Decline in population and aging have led to the crisis of urban extinction, and the importance of urban regeneration has grown in the country. In addition to the meaning of redevelopment and reconstruction, the government will seek to secure sustainable living conditions, restore the economy, and restore social and cultural functions by utilizing the new technologies based on the efforts to restore the maximum cost to urban buildings and IT technologies.

Fashion and interior architecture are two areas of design that may share common issues, trends and philosophies, making fashion design human's second skin and interior architecture the third. The concept of 'skin' has become one of the most interesting phenomena in design during the past decade and not surprisingly similar issues can be seen also in fashion and architectural design. The current trend in fashion design is that the skin (clothing) has become detached from the human body and extended into the environment, resulting fashion as art objects. Skin in architecture and interior design has also become detached from the structure so designers have more freedom to experiment by using advanced technologies. The present study attempts to analyze common features of 'skin phenomenon' in fashion and interior architecture that are; detachment, emphasis on space, extension, territorial blending, and digital applications. The researcher has used constant comparative method to categorize the five features among many examples. The limitation of this study is that it is focused on the formative phenomena of projects excluding the philosophies and personal background of each designer. However, it is hoped that the study may assist designers and other researchers to understand relationships between fashion and interior design, hold broader spectrum in art and design.

Though Adolf Loos, an architect of 1920s said 'ornament is sin', feature of decoration has big gravity in modern architecture & its design trend. Embellishment as a new genre that combined new cultures, trends, and technologies is finally ascribing to skin design approach. For instance it is preference to rags, coarse fabric, external shape of fragments. Expressing surface as a ceremony in architecture or indoor design is also belong to the same category. In this respect, as a new approach on skin, the study focuses on visual and spatial changes that stimulate user's sensibilities consequently since skin design is based on human senses and sensibilities. As skin design expands the scope of human experiences comprehensively, and classify boundaries between internal parts and external parts or make them ambiguous, aesthetic embodiment on new trends is getting done. Through skins on buildings, a message is transmitted to a whole city, an opportunity for the city to be expanded into a new space is created, and human senses are stimulated through refusing a traditional sides by rediscovering decorations in space design and adapting the sides made in limitlessly-expressed styles. Thus, as a new approach on the skins that transmit a message through human senses, the study is to contemplate skin design, and to interpret them as works to eliminate boundaries among architecture, fashion, interior/exterior space design(especially exhibition and international fair)following their suits. Through interpreting this subject, the study is to understand and analyze comtemporary expansion situation on interactions among fashion and architecture, and interior design.

포스트모던 스타일은 현대유행에서 여러 가지로 보여진다. 특히 거리스타일은 테디보이즈, 모즈, 히피, 스킨헤드와 대중유행에서 시작된다. 대중문화는 현대사회에서 여러 가지 방식으로 두드러지고 있다. 음악 연극, 영화에서 젊은이들의 생각을 읽을 수 있는데, 거리스타일은 그들의 공포와 저항 그리고 그들의 열정이 담겨져 있다. 스트리트 스타일의 미학은 대중문화의 미학은 대중문학의 미학에서 다음과 같이 보여진다. ${\cdot}$ 해학과 감상이 원시주의에 ${\cdot}$ 선정성은 비비안 웨스트우드나 잔드라로즈의 작품에서 보여지는 것 같은 에로티즘에 ${\cdot}$ 환상성은 사이버 사이키델릭 패션 속에 표현되어 진다.
