When measuring productive efficiency, often it is necessary to have knowledge of the production frontier function that shows the maximum possible output of production units as a function of inputs. Canonical parametric forms of the frontier function were initially considered under the framework of stochastic frontier model; however, several additional nonparametric methods have been developed over the last decade. Efforts have been recently made to impose shape constraints such as monotonicity and concavity on the non-parametric estimation of the frontier function; however, most existing methods along that direction suffer from unnecessary non-smooth points of the frontier function. In this paper, we propose methods to estimate the smooth frontier function with monotonicity for stochastic frontier models and investigate the effect of imposing a monotonicity constraint into the estimation of the frontier function and the finite dimensional parameters of the model. Simulation studies suggest that imposing the constraint provide better performance to estimate the frontier function, especially when the sample size is small or moderate. However, no apparent gain was observed concerning the estimation of the parameters of the error distribution regardless of sample size.

This paper aims to design and realize mobile webapp ticket reservation system based smartphone with N-tier mobile webapp framework. In mobile framework, presentation-tier utilizes HTML5/CSS3 and Sencha Touch, middle-tier consists of spring framework and MyBatis, database-tier using oracle possible to apply enterprise services mobile webbapp offices. In this study, mobile framework deploy and configuration management without the support of the app in N-tier that does not need to be considered in the smartphone-based mobile webapp ticket reservation system analysis and design, and then implementation.

Evolutionary algorithms have been applied to multi-objective optimization problems by approximation methods using computational intelligence. Those methods have been improved gradually in order to generate more exactly many approximate Pareto optimal solutions. The paper introduces a new method using support vector machine to find an approximate Pareto frontier in multi-objective optimization problems. Moreover, this paper applies an evolutionary algorithm to the proposed method in order to generate more exactly approximate Pareto frontiers. Then a decision making with two or three objective functions can be easily performed on the basis of visualized Pareto frontiers by the proposed method. Finally, a few examples will be demonstrated for the effectiveness of the proposed method.

본 논문에서는 통계청에서 매월 작성되는 온라인쇼핑동향조사를 위해, 언어모델 전이학습 기반 분류모델 학습 방법론을 이용하여, 관세청 제공 전자상거래 수입 목록통관 자료를 처리하기 위해서 해외 직접 구매 상품군 분류 모델을 구축한다. 최근에 텍스트 분류 태스크에서 많이 이용되는 BERT 기반의 언어모델을 이용하며 기존의 색인어 정보 분석 과정이나 사례사전 구축 등의 중간 단계 없이 해외 직접 판매 및 구매 상품군을 94%라는 높은 예측 정확도로 분류가 가능해짐을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 현대 사회에서 빅데이터의 중요성이 강조되는 가운데, 온라인 시장의 확장과 소비자들의 다양한 소비 행태 변화를 반영한 가격지표 개발을 목표로 한다. 통계청의 기존 통계조사 방법론에 대한 한계를 극복하고, 온라인 쇼핑몰 데이터에서 필요한 정보를 추출하고 가공하기 위해 대규모 언어 모델(LLM)을 활용한 인공지능 기술을 적용해보고자 한다. 초기 연구 결과로 공개 Polyglot을 활용하여 비정형 자료 처리와 품목분류에 응용해 보았으며, 제한된 학습 데이터를 사용하여도 높은 정확도의 처리 결과를 얻을 수 있었으며, 현재는 적용 품목을 확장하여 더욱 다양한 품목에 방법론을 적용하는 연구를 진행 중이다.

본 연구는 한국 통계청이 수행하는 가계동향조사와 생활시간조사에서 자료처리 과정 및 방법을 혁신하려는 시도로, 기존의 통계 생산 방법론의 한계를 극복하고, 대규모 데이터의 효과적인 관리와 분석을 가능하게 하는 인공지능 기반의 통계 생산을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 데이터 과학과 통계학의 교차점에서 진행되며, 인공지능 기술, 특히 자연어 처리와 딥러닝을 활용하여 비정형 텍스트 분류 방법의 성능을 검증하며, 인공지능 기반 통계분류 방법론의 확장성과 추가적인 조사 확대 적용의 가능성을 탐구한다. 이 연구의 결과는 통계 데이터의 품질 향상과 신뢰성 증가에 기여하며, 국민의 생활 패턴과 행동에 대한 더 깊고 정확한 이해를 제공한다.

This article attempts to analyze John Greenleaf Whittier's anti-slavery poems. As a Quaker, he criticizes and satirizes the rife slavery in the mid nineteenth century. His thoughts are based on his religious belief. "The Farewell of a Virginia Slave Mother" depicts the mother who lost daughter for she was sold to the South. The harsh state of the corrupt South is described. In "Massachusettes to Virginia," the speaker, deploring the moral corruption of Virginia, denounces any attempt to return slaves to slave states. With a moonrise as a socio-political symbol, "Arisen at Last" celebrates the passage of law to protect fugitive slaves. Written after the Civil War, "The Peace Autumn" celebrates the peaceful situation in which Emancipation was declared. His efforts contributed to the abolitionist literature.

프로그램의 개발과 운영 방식이 C/S 시스템에서 N-티어 방식 등으로 다양해짐에 따라, 프로세스의 설계 및 디자인 방식 또한 다양성을 띄게 되었다. 닷넷 스마트 클라이언트는 특정 기술을 지칭하는 것이 아니며, 닷넷의 Click Once, NTD, .NET Remoting 등의 여러 기술로 구성되어 N-티어 환경에서 사용되어진다. 본 논문에서는 3-티어 환경에서, 닷넷 스마트 클라이언트 프로젝트를 진행하면서 이슈화된 배포와, 부가적으로 효율적인 메뉴 관리를 위한 콜트리뷰 프로세스를 설계하였다.
