정속 펌프인 급유 펌프에 두고 그에 적용되는 실제 운용방법 그리고 적용시 문제점을 분석하였으며, 이와 함께 VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) 가변속 장치의 기능 및 에너지 절감에 대해 해석하였다.

Explicit Design of Commercial Pipe on a Slope with Pumping Power (동력경사 상용관의 양해법 설계)

  • Pumping power being given, traditional method requires an iteration process for the solution of discharge and pipe diameter. Yoo and Kang (1996) have developed explicit equations for the estimation of discharge and pipe diameter for the cases of uniformly rough pipe on a sloping bed with a pumping power. The use of poser law for the estimation of friction factor enabled to develop the explicit form of equations. Yoo (1995a) has suggested the mean friction factor method for the estimation of friction factor of commercial pipe or composite surface pipe. With the same approach, the present work has developed the explicit equations of discharge or pipe diameter for the general case of commercial pipe on a sloping bed with a pumping power by adopting the mean friction factor method.

  • 연비절감 및 조향감 향상을 위한 EHPS 시스템은 엔진 동력 기반의 HPS(Hydraulic Power Steering)시스템과는 달리 탈 엔진형 조향 기술로써 동력원인 BLDC 모터, 고압펌프 일체형 모듈, 상용 HPS 시스템의 기본 유압회로, 조향계 시스템 및 BLDC 모터를 제어하고 최적 조향력을 생성하기 위한 로직이 포함된 ECU로 구성되며. 주요구성 모듈은 펌프부, 모터부, 제어부로 분류된다. 본 논문에서는 펌프부의 외접형 Gear펌프의 시제품 제작하였고 구동토크 측정실험의 Data를 통해 기존 EHPS용 Gear펌프와 비교평가를 하였다.

  • Parametric study has been conducted to calculate the capacity of vacuum pump system that will be used to maintain the pressure of the tube system under atmosphere level. Recently many railroad researchers pay attention to the tube train system as one of the super high speed transportation system. To achieve the ultra super high speed, the inside of tube system should be maintained the low pressure level. In the low pressure environment, it is well known that air resistance of train is drastically decreased. Vacuum pump system will be used to make the low pressure level of tube system, exhaust the leakage air and supplement additional vacuum pumping. Qualitative and quantitative study has been conducted to review the effects of major parameters concerned with the capacity of vacuum pump system. As a results of these studies, we get the lump capacity of vacuum pump for various parameters. These results can be used to analyse the effects of the reduction of air resistance.

  • Liquefied natural gas takes up six hundredths of the volume of natural gas, which makes storage and transportation much easier. To send out natural gas via a pipeline network across the nation, high-pressure LNG pumps supply highly compressed LNG to high-pressure vaporization facilities. The Number of high-pressure LNG pumps determined the send-out amount in LNG receiving terminal. So it is main equipment at LNG production process and should be maintained on best conditions. In this paper, to find out the cause of high beat vibration at cryogenic pumps, vibration and motor current signal analysis have been performed. High vibration of cryogenic pumps could be reduced due to the modification of motor rotor.

  • A balanced vane pump for the use of automotive power steering systems generates a flow ripple which is imposed upon the mean flow rate. The flow ripple interacts with the characteristics of the connected pipes, valves and steering gear in a complex manner to produce a pressure ripple, also known as fluid-borne noise. In order to reduce vibration level and produce quieter and more reliable power steering systems, it is important to measure the flow ripple produced by a pump with high accuracy and fast response. In this paper, the flow ripple generated by a vane pump in automotive power steering systems is measured by the remote instantaneous flow rate measurement method (RIFM) using hydraulic pipeline dynamics. In experiment, flow and pressure ripple wave forms are measured under various operating conditions. Also, the parameters affected upon the flow and pressure ripple are investigated by the frequency analysis.

  • The electro-hydraulic pump is usually used in testing equipments which require one control function. But until now, it is not applied to industrial equipments which are exposed to severe working environment and require various control functions. This paper proposes a technique which controls continuously flow, pressure and power by utilizing switching control mode. Mathematical model is developed from the continuity equation for the pressurized control volume and the torque balance for the swash plate motion. To simplify the model we make the linear state equation by differentiating the nonlinear model. We analyze the stability and disturbance by using the state variable model. Finally, we review the control performances of flow, pressure and power by tests using PID controller.

  • The purpose of the present experimental study is to apply multi-point simultaneous measurement by PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry) to high-speed flow region within a domestic boiler circulation pump. Two different kinds of flow rate($27{\ell}/min,\;19{\ell}/min$)are selected as experimental condition. A volute casing and Impeller made of transparent Polycarbonate were made for the easy access of the illumination laser via fiber optical line and cylinder lens assembly to the measuring region. A CCD camera is syncronized with AOM to acquire clear original particle images. Optimized cross correlation identification to obtain velocity vectors is implemented by direct calculation of correlation coefficients. The instantaneous and time-mean velocity distribution, velocity profile and kinetic energy are represented quantitatively at the full-scale region for the deeper understanding of the unsteady flow characteristics in a commercial circulation pump.
