An Implementation of the Controller for Intelligent Process System using Neural Network (신경회로망을 이용한 지능형 가공 시스템 제어기 구현)

  • In this study, this system makes use of the analog infrared rays sensor and converts the feature of fish outline when sensor is operating with CPU(80C196KC). Then, after signal processing, this feature is classified a special feature and a outline of fish by using the neural network, one of the artificial intelligence scheme. This neural network classifies fish pattern of very simple and short calculation. This has linear activation function and the error back propagation is used as a teaming algorithm. And the neural network is learned in off-line process. Because an adaptation period of neural network is too long when random initial weights are used, off-line teaming is induced to decrease the progress time.

  • 본 논문은 스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기의 순시 토크 맥동 저감 기법을 제안한다. 스위치드 릴럭턴스 전동기는 일반적으로 이중 돌극형의 구조로 인한 토크 맥동과 소음 발생의 단점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 제어 기법은 퍼지 로직 기반의 최적 턴 오프각 제어와 슬라이딩 모드 제어 기반의 토크 지령 보상 기법을 결합하여 순시적으로 발생하는 토크 맥동을 보상한다. 750W급 전동기 모델의 시뮬레이션 결과는 제안하는 제어 기법의 우수성을 보인다.

  • The paper presents a model reference adaptive control containing a fuzzy algorithm for tuning the gain coefficient which adjusts the level of the fuzzy controller output. The synthesis of a fuzzy tuning algorithm has been performed for the inverted pendulum system. The computer simulation results have proved the efficiency of the proposed method, showing stable system responses.

  • The paper describes the adaptation of evolutionary fuzzy model ins (EFM) in developing global function approximation tools for use in genetic algorithm based optimization of nonlinear structural systems. EFM is an optimization process to determine the fuzzy membership parameters for constructing global approximation model in a case where the training data are not sufficiently provided or uncertain information is included in design process. The paper presents the performance of EFM in terms of numbers of fuzzy rules and training data, and then explores the EFM based sizing of automotive component for passenger protection.

  • Recently, the study on non-linear equalization, self-recovering equalization using the neural Network structure or Fuzzy logic, is lively in progress. In this thesis, if the value of error difference is large, coefficient adaptation rate is bigger, and if being small, it is smaller. We proposed the new FSG(Fuzzy Stochastic Gradient)/CMA algorithm combining TS(Tagaki-Sugeno) fuzzy model having fast convergence rate and low mean square error(MSE) and CMA(Constant Modulus Algorithm) which is prone to ISI and insensitive to phase alteration. As a simulation result of the designed channel adaptive equalizer using the proposed FSG/CMA algorithm, it is shown that SNR is improved about 3.5dB comparing to the conventional algorithm.

  • The regression analysis and Adaptive -Network based Fuzzy-inference system (ANFIS) were applied to the explanation on human's visual texture of cotton fabrics with 7 mechanical properties. The ANFIS uses the structure with fuzzy membership function and neural network. The results obtained by the statistical analysis through the coefficient of correlation and regression analysis showed that subjective texture had a linear relationship with mechanical properties. But It had a relatively low coefficient of determination and was difficult that the statistical analysis explained other relationship with the exception of a lineality and interaction among mechanical properties. Comparing the statistical analysis, the ANFIS was an effective tool to explain human's non-linear perceptions and their interactions. But to apply ANFIS to human's perceptions more effectively, it is necessary to discriminate effective input variables through controlling the properties of samples.

  • WWW which is an applicable massive set of document on the Web is a thesaurus of various information for users. However, Search engines spend a lot of time to retrieve necessary information and to filter out unnecessary information for user. In this paper, we propose the EFAM(the Extended Fuzzy AHP Method) model to manage the Web resource efficiently, and to make a decision in the problem of specific domain definitely. The EFAM model is concerned with the emotion analysis based on the domain corpus information, and it composed with systematic common concept grids by the knowledge of multiple experts. Therefore, The proposed the EFAM model can extract the documents by considering on the emotion criteria in the semantic context that is extracted concept from the corpus of specific domain and confirms that our model provides more efficient decision-making through an experiment than the conventional methods such as AHP and Fuzzy AHP which describe as a hierarchical structure elements about decision-making based on the alternatives, evaluation criteria, subjective attribute weight and fuzzy relation between concept and object.

  • It has become important to evaluate the qualitive reliability and condition assessment of existing structural systems in order to establish a rational program for repair and maintenance. Since most of if existing structural system may suffer from defect corrosion and damage, it is necessary to account for their effects in fuzzy reliability analysis, In this paper, an attempt is made to develope a reliability analysis for damaged structural systems using failure possibility theory. Damage state is specified in terms of linguistic valiables using natural language information and numerical information, which are defined by fuzzy sets. Using a subjective condition index of failure possibility and information of the damage state is introduced into the calculation of failure probability. The subjective condition index of quantitative and qualitative analysis method is newly proposed based on the fuzzy set operations, namely logical product, drastic product, logical sum and drastic sum

  • 본 연구에서는 학습데이터의 빈도요소를 반영하도록 수정된 구조의 FMM 신경망을 소개하고, 이로부터 패턴 분류를 위한 지식 표현을 생성하는 방법론을 제안한다. 하이퍼박스 멤버쉽함수는 5종류의 퍼지 분할을 기반으로 설정한 구간에 대하여 소속정도를 반영하여 결정하며, 각 차원별로 특징범위의 폭과 빈도 요소로부터 가중치 값이 학습된다. 본 연구에서는 제안된 이론을 수화인식 문제를 대상으로 고찰하였다. 인식 시스템의 구성은 특징추출을 위하여 3차원으로 확장된 구조의 CNN 모델을 사용하였으며, 수화패턴 데이터의 표현은 모션 히스토리 볼륨(Motion History Volume) 구조를 기반으로 하였다. 6종류의 수화패턴 동영상으로부터 27개 특징요소를 추출하고 이를 사용한 FMM 신경망의 학습과정과 지식의 추출 과정을 실험으로 보이고 그 유용성을 고찰한다.

Multi-FNN Identification by Means of HCM Clustering and ITs Optimization Using Genetic Algorithms (HCM 클러스터링에 의한 다중 퍼지-뉴럴 네트워크 동정과 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 이의 최적화)

  • In this paper, the Multi-FNN(Fuzzy-Neural Networks) model is identified and optimized using HCM(Hard C-Means) clustering method and genetic algorithms. The proposed Multi-FNN is based on Yamakawa's FNN and uses simplified inference as fuzzy inference method and error back propagation algorithm as learning rules. We use a HCM clustering and Genetic Algorithms(GAs) to identify both the structure and the parameters of a Multi-FNN model. Here, HCM clustering method, which is carried out for the process data preprocessing of system modeling, is utilized to determine the structure of Multi-FNN according to the divisions of input-output space using I/O process data. Also, the parameters of Multi-FNN model such as apexes of membership function, learning rates and momentum coefficients are adjusted using genetic algorithms. A aggregate performance index with a weighting factor is used to achieve a sound balance between approximation and generalization abilities of the model. The aggregate performance index stands for an aggregate objective function with a weighting factor to consider a mutual balance and dependency between approximation and predictive abilities. According to the selection and adjustment of a weighting factor of this aggregate abjective function which depends on the number of data and a certain degree of nonlinearity, we show that it is available and effective to design an optimal Multi-FNN model. To evaluate the performance of the proposed model, we use the time series data for gas furnace and the numerical data of nonlinear function.
