유역의 수량, 수질, 수생태, 지하수, 하천환경, 기후변화, 오염원, 하천 친수공간, 농업경작지 등 수자원 관점의 물순환의 범위를 넘어서 환경, 기후변화 적응, 경제성, 사회문화 등 다양한 분야를 포함한 통합적인 유역의 물관리 이슈와 문제점을 해결할 필요가 있다. 물순환 관리의 개념은 국토개발과 도시화에 따라 파생된 물순환 왜곡 및 그에 따른 제반 물문제(홍수량 증가에 따른 침수피해, 직접 유출량 증가에 따른 가용 수자원의 감소 등)의 해결을 위한 물관리 행위 전체로 볼 수 있다. 물순환 관리의 범위는 홍수량 감소를 위한 홍수관리, 가용 수자원의 증대를 위한 물 확보 등 물관리 전반을 포함해야 한다. 기존의 물순환 사업은 비점오염 관리에 중점을 두고 LID를 활용한 빗물 침투율 증대와 빗물 재이용 등의 관련 정책을 추진하였으나 이는 물순환 체계 전반을 다루고 있지 못하고 수질 개선에그 효과가 집중되었다. 따라서, 수량·수질·수생태·재이용 등을 종합적으로 고려한 물순환 관리에 대한 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통하여 개별적이고 시설물 중심인 기존 대책의 한계를 극복하고 통합물관리 관점의 물순환 건전성을 기반으로 유역의 안심공간 조성방안을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 물순환 전반을 연계한 통합적인 물관리를 통하여 물 안심공간을 조성하기 위한 토대를 제시하는 것을 목표로 하며, 통합물관리 관점의 물순환 관련 데이터 수집, 유역별 물순환 수준의 진단 및 평가를 통하여 시범사업 모델을 마련하고, 사업에 따른 효과분석을 기반으로 중장기 추진계획 수립을 통한 실행력을 확보하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

This study investigates the dynamic relationship between KOSPI200 stock index and stock index futures and stock index option markets which is its derived from KOSPI200 stock index. We use 5-minutes rate of return data from 2012. 06 to 2014. 12. To empirical analysis, this study use autocorrelation and cross-correlation analysis as a preliminary analysis and then following Stoll and Whaley(1990) and Chan(1992), the multiple regression is estimated to examine the lead-lag patterns between the stock index and stock index futures and option markets by Newey and West's(1987) Empirical results of our study shows as follows. First, there exist a strong autocorrelation in the KOSPI200 stock index before 10minutes but a very weak autocorrelation in the stock index futures and option markets. Second, there is a strong evidence that stock index future and option markets lead KOSPI200 stock index in the cross-correlation analysis. Third, based on the multiple regression, the stock index futures and option markets lead the stock index prior to 10-15 minutes and weak evidence that the stock index leads the future and option markets. This results show that the market efficient of KOSPI200 stock index market is improved as compared to the early stage of stock index future and option market.

The paper presents and empirically tests a model of the digital contents(DC) innovation systems that enables us to study interactions between users, service providers, contents developers and network providers, and to examine the relationship between manufacturing innovation and service innovation as well as patterns of innovation in the DC industry. The framework of Gallouj and Weinstein(1997) and Gallouj(2002) is modified into the DC innovation model according to characteristics of the DC industry, that is, user involvement and network externalities. The model is applied to a case analysis that traces the growth of the online game industry in Korea since its introduction. The model offers several advantages over other approaches in understanding the dynamics in the DC industry. Most importantly, it provides a single unified basis within which both service innovation resulting from users and service providers and manufacturing innovation induced by contents developers, platform holders and network providers are analyzed. The distinction between service and manufacturing innovation is important in many ways, for instance in selecting proper government policy tools for promotion or regulation of the DC industry. Second, the Korean online game industry has experienced both radical innovation during the beginning period and non-radical innovation throughout the maturation period. The model developed herein helps to illustrate several types of non-radical innovations such as recombinative innovation that are crucial to sustainable development of the DC industry. Third, the model clarifies impacts of network externalities that are characteristics of the DC industry.

The root of Polygala radix has been widely known as an oriental traditional medicinal stuff that improves memory. However, its mechanism of action remains unclear. In this study, the effect of Polygala radix hot water extracts (PRHWE) on cognitive function related to the activity of acetylcholinesterase (AchE) derived from neural cells (PC12) in addition to antioxidant activity was examined both in a cell-free system and live cells. First, in the study on cell viability using an MTT assay, PRHWE did not exhibit any cell toxicity at 0.1% (w/v) or below. It also was observed that PRHWE increased the scavenging activity of DPPH radical, hydrogen peroxide and superoxide, reducing power in a dose-dependent manner. In particular, PRHWE had a protective effect on DNA oxidation induced by hydroxyl radicals. Additionally, it inhibited the production of inducible nitric oxide in neuronal cells. Furthermore, the AchE activity decreased with increasing concentrations. In addition, PRHWE increased the expression level of SOD-1 and NOS-2 in PC12 cells. Moreover, the transcriptional activities of p53 and NF-${\kappa}B$ were reduced in the presence of PRHWE in an experiment using a reporter gene assay. Therefore, these results prove that PRHE has antioxidative and protective effects on neuronal cells, suggesting that it may have great potential as a therapeutic agent for human health.

While the ship finance industry has long been struggling with diminishing involvements from the private sector, government-run banks have consistently increased their presence in maritime finance. To address such concerns, this research conceptually explores the creation of blockchain technology-driven security token offering (STO) platforms. To suggest a sound platform model, this piece first examines key design principles. Based on the integral perspective on the digital platform, this paper exhibits three core design principles to create a virtuous platform ecosystem, then sets out STO platform design guidelines. This paper further explores an STO platform model by considering conventional ship finance systems and practices in Korea. The STO platform has three main effects; 1) the wider availability of STOs can enlarge both the scope and size of ship finance users, 2) the activation of security token transactions leads to an increase in participation, and 3) possibilities to create complementary innovative financial services can further encourage the participation of private investors. The STO ecosystem may contribute to the shipping, shipbuilding, and ship finance industries by enhancing its attractiveness to the general public and by creating positive externalities for Busan as a maritime finance center.

In this paper, we mainly describe the development of exclusive u-device essentially required to implement new ITS services (taxi call service, service for transportation vulnerable, transport information service, walker's navigator, electronic payment service, call information service etc.). To design this device, Samsung main CPU S3C2440A was selected and large memories (ROM and RAM) which are required for new ITS services are applied. In addition, all of GPS, RFID module, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth functions are included to develop an exclusive device indispensable in the ubiquitous society. For this, in this paper, we first examined detailed design of an exclusive u-device development, and based on the designed contents, the performance of a realized u-device was evaluated. If services are created by linking new ITS services with relevant public institutions or companies, based on application of the exclusive u-device developed as above, they would be expanded to a new blue ocean, expectedly resulting in a big spillover effect in local societies.

This research was carried out for analyzing watershed and river topography. The method based on experience and map was mainly used, but derived data are too much to effectively analyze. Therefore some researchers have introduced computer system using GIS technique and remote sensing data. This research used GIS and remote sensing technique for classifying and analyzing watershed and river topography. Also dendrochronology method was introduced for guessing the creation times of deposits. Stream order map, sub-basin delineation map, river-bed microtopograpy were produced through this research. These results may be used in planning for Donggang conservation.

There has been a lot of discussion to revise military helicopter crashworthiness design criteria. In this paper, newly revised crashworthiness criteria is analyzed centering around the Crashworthiness Index which is the core content of revised criteria. The Crashworthiness Index(CI) was conceived as an adequate method to quantify the crashworthiness capabilities of a rotorcraft design. The index can rate how well a new or derivative design complies with design requirements. The CI rating is made up of seven assessment areas. While the Basic Airframe Crashworthiness(BAC) area tends to be an objective calculation, other areas of the CI tend to be more subjective. Therefore, in this paper, detail CI calculation process for the BAC area is analyzed to inspect the effectiveness of revised criteria.

This article aims for searching the clue of North Korea nuke-problem by understanding it contextually. We must see this from the beginning as many trials in settling the problem have failed. North Korea nuke-problem is related to the change of international implication as well as the domestic process of its development. At first, it started from the regime survival, which evolved with the effect of learning. During the Cold War, its development had combined the principle of 'self-defense' because of Sino-Russia conflict. Particularly, its meaning varied dramatically due to the collapse of Cold War system plus the advent of post-Cold War system. North Korea nuclear program has became a global problem based on the deterioration of North Korea's security milieu and Bush administration's policy. Therefore, the area of common solution for NK nuke-problem must be found in the context of regime survival and the change of its meaning by continual convergence effort.

The current petroleum stockpiling by Korean government is based on the static concept of dead-stock. However, the recent changes in economic environment is requiring a transition to the dynamic concept of flow-stock. This study suggested selective trading strategies using basis of changing oil prices as an option for improving the economics of domestic strategic petroleum reserve (SPR), and quantitatively analyzed their effects. For this purpose, we tested the validity of selective trading strategies using the weekly spot and forwards prices of WTI for the period of October 1997 to August 2002. Summarizing the simulation results, the selective trading strategies would increase the expected values of profits and decrease their volatilities compared to those of traditional routine strategies. And, the adoption of trigger value could increase the improvements by the selective trading strategies. Based on the results, we suggest that, in order to improve the economics of domestic petroleum stockpiling, it is necessary to actively utilize the reserve facilities and the reserved petroleum with proper derivatives position.
