본 논문에서는 웹과 같은 일반적인 도메인의 영한 자동 번역기를 특허용 영한 자동번역기로 특화하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 특허용 영한 파동번역기로의 특화는 다음과 같은 절차에 의해 이루어진다: 1) 대용량 특허 문서에 대한 언어학적 특성 분석, 2) 대용량 특허문서 대상 전문용어 추출 및 대역어 구축, 3) 기존 번역사전 대역어의 특화, 4) 특허문서 고유의 번역 패턴 추출 및 구축, 5) 언어학적 특성 분석에 따른 번역 엔진 모듈의 특화 및 개선, 6) 특화된 번역 지식 및 번역 엔진 모듈에 따른 번역률 평가. 이와 같은 절차에 의해 만들어진 특허 영한 자동 번역기는 특허 전문번역가의 평가에 의해 전분야 평균 81.03%의 번역률을 내었으며, 분야별로는 기계분야(80.54%), 전기전자분야(81.58%), 화학일반분야(79.92%), 의료위생분야(80.79%), 컴퓨터분야(82.29%)의 성능을 보였으며 계속 개선 중에 있다. 현재 본 논문에서 기술된 영한 특허 자동번역 시스템은 산업자원부의 특허지원센터에서 변리사 및 특허 심사관이 영어 전기전자분야 특허 문서를 검색할 때 한국어 번역서비스를 제공받도록 이용되고 있으며($\underline{http://www.ipac.or.kr}$), 2007년에는 전분야 특허문서에 대한 영한 자동번역 서비스를 제공할 예정이다.

In recent years, as smartphones with Android platforms expand, the number of Android applications increases. Android applications implement Java and XML to compose the user interface, among other things. Between Java and XML, various problems may occur. Nonetheless, static analysis research and tools are not sufficient. In this paper we will list the problems which may occur between Java and XML. Subsequently, we will propose a detection method for them. Using the proposed technique, we found 172 Android-specific problems and 35 performance drop issues in 150 Android applications in the Google Play Store. We would like to contribute to research into static analysis and software quality improvement.

본 논문은 한국 및 독일 보험회사의 해외 진출 모델을 비교 연구한다. 특히, 독일 법률비용보험회사의 한국 진출 사례를 분석하여 국내 보험회사의 해외진출에 주는 시사점을 제시한다. 연구방법론으로서 한국 및 독일 보험회사의 해외 진출사례를 수집하여 비교 분석한다. 이를 위하여 각 보험회사의 해외진출 담당자와 면담, 이메일(e-mail), 전화상담 방법을 사용한다. 그리고 문헌연구를 통하여 연구의 이론적 배경과 기존의 연구결과를 분석한다. 본 연구에서는 보험회사 해외진출의 이론적인 배경으로서 고객지향 현지화전략, 수익지향전략, 신규특화시장 개척전략, 성장시장 진출전략 4개 요인으로 구분한다. 국내 보험회사는 해외 성장시장 진출 측면에서 긍정적인 반면에 수익지향, 현지화전략과 해외 신규 특화시장 개척 부분에서 아직 개선될 부분이 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 독일 보험회사는 한국 시장에 진출하면서 철저한 현지화전략, 특화시장 개척, 성장시장에 진출의 3개 부분에서 모두 긍정적인 것으로 분석되었다. 보험회사 해외진출의 이론적 배경 4개 요인을 적용하여 비교 분석한 결과 독일 보험회사의 사례와 같이 한국 보험회사가 해외에 진출할 경우에 보다 철저한 현지화 전략과 특화시장 개척 전략이 필요하다는 점을 제시한다. 본 연구의 한계점은 독일 법률비용보험회사 1개사를 대상으로 하고 있다는 점이며, 진출 초기라서 아직 경영실적이 뒷받침되지 않고 있다는 점이다. 향후 연구과제로서 일정시점이 지난 후에 국내 보험시장에서 독일 법률비용보험회사의 발전추이를 분석하여 시사점을 분석하고 법률보험시장에서 도덕적 위태 방지 연구, 소비자 보호를 강화할 수 있는 방안 연구를 향후 연구과제로 제시한다.

본 연구는 공공서비스의 지역특화발전특구를 위한 사전연구로서, 지역특화사업의 공공서비스 특구지정을 위한 논리적인 근거를 뒷받침하기 위하여 기존의 지식체계와 지역특구의 규제특례 실태 등을 분석해서 보령머드사업을 위한 정책 방향을 제시하는 데, 연구의 주목적을 두고 있다. 연구결과, 국가균형발전전략 패러다임의 변화 속에서 공공서비스로서의 보령머드사업은 공공성과 기업성, 지역성이 조화되는 지방공기업이나 공익사업 형태로 경영수익사업을 영위하는 것이 바람직하다. 또한 지역특화산업으로서의 지역성에 기반을 둔 산업단지 조성 등 인프라의 구축과 특색이 있는 지방화 및 세계화의 대응에 기여할 수 있는 보령머드특구 계획 수립을 제안하고 있다.

This is an environmental analysis study for discovering specialized local sports tourism and aims to provide implications for the development of sports tourism industry in the Chuncheon region by analyzing the current status of domestic and overseas sports tourism and presenting overseas cases of specialized regional sports tourism. Therefore, through SWOT analysis and secondary data survey, implications for the development direction according to facilities, programs, and public relations and marketing were derived. Sports tourism contributes to vitalization of local economy by converging with local tourism centering on sports participation or viewing. Thus, it must be organized with differentiated products taking into account the characteristics of the area. An investigation of the main components of domestic and overseas sports tourism shows that mega sports events or specialized local leisure sports are connected to tourism resources for commercialization. In Korea, 3 to 4 local areas are discovered and supported annually through the specialized local sports tourism promotion program. This study suggests a development plan by evaluating and analyzing the performance of the Chuncheon Spo-Tour program. In terms of facility, it is necessary to construct accommodation facilities that harmonize with the natural environment, develop new programs connected to Songam Sports Town, and reinforce existing equipment. In terms of program, it is necessary to develop canoe/kayak water courses utilizing Uiam-Lake, train professionals to operate programs, and develop programs that take into consideration seasonal characteristics as well as the level of each participants. In terms of PR/marketing, it is important to build competitiveness by using ICT, improving public awareness of the sites, and adopting reasonable pricing policies. The development of specialized local sports tourism products through remedies and efforts will contribute to vitalization of local economy.

현재 환경적인 면과 실용적인 면을 고려한 한강 르네상스 사업중 한강공원 특화사업을 시행하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 환경적인 면과 실용적인 면을 고려할 시 문제점이 될 수 있는 것은 결국 치수성의 문제을 생각하여야 하므로 본 연구는 한강공원 특화사업으로 인하여 발생할 수 있는 치수 문제를 사전에 예방하고자 한강공원특화사업의 RAMS모형을 이용하여 200년 빈도 유량에 대한 2차원 수치모의 및 수리모형실험을 하여 한강공원 특화사업으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 수리학적 흐름 특성 변화를 분석하여 홍수에 대한 안정성을 검토하였으며, 자연형 호안공법을 비교하여 각 권역에 맞는 호안공법을 선정하고자 하였다. 수치모의를 통한 분석결과 뚝섬권역의 수위분포는 잠실대교 하류 부근에서 0.02m 정도의 편수위가 발생하였고, 유속분포는 약2m/s~2.5m/s이며, 현단면과 계획단면 비교시 수위, 유속의 변화는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 수치모의와 수리실험결과로 인하여 수리적 안전성을 확보하고 친환경, 경제성 등의 검토로 보수가 용이하고 배수성이 양호한 사석공법과 세굴방지 효과가 우수하며, 자연경관이 뛰어난 자연석공법이 적합하다고 판단된다.

대화생성은 대규모 학습 데이터로부터 사전 학습된 언어모델을 활용한 도전적인 다운스트림 태스크 중 하나이다. 대화에서 특정한 지식에 대한 맥락이 보존된 응답 문장을 생성하기 위한 기술의 일환으로써 지식 기반 대화생성이 연구되고 있으며, 현업에서는 사업목표에 따른 대화 서비스를 제공하는 목적으로 이러한 기술을 적용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는, 각각의 서비스 도메인에 특화된 모델을 적절히 활용 가능하도록 전체 데이터를 도메인별로 구분하여 학습한 다수의 대화생성 모델을 구축한다. 또한, 특정 도메인의 데이터로 학습된 모델이 나머지 도메인에서 어떤 수준의 대화생성이 가능한지 비교 분석함으로써 개별 학습된 모델들이 도메인의 특성에 따라 서로 다른 영향력이나 연관성을 나타낼 가능성을 확인한다. 이러한 실험적인 분석 결과를 바탕으로 현업의 서비스에서 개별 도메인에 특화된 모델이 적절히 활용하는 것이 유용함을 확인하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the industrial structural changes and types of specialized in the shipbuilding cities, which are representative sectors of industrial city decline, and explore regional responses. Most cities designated as special areas for industrial crisis response in 2018 are specialized in shipbuilding. While the shift from prosperity to recession since the 2010s is the main factor, each city has responded differently to the industrial crisis. The analysis, targeting seven shipbuilding cities, shows that regions where large shipyards of major corporations with high industrial competitiveness are located have relatively less decline during business fluctuations, and there is a tendency for a decrease in industrial structural diversity during prosperous periods and an increase during recessionary periods. Based on the resistance and recoverability to industrial crises, the industrial paths of shipbuilding cities are classified into four types. Considering regional industrial structure and competitiveness, it is necessary to develop customized support strategies such as maintaining and declining shipbuilding industries and fostering new alternative industries.

캡슐내시경은 일반적인 내시경의 접근이 어려운 소장을 관찰하는 데 특화되어 있다. 보통 캡슐내시경 영상을 판독하기 위해 의사는 해부학적 지식과 병리학적 지식과 같은 도메인 지식을 활용하여 영상에 내재된 정보를 획득한다. 이와 같은 내재된 정보는 도메인 지식을 활용하여 분석될 수 있는 의미적 정보라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 의미적 정보를 추출하는 과정을 의미 기반 분석이라 정의하고, 의미 기반 분석 과정에서 요구되는 도메인 지식 모델링 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 캡슐내시경의 의미 기반 분석 과정은 크게 이미지 특징 추출, 해부학적 분석, 병리학적 분석으로 구성되며, 이와 같은 분석 과정에 활용될 수 있는 해부학 모델과 병리학 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 캡슐내시경 영상의 주요 대상 기관인 소장에 특화된 모델로 효과적인 영상 판독을 보조할 수 있음을 보인다.

This study has examined the policy status of the specialized libraries and analyzed the status of curation services of libraries and similar institutions and portals, and proposed policy directions for the curation services provision of the specialized libraries. As for the results of this study, first, curation information is collected and selected through the participation of various curators, and the curation information is regularly updated on the websites and online gateways toward maximizing the perception of the book collections in place and the use of collections. Second, the scope of the specialized libraries' curation services are diversified, such as research support services, one-on-one customized curation services, and book curation. Third, digital curation services are constructed in connection with specialized themes. Fourth, beacon is installed inside, and based on the information received from the information forwarding media, individualized user services are provided via such data as the scope of movement of the users and the time entailed for dwelling in a space.
