This paper aims to design and realize mobile webapp ticket reservation system based smartphone with N-tier mobile webapp framework. In mobile framework, presentation-tier utilizes HTML5/CSS3 and Sencha Touch, middle-tier consists of spring framework and MyBatis, database-tier using oracle possible to apply enterprise services mobile webbapp offices. In this study, mobile framework deploy and configuration management without the support of the app in N-tier that does not need to be considered in the smartphone-based mobile webapp ticket reservation system analysis and design, and then implementation.

Evolutionary algorithms have been applied to multi-objective optimization problems by approximation methods using computational intelligence. Those methods have been improved gradually in order to generate more exactly many approximate Pareto optimal solutions. The paper introduces a new method using support vector machine to find an approximate Pareto frontier in multi-objective optimization problems. Moreover, this paper applies an evolutionary algorithm to the proposed method in order to generate more exactly approximate Pareto frontiers. Then a decision making with two or three objective functions can be easily performed on the basis of visualized Pareto frontiers by the proposed method. Finally, a few examples will be demonstrated for the effectiveness of the proposed method.

인터넷 보급률이 증가함에 따라 동시 접속자 수가 크게 증가한 요즘 기존에 소규모 시스템 및 소수의 사용자에게 적합한 클라이언트와 서버 방식인 2-티어 환경에서의 시스템은 성능저하의 요인이 되었고 이는 대규모 프로젝트 수행시 좀더 높은 성능으로 처리하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 대규모 프로젝트의 최적의 성능 및 유지보수 편의성을 제공하기 위해 닷넷 리모팅 서비스와 스마트 클라이언트를 기반으로 한 3-티어 환경에서의 학사시스템 아키텍쳐를 설계하였다.

프로그램의 개발과 운영 방식이 C/S 시스템에서 N-티어 방식 등으로 다양해짐에 따라, 프로세스의 설계 및 디자인 방식 또한 다양성을 띄게 되었다. 닷넷 스마트 클라이언트는 특정 기술을 지칭하는 것이 아니며, 닷넷의 Click Once, NTD, .NET Remoting 등의 여러 기술로 구성되어 N-티어 환경에서 사용되어진다. 본 논문에서는 3-티어 환경에서, 닷넷 스마트 클라이언트 프로젝트를 진행하면서 이슈화된 배포와, 부가적으로 효율적인 메뉴 관리를 위한 콜트리뷰 프로세스를 설계하였다.

기술로 세계 시장을 선점하기 위한 정부의 전략기술개발 사업인 '21세기 프런티어 연구개발사업'이 추진 3년만에 조금씩 성과를 나타내고 있다. 프런티어 사업은 현재 총 19개 과제로 10년간 연구가 진행되는 장기과제로 구성되어 있다. 연구개발은 과학기술부와 민간이 공동으로 수행하며 여러 연구 주체가 참여한다. 과제별로 사업단이 구성돼 총괄, 지휘, 통합하는 역할을 한다. 그 첫 번째로 1단계 연구를 끝낸 '지능형 마이크로시스템 개발사업' (사업단장 박종오, 한국과학기술연구원)의 성과와 전망을 알아본다.

Flame retardants are added to prevent catching fire and to slow down the burning process. PBDEs are known to affect thyroid hormones and hormone disruption. The aim of this study was to propose a manual for determination of PBDEs, and investigate the accumulation of PBDEs(BDE-28, 47, 99, 100, 153, 154 and 183) in fish&shellfish and human milk samples. Pre-treatment for PBDEs determination, alkali digestion and L-L(Liquid-Liquid) extraction method could be applied to fish and shellfish. When Multi-layer column was used for cleaning up the sample, 50 mL of hexane and 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(9:1) solutions were used for pre- and post-elution, respectively. Activated-carbon column was optimized by a 100 mL of hexane:dichloromethane(3:1). The result of fish, highest concentration was detected in flatfish, 890 pg/g(wet weight). The other side, lowest concentration was detected in pollack, 40 pg/g(wet weight). The result of breast milk, PBDEs was detected 2,580 and 3,600 pg/g(lipid weight) from breast milk of Seoul and Juju, respectively. BDE-153 and 183 were not detected in all samples. There was no difference in PBDEs level was not difference between first and second delivery. In this study, we could find that PBDEs level in Korea is lower than other countries.

WLCG/EGEE project has a main goal of providing application scientists with access to a geographically distributed computing Grid infrastructure. Currently, WLCG/EGEE infrastructure is the world's largest Grid infrastructure, providing over 20,000 CPUs and about 3 PB disk at 200 international sites and used by over 9 application domains including LHC experiments from high-energy physics. This paper addresses the design and construction of WLCG/EGEE tier-2 propelled by international collaboration with EGEE-II project.

We measure Environmental Efficiency (EE) based on CO₂ in four income groups from 1998 to 2018, using the Meta Stochastic Frontier Analysis method by Input Distance Function. Our results showed that economic growth and energy consumption would increase carbon dioxide emissions, and increasing labor and capital input will reduce it. Moreover, we compared Group Environmental Efficiency (GEE), Meta Environmental Efficiency (MEE), and Environmental Gap Ratio (EGR). The results showed that GEEs were be overestimated. Furthermore, the MEE showed a downward trend during this period. The lower-middle-income group had the highest EGR performance. High-income and upper-middle-income groups showed less efficiency in MEE and EGR. To improve environmental efficiency, we must reduce fossil fuels and find more scientific and technological ways to solve existing environmental problems as soon as possible.

This study is a case study of couple counseling case applying Satir Empirical Growth Model to improve the communication and self - esteem of the sexual offenders who are attached to the electronic devices requested by the representative at the ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ Compliance Support Center. The counseling process was carried out in this center counseling room for 120 minutes from March to June 2017 once a week for 5 times in total. To validate the effects of this study, researchers and observer-centered techniques were used as subjective evaluations. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained. The self - esteem and communication change of the subjects with sexual violence electronic devices were found to be positive. This suggests that there is a significant effect in suggesting the possibility of using the marital counseling in the practice of the correctional facility.
