Storage of files is important in the information age. In particular, files in the company should be managed more efficiently. In this paper, we connect to FTP Server through Client program to manage files efficiently. The FTP Server builds a database to manage employee information in the company and folder paths for each employee. The Client program can be used after login with the assigned employee number and password. You can check the list of files stored in the FTP server when login is successful and upload, download and delete after selecting specific files. Folders can also be created and deleted for more systematic management of files. For the efficient operation of the company, it is implemented so that it can be divided into a personal drive and a public drive.

Many users feel a great pain owing to losing edited files. It is very serious loss in time and money. This problem occurs because email attachments are edited in 'Inbox' and the compute immediately shuts down with 'Save'. This is caused by the illusion that the 'save' in a temporary folder is saved to a secure hard disk. Our thesis proposes a loss-prevention system WatchDog for safe storage and folder management of the e-mail attachments. The proposed system operates a warning window pop-up when we 'Open(O)' and 'Save' the attachment. In addition, convenient folder management plans for safe copying and movement are shown through example programs.

Recently, due to evolving cloud computing technology, we can easily and transparently utilize both local computing resource and remote computing resource in real life. Especially, enhancing smart device technologies and network infrastructures promote an increase of needs to share files between local smart devices and cloud storages. However, since smart devices have a limited storage space, storing files on cloud storage causes a starvation problem of local storage. It means that users can face a storage-lack problem even a cloud storage service provide a huge file storing space. In this research, we propose a method to manage files between smart devices and cloud storages. Our approach calculate file usage pattern based on recently used date, and then this approach determines local files being migrated. As a result, our approach is sufficient for handling data synchronization between big data storage farm and local thin client which contains limited storage space.

소규모 전자상거래 업체에서 데이터베이스를 사용하여 고객 물류 정보를 관리하지 못하고 파일로 관리한다. 파일로 관리되는 데이터는 자료 형식의 차이로 업체 간 데이터를 주고받기 어려운 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 파일로 관리되는 고객 물류 데이터를 하나의 시스템으로 통합하여 관리할 수 있는 체계가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 JSON을 이용한 고객 물류 관리 시스템을 제안하여 통합 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 각 고객 물류 데이터의 데이터 구조를 분석하여 통합 데이터베이스를 위한 스키마를 생성하고, 새로운 스키마에 맞게 기존 데이터를 전처리 과정을 거쳐 통합 데이터베이스에 저장하여 관리한다. 제안된 시스템을 사용하면 파일로 입력된 데이터가 자동으로 통합 데이터베이스로 저장되어, 업체별로 관리되는 데이터를 통합하여 관리할 수 있다.

인터넷 사용자의 증가와 함께 e-mail 사용자 또한 증가하게 되면서 대량의 메일을 송수신하는 경우, 메일에 대한 효율적 관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 수신된 메일의 내용을 텍스트 형태로 가져온 뒤, parallel regular expression을 이용하여 Keyword를 검색하고 추출하여 메일에 첨부되어온 멀티미디어 파일들을 자동으로 분류·저장하는 멀티미디어 첨부파일 자동분류 시스템을 제안하였다. 수신된 메일을 일일이 확인하고 분류해야만 했던 기존의 시스템과는 달리 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 시스템을 이용했을 경우 노력과 시간을 절감하고 첨부파일들을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

최근 들어, 전세계적으로 재난의 빈도와 규모가 커지고 있다. 예상치 못한 재난이 발생하였을 경우, 재난관리의 소홀은 국가적 위기를 가져올 수도 있다. 따라서 효율적이고 통합되어있는 재난관리 시스템의 운영이 필수적이며 이를 위하여 모든 경보시스템에서 통용 가능한 공통된 프로토콜이 필요하다. 국제표준인 공통경보프로토콜(CAP: Common Alerting Protocol)이 그 대안이다. 공통경보프로토콜은 미국뿐 아니라 캐나다와 호주에서 사용 중이며, 각 나라의 상황에 맞는 요구사항을 추가한 프로파일을 작성하여 재난관리 시스템에 적용하고 있다. 우리나라 역시 국내 실정에 맞는 요구사항이 반영된 "통합경보시스템을 위한 공통경보프로토콜 프로파일"이 표준으로 제정되어 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 "통합경보시스템을 위한 공통경보프로토콜 프로파일"과 공통경보프로토콜을 도입한 해외 각국의 프로파일을 비교한다.

인터넷과 E-mail 의 사용자가 증가하게 되면서 대량의 메일을 송수신하는 경우, 메일에 대한 효율적 관리의 문제와 불필요한 메일에 대한 관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 -mail 시스템의 첨부파일 형식별 자동분류 에이전트는 메일의 내용을 읽어 Keyword 를 검색, 추출한 뒤 불필요한 메일로 판단되는 경우 자동삭제 시키고 그렇지 않은 경우 카테고리별로 폴더를 생성하여 첨부파일 들을 형식별로 분류 시켜주는 E-mail 시스템의 첨부파일 형식별 자동분류 에이전트를 제안하였다. 수신된 메일을 일일이 확인하고 분류해야만 했던 기존의 시스템과는 달리 본 논문에서 제안하고자 하는 시스템을 이용했을 경우 노력과 시간을 절감하고 불필요한 메일에 의한 저장공간의 낭비감소와 첨부파일을 효과적으로 관리할 수 있다는 장점이 있다.

최근 들어 차량용 블랙박스의 급속한 보급으로 많은 분야에서 중요하게 사용되고 있다. 그러나 현재의 차량용 블랙박스 시스템은 제한된 메모리의 용량에 영상 파일을 저장하기 위해, 일정 용량이 저장되면 먼저 저장된 영상 파일을 순차적으로 삭제하여 새로운 영상 파일이 저장되도록 설계되어 있다. 이것은 장시간 주차 중에 발생할 수 있는 차량훼손을 분석하기 위해서는 제약사항이 아닐 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 FTP를 이용하여 주행 중 혹은 주차 중의 영상 파일을 삭제 없이 지속적으로 저장할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 차량용 블랙박스 뿐 아니라 제한된 용량에 영상 파일을 저장하는 수많은 시스템에 동시 적용할 수 있다.

Some records have to be classified not according to their business function but according to their case because of the characteristics of the organization's business. Examples of this are case files, criminal files, lawsuit files, personal files, medical files, and project files. The case files are made according to standard business processes. Case files are filled with records of a series of activities and these records, which are made while carrying out various functions, reenact the multilevel process of a case. This study organized the implications of managing case files by examining the composition of lawsuit records and deducting characteristics in management. To do this, first, this study analyzed the composition of the lawsuit records that Korea Legal Aid Corporation produced and managed. Second, this study confirmed how the characteristics of case files are reflected in the lawsuit records of Korea Legal Aid Corporation. Third and lastly, this study searched how the lawsuit files are managed and used through the example of Korea Legal Aid Corporation.

일반적으로 사용자들은 파일을 효율적으로 관리하기 위해 대용량의 하드 디스크에 다수의 파티션을 생성하여 사용한다. 그러나, 컴퓨터 활용에 익숙치 않은 사용자들의 경우에는 체계적인 파일 관리가 되지 못하여 많은 애로를 겪기도 한다 특히, 하나의 컴퓨터를 여러 사람이 공동으로 사용할 경우에는 체계적인 파일 관리의 부재로 인한 파급 효과가 더욱 클 것이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 디스크 파티션을 변경하지 않으면서 사용자 입장에서는 개인별로 별도의 디스크 파티션이 부여된 것처럼 느끼도록 하여 파일 관리에 도움을 줄 수 있는 가상 디스크 프로그램을 설계하고 구현하였다.
