비례제어 신호로 사용하는 근전도 신호 처리방법 검토

  • 의용생체공학의 한분야인 재활공학의 많은 발전으로 상실된 인간의 사지기관의 일부는 거의 자연스런 기능을 갖는 장치로 대치할 수 있는 가능성이 높아지고 있으며, 일한 연구의 결과는 산업용 로보트의 개발에도 기여를 하고 있다. 그중에서도 핵심이 되고 있는 것이 근전도신호를 이용한 보철제어(Prosthesis Control)에 관한 연구이다. 근전도신호가 인공팔제어에 이용된 것은 1950년대 초 소련에서 처음 시도되었고 그후 유럽, 카나다 미국등에서 계속 이에 관한 연구가 성과를 나타내고 있다. 근전도 신호를 제어신호로 사용할 경우 가장 큰 문제점은 근전도신호의 저주파 잡음인데, 실제로 비례제어신호를 얻기위하여는 이 잡음이 제거되어야 한다. 그러므로 여기에서는 근전도신호 처리방법에 대한 개략적인 것을 소개하고, 잡음의 제거방법등을 검토해 보고자 한다.

  • By integrating the wired-glove and the position sensor using the magnetic fields, we developed the system which could measure the functional dimension of the hand and arm of the human. Magnetic position sensor traces the position and orientation of the arm while the wired-glove measures 18 phalangeal joint angles(including abduction between fingers, pitch and yaw of the wiist). The system could be used to monitor and quantify the functional dimension of the hand and arm and also could be used to test the product usability where the hand motion is important. Another important application lies in determining the degree of paralysis.

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대상자의 팔과 다리를 연구자가 잡아당기고, 저항을 준 상태로 대상자가 대상자의 몸통으로 가져가는 수동적 가동범위의 운동인 '저항굴곡MS운동'이 코어를 강화시켜주는 운동임을 증명한다. 또한 본 연구의 목적은 누군가의 작은 도움이 근육강화와 유연성은 물론 관절의 기능회복에 도움을 주며 류마티스 관절염 통증완화에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자하는데 있다.

  • Palladium plays a pivotal role in the production of dental and medicinal devices, medicinal substances, jewellery, automobile and high-performance adhesives. Despite the frequent and fruitful use of such reactions, one major setback is the high level of palladium in the resultant compounds which can harm the human body. Among the palladium species, $PdCl_2$ is the most toxic. As a consequence it is desirable to detect the $Pd^{2+}$ cations by fluorescence spectra because it can provide an operationally simple and cost-effective detection method together with high sensitivity and selectivity. Herein, an ${\alpha}$-carbonyl substituted pyrene derivative, ${\gamma}$-oxo-1-pyrenebutyric acid (OPBA), was demonstrated to be a highly sensitive and selective fluorescent probe for $Pd^{2+}$ among the metal cations examined in aqueous solutions.

  • 최근 들어 국내외에서는 하천환경 및 생태서식처 기능을 갖는 자연형 하천으로의 복원에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 하천복원의 범주에서 하천 내 설치되는 수공구조물에 대한 중요성이 많이 언급 되고 있는데 그 중 대표적인 것으로 수제를 들 수 있다. 하천 내 설치하는 수제(groyne)는 제방보호 및 유로변경의 목적으로 하천내에 시공되는 구조물 중의 하나로서 하천복원과정에 있어 필수불가결한 구조물 중의 하나로 인식되고 있다. 근래에 들어 경제성 및 환경성을 갖는 수제에 대한 연구로 변형수제에 대한 연구들이 진행 되고 있는데 변형수제의 대표적인 형상으로는 L형, T형 수제 및 굴절, 열쇠형 수제 등이 있다. 각각의 수제들은 그 형상에 따라 수제주변에서 국부적인 흐름구조가 다르게 발생하게 된다. 이러한 수제들은 수제 고유의 형태에 대한 흐름특성 연구들이 주로 이루어지고 있는 반면에 수제의 투영길이에 대한비교는 수행되지 않았다. 즉 동일한 수제길이를 갖더라도 설치각이나 형태에 따라 투영면적에 대한 유수단면적의 변화가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 그림과 같이 상향 또는 하향굴절수제를 대상으로 팔길이(AL)의 변화를 주었으며, 팔길이 변화로 인해 발생되는 투영길이(L')와 동일한 길이를 갖는 연직수제를 제작하여 흐름특성을 관측하고 비교하여 보았다. 수제는 군집 형태로 건설되는 것이 일반적이나 여러 가지 형태의 조합으로 건설되기도 하는데 이러한 투영길이에 대한 비교는 수제설계 시 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to find out the immediate effect on dynamic balance through Abdominal hollowing exercise and Abdominal bracing exercise. Method: 90 healthy male and female students in their 20s were surveyed and measured using Y-balance test and Functional reach test. Result: In the dynamic balance Test between groups, there was a statistically significant difference between the group that performed Abdominal hollowing exercise and the control group. Conclusion: Although both representative spinal stabilization exercises Abdominal hollowing exercise and Abdominal bracing exercise are meaningful in increasing dynamic equilibrium, it is difficult to suggest that any method is more effective in terms of immediate effects.

Functional Separation of Myoelectric Signal of Human Arm Movements Using Time Series Analysis (시계열 해석을 이용한 팔운동 근전신호의 기능분리)

  • In this paper, two general methods using time-series analysis in the functional separation of the myoelectric signal of human arm movements are developed. Autocorrelation, covariance method and sequential least squares algorithm were used to determine the model parameters and the order of signal model to describe six arm movement patterns` the forearm flexion and extension, the wrist pronation and supination, rotation-in and rotation-out. The confidence interval to classify the functions of arm movement was defined by the mean and standard deviation of total squared error. With the error signals of autoregressive(AR) model, the result showed that the highest success rate was obtained in the case of 4th order, and success rate was decreased with increase of order. Autocorrelation was the method of choice for better success rate. This technique might be applied to biomedical and rehabilitation engineering.

  • This study was to investigate the balancing and clinical abilities trunk muscle stabilization exercise and trunk muscle resistive exercise of stroke patients having surface changes in balance of body. The subjects of this study were 30 stroke patients(15 males and 15 females) that three times a week for 12 weeks at the same time point and with the same amount of exercise. They were separated into two groups and did reinforcing exercise on trunk muscle stabilization exercise and trunk muscle resistive exercise for three times a week for twelve weeks. It were measured balancing ability, they performed functional standing balance test, functional forward arm stretching test. performance-oriented mobility assessment, berg balance scale. The balancing exercises were modified from preceding studies and consisted of 6 difference exercises. The functional standing test with open and close eyes and performance-oriented mobility assessment, the trunk muscle stabilization exercise group and the trunk muscle resistive exercise group improved significantly. The forward arm stretching was test the trunk muscle stabilization exercise group more improved. This study found that the balancing exercise on trunk muscle stabilization exercise was more effective than trunk muscle resistive exercise for stroke patients. Thus, trunk muscle stabilization exercise has more positive effects on the improvement of balancing abilities of stroke patients.

Palladium Catalyzed Synthesis of Aryl Conjugated Enamides (팔라듐 촉매를 이용한 Aryl Conjugated Enamides의 합성)

  • Acrylamide, N-alkyl substituted acrylamides and N,N-diethylacrylamide were reacted with aryl bromides in the presence of triethylamine and palladium acetate-triorthotolyl phosphine catalyst to form the various substituted aryl conjugated enamides. These reactions proceeded selectively and (E)-isomer of aryl conjugated enamides was obtained. N-alkyl substituted acrylamides were more reactive than acrylamide or N,N-diethylacrylamide and gave high yields of vinylated products. Aryl bromides with electron withdrawing group showed good reactivity but aryl bromides with electron donating group showed poor reactivity or no reactivity for acrylamide or N,N-diethylacrylamide.

  • The Purpose of this study was to determine the clinical effectiveness of mirror therapy for stroke. Moreover, this paper was designed to summarize clarified information of neurological plasticity by mirror therapy to finally define the neurological mechanism. Mirror therapy improves the stroke patients' hand and arm motor function. It also has a positive influence on recovering performance of activities of daily living and relieving pain. However, it is not evident that mirror therapy restores visual neglect. There are various ways of recovering stroke. Fundamentally, all the theories are on a bases of restoration of premotor area. Premotor area which is associated with motor control increases the activation of primary motor area and finally improves patients' motor function. If primary motor area is completely damaged, premotor area and supplementary motor substitute for primary motor area. In summary of literature survey, there are not enough evidence to verify the effectiveness and neurological mechanism of mirror therapy. In future, more researches should be conducted to verify the neurological recovery through mirror therapy. Then, mirror therapy will be acknowledged as a clinically effective treatment.
