The purpose of this study was to examine how political interest, political ideologies, and information-searching goals influence the amount of information voters search, the ways in which people search for information about political candidates, and the type of information they select. The results showed that the participants under accuracy goal searched much more information and the participants under the high level of interest were not affected by conservative ideology, but the participants with the low level of interest were influenced by the liberal ideology and viewed substantially more information. And most of participants had the attribute-centered searching pattern. The social policies were accessed most, however, the information about party and personal background of a candidate were found least.

This study was conducted to explore the effectiveness of PBL application at Technical and Vocational Education and Training. PBL was applied to the course of the A University's global TVET and these PBL classes were organized and operated for 8 weeks. After that, written interviews and surveys were conducted and the results were analyzed. Learners responded positively to their satisfaction and engagement to the PBL experience and also presented that they felt that communication skills and problem-solving skills were cultivated through self-directed learning process and team activities. Through the above research results, the precedence of content analysis and learner analysis, related support for the spread of PBL application in TVET, and support to strengthen teaching competency on PBL at TVET were proposed.

Baseball attracts the largest audience among professional sports in Korea. In particular, attendance is the primary source of income in baseball. Previous studies have limitations in reflecting the characteristics of individual stadium. For instance, the KIA Tigers exhibit the highest away game revenue among domestic teams, but they show lower home game earnings. Therefore, we aim to predict the daily attendance at the Gwangju-KIA Champions Field of the KIA Tigers using deep learning. We collected and preprocessed daily attendance, dates, weather, and team-related variables for Gwangju-KIA Champions Field from 2018 to 2023. We propose a deep learning-based linear regression model to predict the daily attendance. We expect that the proposed deep learning model will be used as basic information to increase the club's revenue.

The rapid development of digital media has led to a swift transition of video content consumption to new media channels. Terrestrial broadcasters that have expanded their strategies to include YouTube channels have achieved significant success, even to the extent of restructuring their revenue models. Based on these successful examples, local terrestrial broadcasters have been striving to expand their presence on YouTube. However, the results have been modest thus far. This study examines how terrestrial broadcasters in Gwangju are utilizing YouTube and employs Q methodology to analyze the audience preferences for their YouTube content. The analysis identified three types of audience preferences: "Trend-Sensitive," "Emotionally-Focused," and "Regionally-Attached." Tailored content creation strategies were proposed for each type. This approach not only provides practical guidelines for establishing YouTube strategies for Gwangju's terrestrial broadcasters but also helps to develop policies for producing sustainable and evolving high-quality content in the new media era.

Entrepreneurship courses and programs in Korean universities tend to increase steadily but seem to have some limitations. They are usually recognized as another domain of Business Administration. Entrepreneurship program is practical like Business Administration but should be much more interdisciplinary than that. Because Korean Entrepreneurship programs are in the early stage, they must be reinforced with factors such as education culture, faculties, curriculum and relationships with communities. This study aims to get some implications from Entrepreneurship programs have been run by universities in America in order to facilitate Entrepreneurship program in Korean universities. Based on 11 success factors found by our case universities' Entrepreneurship programs and Kauffman Campus, this study has drawn implications of critical success factors of Entrepreneurship programs as follow. First of all, because Entrepreneurship programs should focus on Entrepreneurship mind sets such as innovative idea generation and courage to overcome risk, it is more desirable that Entrepreneurship programs are introduced in all departments of universities such as Arts, Science and Engineering. These programs also need to take interdisciplinary approach and required to be opened from liberal arts course. In order to be sustained during all their academic careers, vision, mission and strategy for Entrepreneurship programs should be based on strong leadership and support of top leaders. Entrepreneurship culture of each university is also one of the most important success factors. Entrepreneurship programs not only as major programs but also as specific Entrepreneurship minors designed for departments such as Arts, Science and Engineering could be considered according to each university's situation. This study also suggest to make a motivation system for Entrepreneurship faculties, Ph d. programs for Entrepreneurship, communication network for Entrepreneurship programs and mentor system in community. To begin Entrepreneurship programs, it also needs to develop good education contents as many as possible. When it concerned with teaching method, project based 4 year program can be suggested to be effective and efficient. To introduce project based program that should be consistent till participants' graduation, university must prepare regulations to support team teaching, mentor and interdisciplinary cooperation. To dissipate the concept that Entrepreneurship is another version of management, this study support the idea that Entrepreneurship programs should be designed and run by independent and central-focused governance system, Entrepreneurship education center.

Recently, most corporations in Korea need to construct new management system for overcoming economic crisis. Firstly, this paper suggests “Value Creation system”. Secondly, this paper suggests CALS as strategic substitute to achieve market efficiency, capital efficiency, personal efficiency, and operation efficiency, which are four critical factors of “Value Creation system”. Korean corporations should build new business model founded on cooperation by completing CALS system and reconstruct competitive management system by using knowledge and know-how accumulated in that process. Because most corporations keep exclusive corporate culture and little experience of cooperative relationship among businesses, strategic approaches are essential for construction of CALS. These are vertical integration, organization of CALS construction teams, concurrent development of product/process, CEO's iron will, Precise vision and strategies, and education/training of participant.

우리 나라의 도서관사업은 본협회가 실질적으로 창립되어 활동하기 시작한 1956년부터라고 볼 수 있겠다. 그동안 모든 분야의 변화 및 발전과 더불어 우리 도서관도 괄목할 만큼 개선되고 발전되었다. 특히 최근에 이르러서는 근대화의 촉진으로 말미암아 정보산업사회가 되어 도서관봉사의 필요성은 날로 증대되고 있다. 이에 대처하기 위한 도서관운영기법이 선진외국의 경우 놀라우리만큼 현대화되었고, 우리도 나름대로 우리의 현실에 맞는 도서관발전을 도모키 위하여 끊임 없는 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이제 우리 도서관계도 초창기적 발전 단계를 벗어난 시점에 있으며, 이에 따라서 앞으로 전체도서관발전방향이 제시되고, 이에 의하여 계획적인 도서관 발전을 추진할 필요성이 대두되어 본협회에서는 이 문제를 이미 지난 1975년부터 검토하기 시작하였고, 1978년에는 이를 구체화시켜 긴 안목에 선 도서관발전계획서를 작성키로 하여 그 기초자료를 준비하기에 이르렀다. 이 연구논문은 이러한 취지에서 1978년 본협회가 이봉순 부회장에게 의뢰하여 완성된 것이다. 이봉순 부회장은 협회의 의뢰를 받고 구자영(이대교수), 이효정(중대교수), 임명순(중대교수)등 연구팀을 구성하여 아산사회복지사업재단의 연구비를 받아 진행하게 되었다. 이 논문은 이미 창립 20주년 이화여자대학교 도서관학과 기념논문집(1979)에 발표된 것으로 199면에 달하는 장편의 연구논문이다. 이번에 본 월보에 이를 요약하여 게재하는 것은 도서관발전책에 관한 귀중한 연구자료를 널리 알림으로써 앞으로 확정될 우리 나라 도서관발전계획서 작성에 도움을 주고자 하는 것이다. 이상적이고 바람직한 훌륭한 한국도서관발전계획서가 작성될 수 있도록 여러분들의 적극적인 관심과 참여를 바라며, 새로운 의견이나 자료가 있으면 다수 제안하여 주시기 바란다.

리더의 리더십이 팀 또는 조직의 효과성에 기여하기 위해서는 리더의 영향력을 구성원들이 수용하고 목표달성을 위해 노력하도록 구성원들을 동기부여시켜야 한다. 그런데, 리더의 영향력을 수용하고 추종하는데 구성원들간에 공유되어 있는 리더에 대한 표상에 리더가 일치하여야 한다. 이상적 리더에 대한 공유된 표상에는 그 사회문화에서 지배적인 가치규범이 중요한 역할을 하게 된다. 본 연구는 이러한 가치의 역할이 중요하다는 인식에 착안하여 한국인의 사고와 행동방식에 지대한 영향을 미쳐온 전통적인 유교적 가치에서 가정하고 있는 이상적인 인간상으로서의 군자를 현대 경영조직상황하에서 리더십의 관점에서 살펴볼 것을 제안한다. 이를 위해 사서(四書)-논어, 맹자, 중용, 대학에서 제시된 군자의 성격 또는 행동적 특징들을 내용분석하여 리더십 구조를 정의내리고 이를 측정할 수 있는 설문문장을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 군자리더십은 자기계발(思學), 인간존중(忠恕), 예절중시(禮), 공정함(義), 사람 관리의 5개 요인구조를 가지고 있음을 발견하였다. 추후 연구에서는 개발된 설문문항의 신뢰성과 타당성을 검증하고, 본 연구에서 개발한 군자리더십이 실제 경영조직에서 경영자의 리더십효과성을 잘 설명해주는 변별력 있는 개념인지 검증하는 노력이 필요하다. 이는 서양의 보편적으로 효과적인 리더십 유형, 예를 들면, 변혁적 리더십 유형과 같은 경쟁모형의 도입을 통해 보다 더욱 생동감 있는 측정이 가능할 것이다. 아울러 유교적 가치와 현대적 가치로 대변되는 합리성에 기반한 서구의 가치가 군자리더십과 어떤 관계를 가지고 있는 지 살펴 볼 필요가 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study lies in investigating nursing and medical staff perceptions on the importance of surgical patient safety protocol, teamwork, and patient safety culture, and how their grasp of the factors affects the degree of their performance of the protocol. Methods: A survey was conducted on 249 nurses and medical staff participating in the operating rooms of one higher general hospital in Seoul, using a 5-point scale self-reported questionnaire. Logistic regression analyses were used. Results: Operating room nurses yielded the highest scores on both the importance of the patient safety protocol and its performance. In patient safety culture, the operating medical staff yielded significantly higher scores than those of operating room nurses. Perception of the importance of the patient safety protocol and teamwork had a significant effect on the nurses' complete performance of the protocol. Conclusion: It is important to create a safety culture, where all the staff can actively and freely communicate with one another through team-based training programs. By enhancing teamwork and patient safety culture, it will be possible to establish the surgical patient safety protocol and to improve the performance of the protocol by health professionals.

In diverse professional fields including information and communication field, there is huge gap between required practical ability in industrial and that of graduated students actually learn in university. In this paper, we propose collaborative project curriculum applied to project-based learning in order to train affordable specialists who have a systematic problem-solving ability in industrial site. Applying this curriculum to The Cultural Technology Education Center of Jeju National University, we confirm that our curriculum improves ability of students to perform team project systematically such as skills in paper writing, presentation speech, problem solving, and collaborative work. Students are also reported high satisfaction about the proposed curriculum. Therefore, we expect that our curriculum will successfully be applied to other fields.
