본 연구는 특허정보의 제목 및 초록에 나타난 장애인을 위한 전자출판의 접근성 기술 동향을 분석하고자 관련 유효특허를 수집 분석하였다. 분석내용은 특허 출원 빈도, IPC 주제분류, 전자출판 접근성 기술 분류 기준에 의한 세부 기술별 출원 동향, 주제어 출현 빈도 등을 파악하였다. 연구결과 장애인의 전자출판 접근성 분야는 출원 건수가 증가하는 전형적인 성장기 단계이며, IPC 주제분류는 섹션G(물리학), 섹션H(전기)영역에서 주로 특허가 출원되고 있으며 세부 기술별 출원 동향은 문자를 점자로 변환 압축 및 관련 보조공학기기 개발 특허 등이 중심적으로 나타났다. 출현 빈도수를 기준으로 한 상위 주제어는 braille, display, device, tactile, character, control 순으로 나타났다.

A description of SGML(Standard Generalized Markup Language) is given together with a detailed description of WIPO Standard ST.32. The benefits of the use of SGML are highlighted-its system Independence and flexibility in building publication systems and full-text databases. A structure of WIPO Standard ST,32 based patent content is defined by DTD(document type definition) written in ST.32, and full-text itself is described with generalized markup depending on DTD. This article explains how to represent a document structure : a hierarchy structure like a entire document, a specific, sub-document, a paragraph, or non-hirarchy structure like a table drawings, or chemical structures. Merits of SGML In patent document processing are also discussed.

Hybrid Electric Vehicle(HEV) and Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle(PHEV) will replace Conventional Gasolene Engine Vehicle at a rapid rate to eliminate emission gases and improve fuel economy. This review describes Fuzzy Logic Control strategy and Optimization for Parallel Hybrid Electric Vehicle. Recent progress on Electric Motor and Li-ion Battery for HEV and PHEV are given. Analysis on competitiveness of Korean HEV and PHEV technology based on the number of papers published and patents registered are also performed.

지난 호에 이어 이번 호에서도 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 태양전지에 대해 다루고자 한다. 본 고의 내용은 일본 산업기술종합연구소 Hironori Arakawa씨가 집필한 내용을 발췌, 번역한 것이다. 일본에서도 수년전부터 태양전지에 주목하고 있고 많은 기업과 대학 등에서 그 연구개발이 검토되는 상황이었지만 Graztel cell에 관한 연구정보를 폭넓게 파악할 수 있는 해설서가 없었다. 본책은 이와 같은 배경을 가지고 출판이 기획되었다. 본 책에서는 색소 증감 태양전지의 연구개발 역사부터 Giraztel cell의 기초, 연구개발과제, 관련하는 연구전개, 특허정보, 해외의 연구 상황 그리고 일본의 태양광발전 프로그램 등에 대한 개요를 파악할 수 있도록 일목요연하게 정리되어 있다. 또 연구의 최전선에 있는 산관학 40명 이상의 연구자가 각각의 연구과제에 대해서 소개했고, 색소증감 태양전지의 연구개발 최신기술을 파악하는 것에도 최적인 구성으로 되어 있어 새로운 타입의 색소증감 태양전지에 대한 입문서로서 손색이 없다. 비록 지면 관계상 일부의 내용만을 게재했지만 해외 연구기관의 소식을 통해 국내에서의 태양전지에 관한 연구개발의 방향설정에 도움이 되기를 바란다.

This paper proposes a continuing educational program for librarian, as to reinforce the professionalism. It researches the previous educational attainments of undergraduates who studied library science. Then it analyses the current continuing programs of the National Library of Korea and librarians' demands for the program. The research also compares ALA and SLA as foreign cases of continuing programs, and their trends observed from the newly opened sessions. This paper, therefore, reports a series of educational contents in library science by their subjects. The proposed curriculum includes subjects including electronic publishing and copyrights, Future of Library, Taxonomy and controlled vocabulary, Patent Information. Science Information Literacy, Open Access Program, The Value of Library, Licensed Issues, Customer Service program etc.

This study seeks to verify the effect size of the variables relating to job satisfaction through a meta-analysis focusing on previous papers over the last 20 years that have examined the job satisfaction of kindergarten teachers and verified the trend by publication year through a meta-regression analysis. The study results are as follows. First, the results demonstrated that the total effect size of the variables relating to kindergarten teachers was large. Second, the organization's internal variable and organization's external variable groups, except for the individual characteristics variable group, showed a large effect size at similar levels. Third, the status of teachers in the individual characteristics variable group showed a meaningfully large effect size and the interpersonal relationship variable in organization's internal variable group showed a relatively larger effect size than the organizational climate variable did. Finally, the results of the verification of the trend by publication year showed that job satisfaction increased for all variables, except for the individual characteristics variable in more recent publications. This study highlights the imperative of making every effort to improve the organization's internal and external environment. In particular, measures to reduce job stress and work load are required. Furthermore, the atmosphere that is devoted to the teaching profession and teacher efficacy is important.

Nowadays, we make an attempt for media conversion from old to new media, carrying out to information society. These changes to new media are considered as new threat to printing media. New means such as CAD(Computer Aided Publishing), on-line novel and webzine can be regarded as new media and we are confronted with need of new changes in the field of printing media because of the trend of the present. It suggests that the origin of commodity competitiveness depends on the ability of cultural Contents using design. Cultural commodity is considered as strategy concepts in the more specific and realistic aspect than in the aspect of industrialization. This study introduce the case of Cellpark Co.,Ltd. which has successfully developed commodity design of World-cup cultural contents as a creating tools of innovative value connecting existed design method based on printing media with new method. This study gave the case which created Blue Ocean market through new expression method of design, products protection of contents design by patent registration, and licensing which many design firms often overlook.

Much interest on the thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) has recently been attracted in commercial fields as well as scientific and applied researches. The TPEs have their own characteristic area especially in relation with block copolymers as well as many other polymeric materials, since they show interesting features displayed by the conventional vulcanized rubber, and at the same time, by the thermoplastics. In addition, they are characterized by a set of interesting properties inherent to block and graft copolymers, variety of blends and vulcanized materials. The importance of TPE as organic materials can be evaluated by the number of published reports (papers, patents, technical reports, etc). The input of the concept 'thermoplastic elastomer' to SciFinderScholar yields 18,508 results between 1939 and July 10, 2010, and the number increased exponentially after the mid of 1990. For the suitable introduction of the TPE, historic, scientific, technical and commercial considerations should be taken into account. This review article starts with a brief discussion on historical considerations, followed by a introduction of the main preparations and analytical techniques utilized in chemical, structural, and morphological studies. The properties, processing tools, the position among organic materials, and applications of TPEs are also briefly reviewed. Finally, the most probable trends of their future development are discussed in a short final remarks.
