우리나라 기계공업 및 기계기술의 지내온 발자취

  • 과거일제하에서는 그 식민정책으로 기계공업을 억제하고 경공업에 치중하였다가 1940년대 전쟁 물자 조달과 대륙침략야옥의 필요상 부분적으로 국내 생산을 하게 되었고 따라서 이에 관련된 토목기계, 광석기계, 농기구, 수송기계, 등의 기계공업이 일어나기 시작한 것이다. 그러다가 조국 이 해방된 기쁨은 안았으나 산업의 위축은 더할 나위 없이 되었고, 6,25동난을 당하여 그나마 대 부분 파괴되었던 과거를 가지고 있는 것이다. 그러다가 1960년대 이후 우리나라 경제개발 1,2,3, 차5개년 계획을 수행하여 현재에 이른 것이다. 먼저 기계공업의 특징을 보면 기계공업은 모든 산업의 생산수단인 기계설비 생산하는 산업이며, 그 파급효과는 전 산업에 미친다. 산업구조의 고도화와 산업의 근대화는 기계공업의 발전없이 이루어질 수 없다. 기계공업은 중화학공업에 있 어서 중구적인 산업이니만큼 기계공업의 발전없는 경제성장에는 한계가 있는것이다. 선진공업 국가들은 수출상품중 기계류수출비중이 일반적으로 50%를 전후하고 있다. 기계류는 다른 상품과 달리 단위 거래규모가 크기 때문이다. 다음에 기계공업은 기술집약, 노동집약 현 산업이다. 우리 나라는 비교적 풍부한 노동력을 가지고 있을뿐아니라 이들 인력은 교육수준이 대체로 높다. 그러기 때문에 기술노동집약적인 기계공업은 고용증대를 갖어오는 반면에 높은 교육수준의 풍부 한 노동력을 통한 발전이 기대되고 있다. 특히 기계고업은 국방력강화라는 점에서 큰 역할을 담당하게 된다. 그러므로 기계공업은 국방력 강화의 기초산업이다. 우리나라 현재의 여건으로서 기게공업은 방의산업으로서의 역할이 크게 요청되고 있다. 우리나라의 경제는 수출의 증대를 통 해서 고도의 경제성장을 유지해야 하겠고 80년대의 자립경제 기반을 구축키 위한 공업화 정책을 추진하고 있어서 중화학공업의 핵심산업으로서 기계공학 및 기술의 획기적인 육성과 발전은 우리나라 경제의 당면 과제인 것이다. 보고에서 필자는 여러 문헌들을 통하여 우리나라 기계공업 의 발 자취를 살피고 현향을 소개하며 아울러 대망의 80년대의 우리나라 기계공업을 전망해 보고 저 한다.

Analyses of Trade Trends and Competitiveness of Korea and Vietnam in Forest Products (한-베트남 임산물 교역동향과 경쟁력분석)

  • This study is design to provide basic directions that Korea can take in forestry negotiation of Korea- Vietnam FTA. Trade trends and characteristics of forestry sector are figured out and the competitiveness of main products are analyzed. The trade amount between Korea and Vietnam is $207,260 thousand. Korea exports nontimber products to Vietnam, while she mainly imports wood products. The average import value of wood products during recent five years accounts for 88% of all value from Vietnam. The export items are not various, and the export value is small. The amount of imports, however, which are mainly composed of low price wood products, is relatively big. The results of analysis say that three items of Korean forest products have competitiveness, while Vietnam has eleven items. According to the study it is recommended that a sawn wood and a plywood should be classified as sensitive products to minimize and to take a long term tariff reduction.

An Analysis on Static Level and Dynamic Trend of Imperfect Competitiveness in Grain Trade Market (곡물 교역시장의 불완전 경쟁상태의 정태적 수준 및 동태적 변화에 대한 분석)

  • Both export and import sides of grain trade market are analyzed and compared in terms of the static levels and dynamic trends to make new empirical inference on the imperfect competition degree. Export concentration level is high compared to import concentration level. And such states have been sustained since 2001 until 2014. Unlike public concerns, the concentration level of export side seems to be easing by small degree. However, the grain trade market remains imperfect competitive market. Furthermore, overall imperfective competition condition over 2002-2014 has been worsened compared to 2001 level. It is because the reduction level of imports concentration is higher than that of the export concentration. Gini and Atkinson Inequality Index based on Lorenz Curve are newly utilized to analyze market concentration level, instead of the commonly used concentration ratio.

  • A Comparative Study on the Korean animation industry and 3 of this paper is a matter of Korea, China, Chinese animation industry and the Current Status and Problem of Chinese animation business in overseas markets.Aimed to find ways to expand exports. In order to realize this purpose with theoretical backgrounds, such as animation concept and characteristics of the research literature, look at ways a paper from an animation industry, work, China.Chinese animation development plan based on the bibliographic data and case study based on books. First, by government in terms of development measures and supplement the system and a law on the animation industry. First of all animation industry and producers To help protect the government is to become an active policy must be supported with funds and animation to ease the relevant laws and regulations and joint venture with foreign countries.Pursuing an active policy is needed. Second, an animated feature can get the full benefit of the industrial chain to and create derivative works as a multilateral needs to be improved. Third, the animation expertise to build human resources need to be nurtured. Fourth, in order to cater to overseas markets in China will create various types of Chinese traditional culture based on the animation is important. Fifth, and a mobile home page to get in. Sixth, will be easily exported to overseas markets to the creation of joint international exchange and international.

An Observation of a Concept of the Post Sedan in Korea (한국에서의 포스트 세단의 개념 고찰)

  • The Korea's automotive industry have been achieved remarkable growth with many original models for over 28 years since the first original model Pony had developed. And most of the early models were licensed from the other country's makers. Now it is independent with our own technologies and designs, and the automobile is one of the major exporting products of Korea. In the early times the basic design concept of a passenger car didn't reflect the characteristics of the way of domestic life, but today's Korean developed cars have speciffic characters those are distinguished to others not only in the overall body shape but also in the package layout. And it is considered that the Korean cars would have different characteristics to the others in the future. These changes would come from the ways of life of the nations characteristics and they would influence to technologies of development. And the influence would be resulted as another type of sedan which has much differences to the current sedans. The main elements and the reasons for the 'post sedan' have been observed to specify the characters of the future Korean sedan in this research.

A Reinvestigation on Key Issues Associated with the Yimjin(1712) Boundary Making and Demarcation: The Distribution of Soil Piles and the Location of 'Suchul(水出)' written on the Mukedeng's Map (임진정계 경계표지 토퇴의 분포와 목극등 지도에 표시된 '수출(水出)'의 위치)

  • This paper reports the distribution of soil piles set up during the Yimjin(1712) Boundary Making and Demarcation(YBMD). Through the survey on the distribution of soil piles the location of 'Suchul'(水出: seepage zone) could be identified. The endpoint soil pile set up on the east-south bank of Heishigou(黑石溝) stream locates on $42^{\circ}04^{\prime}20.09^{{\prime}{\prime}}N$, $128^{\circ}16^{\prime}08.42^{{\prime}{\prime}}E$. The west beginning point of soil piles distributed in the south side of Tuhexian road locates on $42^{\circ}02^{\prime}20.14^{{\prime}{\prime}}N$, $128^{\circ}18^{\prime}53.40^{{\prime}{\prime}}E$. And the east endpoint of them locates $42^{\circ}01^{\prime}32.97^{{\prime}{\prime}}N$, $128^{\circ}21^{\prime}24.59^{{\prime}{\prime}}E$. From the west beginning point to the soil pile located in 2.1km distance from the beginning point, the distribution direction is west-east. The direction of soil piles after them is northwest-southeast. The total real length of soil piles distributed in the south side of Tuhexian(圖和線) road is about 4.2km more or less. The location of 'Suchul' written on the Mukedeng's map locates on $42^{\circ}01^{\prime}30.36^{{\prime}{\prime}}N$, $128^{\circ}21^{\prime}3.62^{{\prime}{\prime}}E$, The point locates in southeastward 222m distance from the soil piles endpoint of the south side of Tuhexian road. In reference of these reports this paper develops some reinterpretation on the YBMD.

Some Suggestions for Korean Automobile Industry to Branch out into Iran (한국자동차기업의 이란진출을 위한 전략제안)

  • Iran has been focused on FDI by global automobile companies after the economic sanction on Iran was removed except primary sanction. In this paper, some strategies for Korean Automobile Industry to branch out into Iran are suggested. For the purpose, Iran's automobile industry and characteristics are examined. The market situation is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. In passenger cars sector, Korean automobile companies would be better to wait and see the development of US-Iran relationships while exporting CKD sets of cars to Iran. It can be a good strategy, however, to put parts companies into Iran first because of Iran Government could be displeasing with exporting CKD only. FDI, licensing, and joint venture are all available for the parts companies. Motor companies can clear the regulation of auto-parts localization proportion by the method. The parts companies will be able to do key roles as supply chains after OEM branch out into Iran. It is also advisable to upgrade outpost in Iran into frontline for exporting cars to MENA area. In such a case it will be a prerequisite to develop a role-division model with facilities in East Europe. It could be called Parts first-then cars strategy. In commercial cars sector, it can be suggested to leverage natural gas as a link to branch out into Iran. Iran government wishes to develop natural gas resources. The strategy can be summarized that automobile companies carry out producing CNG buses in Iran while energy companies are drilling and producing natural gas.

Development of the Automobile Industry and Capitalism in Korea (한국자본주의와 자동차산업의 전개)

  • The objective of this study is to use the Korean Automobile Industry to exemplify typical problems with Korean capitalism by studying the structural characteristics of the Asian New Industrialization movement and analyzing the establishment and reorganization of the Korean Big Three System. Through comparative analysis taken from previous research, it was found that the Asian New Industrialization movement emphasized not only exports also but also included the importing of parts to Japan. Additionally, the pattern of development, technical accumulation, and other characteristics of the automobile industry were analyzed from the perspective of the Asian New Industrialization movement. Since the start of this movement is closely associated with the history of Korean capitalism, we have also analyzed the structural characteristics of the Korean New Industrialization movement. Through this analysis, that the study clearly shows that the Korean Automobile Industry has the framework characteristics of the Asian New Industrialization movement.

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 무역의 특징, 기존 무역절차와의 차이, 인터넷 무역의 주요 수단, 성공요건 등을 살펴보고 인터넷 무역과 관련된 정부부처, 무역유관기관, 학계, 언론, 정보통신업체 등의 역할과 추이, 국내 수출기업의 인터넷 무역 활용 등을 검토하였다. 이러한 검토를 통해 법적, 제도적 뒷받침, 인프라 구축, 거래알선 서비스 및 무역정보 제공뿐만 아니라 인터넷 무역 전문인력의 육성을 포함하여 기업의 현실을 감안한 현장 밀착형 지원체제의 구축이 필요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이와 관련하여 대학 등 교육기관의 역할이 매우 중요함을 강조하고, 향후 대학 등이 중심이 되어 중앙정부와 지방자치단체, 무역유관기관, 종합상사, 언론기관 등과 긴밀한 산 학 관 협력체제를 구축함으로써 지역 중소기업의 발전과 대학생들의 취업이나 창업에 기여할 수 있음을 살펴보았다.

  • 가전업의 CKD(Complete Knock Down)업무는 해외의 바이어나 현지공장에 가전제품을 구성하는 부품/반제품들을 개별 포장하여 수출하는 물류업무이다. 이러한 CKD 업무는 가격경쟁이 치열한 부분으로 경쟁력 강화를 위해 물류비의 절감이 요구되고 있다. 특히 CKD 업무의 경쟁력 강화를 위해서는 포장품질과 적재율 향상을 위한 포장/적재의 최적화가 이루어져야 하며, 이를 지원하는 Packing Optimization System 의 구축이 절실히 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 가전업 CKD의 업무특징과 업무환경의 변화에 대해 기술하였으며, 환경변화에 대한 대응방법으로 가전업 CKD 업무를 위한 Packing Optimization System 의 주요 기능과 업무 프로세스를 제시하였다. 그리고, 시뮬레이션 방법을 이용한 Packing Optimization system의 구현 사례를 예시하였다.
