The weather FAX machine is the one of necessary of safety navigation for ship. which is the machine which make the weather image by the receiving radio signal which is modulated using FSK method and transmitted on air by coast station. after Coast station scan the weather image and broadcast the image with black dot to 1500Hz and white dot to 2300Hz using FSK modulation. This paper implement weather fax machine using only general IBM-PC by software. By using IBM-PC we can make some good functions like print, edit, save etc. The modulated signal from SSB go into RS232C port via photo coupler not to give damage to PC. by using Timer Interrupt and RS232C serial interrupt, we can measure signal frequency and remake weather image. This paper use only IBM-PC with general SSB receiver which is widely spread on the ship. so this is very economic and possible to implement mutifunctions.

(사)한국패키지디자인협회는 2월 22일 쉐라톤서울팔래스강남호텔 다이너스티A홀에서 '제25회 대한민국패키지디자인대전(Korea Package Design Award)' 시상식을 개최했다. 이번 공모전은 대학생공모전(학생부문)과 팩스타어워드(일반부문) 등 2개 부문으로 진행됐다. 먼저 일반부문의 대상인 '한국팩스타상(Best of The Best)'은 애경디자인센터의 '루나${\times}$이도이 기획세트'가 수상했다. 학생부문의 대상은 남서울대학교 손예진, 최성은 학생의 '한과, 파티에 가다'가 차지했다. 다음에 일반부문 팩스타 수상작들을 통해 패키지디자인의 최신 동향을 살펴보도록 한다

(사)한국패키지디자인합회는 1월 21일 제24회 대한민국패키지디자인대전 시상식을 진행했다. 이번 공모전은 2015년 11월 4일 접수와 1차 심사를 시작으로 대학생공모전(학생부문)과 팩스타어워드(일반부문) 두 개 부문에 대해 열렸으며 학생부문은 25개 대학 226점이 일반부문은 32개 업체 82개 제품이 출품됐다. 제24회 시상식에서는 (주)미강식품의 '우리물' 패키지디자인이 깨끗하고 맑은 이미지를 소비자에게 전달하기 위해 양면 인쇄기법을 적용해 한국팩스타상(Best of Best)으로 선정됐다. 본 고에서는 일반부문 팩스타 수상작들을 일부 살펴봄으로써 패키지디자인 최신 동향을 살펴보도록 한다.

한국패키지디자인협회는 2월 27일 그랜드앰배서더 서울호텔에서 2014 대한민국패키지디자인대전 팩스타 어워드 시상식을 진행했다. 대한민국패키지디자인대전은 한국패키지디자인 분야의 대표 단체로서 한국패키지디자인협회의 정체성을 확인하고 한국패키지디자인의 역량과 정보를 국내외에 알리는 의미있는 패키지디자인대전으로 "한국팩스타" 콘테스트전에서 "대한민국패키지디자인대전"으로 명칭이 변경된 이후, 더욱 활발하게 위상을 펼치고 있다. 이날 시상식에서는 32개 업체 73개 제품에 대해 팩스타상을 수여했다. 본 고에서는 일부 수상작을 통해 패키지디자인 컨셉과 동향을 살펴보도록 한다.

본고에서는 현재 국내에서 이루어지고 있는 부가 통신서비스의 내용으로 전화기를 이용한 음성정보서비스와 PC나 비데오텍스서비스, 전자사서함 서비스, 팩스를 이용한 팩스정보서비스 들을 기술하고, 향후 통신망이 지능망으로의 진화에 따른 통신서비스의 발전방향에 대해서 기술하고자 한다.

This study aims to understand regional specificity and its impact on the IT service industry in Fairfax County. Fairfax County primarily specializes in the IT service in the United States, and it has cultivated a resilient and unique industrial environment. Business-related initiatives by the federal government have resulted in the influx and expansion of IT service firms, the formation of new small firms, the abundance of skilled workers, and the growth of the IT services related with the federal procurement market, though the government policies do not explicitly intend to affect the industrial path in Fairfax County. Meanwhile, local institutions have provided various programs and services for both incumbent firms and potential entrants, and have recently focused on the accumulation and leverage of relational assets among economic actors through a variety of networking venues.

본 연구의 목적은 기존의 PSTN 전화망을 이용하여 음성 통화는 물론 데이터, 팩스 일 동영상 등 다양한 멀티미디어 정보를 송수신 할 수 있는 멀티미디어 단말 시스템을 개발하는데 있다. 본 개발시스템은 ITU-T의 V.34 규격을 만족하는 DSP 모뎀과 음성 및 데이터를 동시에 송수신할 수 있는 DSVD 기능, 그리고 다양한 멀티미디어 기능을 구현 및 제어하게되는 시스템 콘트롤러등으로 구성되며 사용자들로서는 LCD/Touch Screen 메뉴에서 원하는 정보서비스를 선택하기만 하면 음성, 데이터 통신, 팩스 등의 다양한 서비스를 이용할 수 있게 된다.
