In this research, we analyze the factors considered by parents of subjects of special education when selecting special educational institutions for children, and present proposals for improving the placement plan of special subjects, The results are as follows. First, for special education subjects, a considerable number of kindergarten processes are required for compulsory education, and special education subjects are selected for elementary school entrance. Second, the factors of choosing the special educational institution of parents of special education subjects are the expertise of the teacher and the operation of the curriculum, the type and extent of child disability, the distance to school and the way of commuting, educational facilities, Treatment room etc). Thirdly, it was found that parents' choices are the largest among schools in the school area, as to how special education institutions of special education subjects are arranged. For proper placement planning, it is necessary to accurately grasp the number of subjects for special education, so the selection time of the subjects of special education shall be the process of kindergarten at the latest, the disparity of special education institutions and the disparity of educational facilities It is necessary to set school books to solve it.

As year passes, terrorism is gradually increasing. Its target has becom various and arbitary, and recently, terrorists are aiming for national major facilities wich include multiplex facilities. Although special security guards took charge of its defence system from 2002, they have failed to establish its system firmly due to some institutional inertia. And 'Professionalism' appeared to be the mattter, according to the spot-probe and interviews. The purpose of this essay is to devise measures to develop sepecial security system including its specialization through investigating current educational training system. In order to attain professionalism, establishment of new proffessional school, division of current education system(into common education and full-course education), and reinforcement of substantial inspection activity should be preceded. Moreover, inspection activity should include standards for engaging instructors, establishment of compilation committee for editorial supervision, and establishment of clear educational policy. I hope the developmental measures in this essay to be speedily actualized with endeavor from police, security association, academic circles.

장애학생들을 위한 특수교육에 있어서 개인의 능력이나 특성에 맞는 개별화 교육의 실시는 필수적이다. 개별화 교육을 효율적으로 실시하기 위해 특수교육기관에서는 개별화 교육 계획, 즉 IEP를 작성하여 활용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 사용하고 있는 IEP 의 문제점들을 제시하고 이러한 문제점들을 해결하기 위한 방법으로 웹 기반 프로그램의 설계를 제안한다. 웹을 통해 시간과 공간의 제약없이 의견교환이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하고 , 데이터베이스구축을 통해 중복되는 부분을 줄여 IEP 작성 양식을 간소화한다. 또한, IEP가 실제 수업에 적극 활용될 수 잇도록 설계한다.

대교협은 고등교육의 발전과 더불어 대교협의 성장을 위해 자율규제기관으로서의 기능을 다해야한다. 아울러 정책연구기관이자 정보센터로서의 임무를 다하기 위해 노력해야 하며 위탁사업수행자로서의 역할도 요구된다. 임의 단체가 아닌 특수법인으로서 정부와 밀접한 관계를 맺고 있는 기관임을 주지하고, 교육부와 업무 협의를 할 수 있는 채널을 구축하고 교육부와 대학 사이에서 소통 기제로서의 기능을 강화해 나가야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there are any differences in the recognition of the level of the guarantee of the rights of infants and toddlers according to the teachers' variables(gender, age, working experience) and institutional variables (institution type, establishment type, scale, area). We surveyed 365 special education teachers and found out differences. The results are as follows. First, there was no difference in the recognition according to gender. Second, there was no difference in the recognition according to age. Third, there was no difference in the recognition by working experience. Fourth, the recognition by type of educational institution showed that there were differences in the ambit of rights to life, protection, development, and participation. Fifth, the recognition according to the establishment type showed there were differences in the rights to life and development. On the other hand, there was no difference in the rights to protection and participation. Sixth, there were differences in the recognition about the rights to life, protection, development, and participation according to the scale of the education institutions. Seventh, there were no differences in the region. The results of this study can be used as basic data for establishing policy for the promotion of educational rights for infants with disabilities.

This study was conducted with the aim of exploring methods of fostering professional human resources of the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education and connection between local relevant institutions. To this end, research methods were constructed that combine literature exploration and expert meetings. First, the system for fostering professionals in the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs was presented interlinked with the system for fostering professional human resources in the organizational and academic categories. Next, the link operation plans between relevant local institutions under the "department of support for the individuals with developmental disabilities in graduate school" based on the convergence of special education programs were presented interlinked with core management measures for curriculum education and cooperative support. In order to conclude the preconditions for the realization of the above research results, we presented leadership of special education convergence on the support system for lifelong education for adults with developmental disabilities.

This study aims to find ways to qualify lifelong education professionals for the disabled based on the convergence curriculum between the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" and "major department". The research method was composed of a combination of literature analysis and expert meetings. The research contents include the qualifications for the training course for the lifelong education professionals for the disabilities established in the convergence curriculum after accumulating the teaching experience in the majors that can be restructured as lifelong education institutions for the disabled. In addition, the focus of the curriculum of the "department of vocational special education in university-educated graduate school" should be improved in order to foster and integrate lifelong education professionals for the disabled. The results of the study concluded that the functional relationship between vocational special education and lifelong education for the disabled was established.

해기사의 해사영어 사용에 대한 체계적 교육의 필요성이 증가되는 가운데, 국제해사기구(IMO)는 이에 발맞추어 해사영어모델코스 3.17을 일반해사영어(General Maritime English, 즉 GME)와 특수해사영어(Specialized Maritime English, 즉 SME)로 나누어 재편하고, STCW에서 요구하는 지식, 이해 및 기술사항들을 영어교육의 다양한 요소들과 접합함으로써, 해사영어교육의 새로운 틀을 만들고자 시도하고 있다. 국내 해기교육 관련대학 및 기관이 향후 해사영어 커리큘럼을 재편성하기 위해서는, 개정될 해사영어모델코스의 주요 내용을 이해하고, 이를 국내 실정에 맞게 적용할 수 있도록 다양한 방안을 모색하는 것이 선행되어야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는, 국제해사기구가 제시한 해사영어모델코스 3.17의 개정 목적 및 변화된 해사영어모델코스의 틀과 방향을 살펴보고, 향후 국내교육기관에서의 해사영어교육 커리큘럼을 재편성한 후, 성공적인 언어교육서비스 제공을 하기 위해 고려해야 할 현실적인 제한 요소들을 살펴보고, 이에 대한 해결책을 모색하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 on-line 안전교육의 현황에 대해서 알아본다. 2014년 4월 16일 세월호 침몰사고를 계기로 '안전' 에 대한 인식이 강화되면서 안전교육에 대한 민간자격과정이 우후죽순처럼 번지고 있다. 또한 재난시 대응할 수 있는 매뉴얼과 행동요령에 대한 국민들의 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특수재난은 유형의 다양화, 규모의 대형화로 여타 재난에 비해 사회적 파장이 비교할 수 없을 만큼 크므로 재난관리기관(주관 책임)간 협업대응이 반드시 필요한 데 반해, 특수재난분야 종사자를 위한 교육프로그램은 부족한 실정이다. 따라서, 특수재난은 on-line 안전교육인 e-러닝 콘텐츠의 개발과 여러 가지 안전교육 프로그램으로 특수재난 분야 종사자가 언제든지 온라인상에서 학습, 활용할 수 있도록 보급할 수 있도록 노력하고 있다.
