통신사업은 일반 제조업에 비해 기간산업인 동시에 네트워크 산업으로서의 특성을 갖고 발달해왔다. 또한 통신산업은 현지의 시설을 기반으로 서비스가 전개되는 특성을 가지고 갖는다. 따라서, 전통적으로 국가별 독점사업자에 의해 발전해 왔으며, 사업허가 및 영업활동과 관련하여 규제당국의 역할 및 영향이 절대적이었다. 이러한 특성 및 과거의 방식에 비추어 최근의 통신사업 글로벌화 움직임은 기존의 사업체제를 크게 뒤흔드는 것이라 할 수 있다. 따라서, 최근 들어 매우 복잡한 양상으로 전개되고 있는 이 부문의 글로벌화 움직임을 올바로 파악하는 것은 통신사업자의 향후 전략수립을 위해서 필수적일 뿐만 아니라 통신부문의 특성이나 중요성에 비추어 기업활동의 글로벌화 및 글로벌전략 연구에 있어서도 의미 있는 일이라 생각된다. 이에 본 논문은 통신사업 글로벌화의 전개방향 및 해외사업자의 전략에 관한 종합적인 고찰과 분석을 통신사업 글로벌화의 특성을 파악·제시하며, 나아가 글로벌화와 관련하여 통신사업의 향후 발전방향에 대한 전망을 제시하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the importance and performance of CK-1, The research subjects were self-enrolled questionnaires for students who took social economics subjects and analyzed the importance and performance using IPA. As a result of the research, it is necessary to establish the basis of social economic specialization in order to achieve the goal of CK-1, and it is necessary to establish educational curriculum related to industry and academy in addition to cultivating creative talents. And to improve the importance of these programs and improve their performance in order to enhance the undergraduate education and attract the creative economy. The implications of this study are as follows: The results of the evaluation to achieve the goals of CK-1 recognize that the importance and the performance of the social economy students are high. However, It is necessary to make efforts to improve the university constitution, to improve the education of the undergraduate education, and to attract the creative economy in order to characterize the local university targeted by the Ministry of Education and the project team.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the achievements of employment support by the government support specialization project. The data used in this study are based on the comparison of 5 - year employment support field and the operation results of the program until 2014-2018. The results of the study are as follows. First, the overall employment rate of the university has been continuously increased. Especially, the employment rate of the specialization department has been higher than the employment rate of the non - specialization department. Second, as a result of the analysis of the employment capacity strengthening index and the learning capacity strengthening index, it showed a steady increase in each year and contributed to the cultivation of customized talents required by the local society and the national industry. Third, as a result of analyzing the satisfaction of students who are business users, it was confirmed that the business reflecting the demands of the consumers was realized. Fourth, the continuous improvement of the business and the reflux have made the infrastructure of the employment support project more advanced and the system of supporting employment of the university systematically established. In conclusion, the result of the employment support project according to the specialization program showed excellent results and it is necessary to complement theses results when establishing related business plan in the future.

There are increasing policy and academic interests on technology commercialization of public research organizations. Prior researches have focused on institutional factors and organizational differences between academics and public research organizations. Using a new data on individual-level characteristics and commercialization, we examine the effects of prior experience and total number of research projects on commercialization performance. We find strong positive relationships between prior experience and commercialization performance. Also we find a inverted U-curved relationships between total number of research projects and commercialization. Based on these results, we suggest some policy implications to promote technology commercializations of public research organizations.

Healthcare and data science are often linked through finances as the industry attempts to reduce its expenses with the help of large amounts of data. Data science and medicine are rapidly developing, and it is important that they advance together. Data science is a driving force in transition of healthcare systems from treatment-oriented to preventive care in healthcare 3.0 era. It enables customized precision-based medicine that current healthcare systems cannot facilitate, and discovers more cost-effective treatment. Currently, healthcare big data is in the reality of medical institution, public health, medical academia, pharmaceutical sector as well as insurance agency. With this motivation, the medical college of Soonchunhyang university has performed a 'healthcare data science initiative(HDSI)' since 2014. Most of domestic HDSI programs focus on short-term contents such as mentoring and sharing cases for data science. Therefore, it is difficult to provide education tailored to the level of skills and job competency required at the practical site. Soonchunhyang HDSI implemented specialized strategies for improving resilience and response to changes in the IT education of current healthcare with the emphasis on the need for systematic activation of the practical HDSI. The HDSI has been performed as a part of on industry-academic link program in CK-1. Through quantitative and qualitative analysis, this paper discussed the HDSI process, performance, achievement, and implications.
