  • 국내에서 사용되는 트랙터는 출력과 상관없이 쟁기 작업을 포함한 농작업, 운반작업 등이 주로 사용되는 편이나, 북미 또는 서유럽의 경우 소형 트랙터는 토목공사의 로더, 굴삭 작업 또는 잔디깍기 등의 농장 및 정원 관리용 등으로 주로 사용되며 쟁기 작업은 거의 하지 않는다. 이와 같은 목적으로 사용하는 트랙터는 견인력을 적게 요구하는 대신 잦은 변속 및 전후진의 방향 전환을 요구하므로, 기계식 트랙터로써는 많은 불편함을 느낄 수밖에 없다.   • 본 연구는 수확 작업에 따른 농업용 트랙터의 차축 부하 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다. 트랙터의 부하 측정을 위한 부하 계측 시스템은 4개 차축의 토크 측정을 위한 휠 토크미터, 부하 데이터 수집을 위한 데이터 수집장치, 토크미터에 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급장치, 트랙터 배터리를 이용하여 노트북 및 전원공급장치에 전원을 공급하기 위한 인버터, 데이터 처리를 위한 노트북으로 구성하였다. 본 연구에서는 부하계측을 수행하기 위해 동양물산(주)의 60 마력급 트랙터 T623을 사용하였다. 부하 분석은 수확 작업에 따른 주행 단수 별 데이터를 이용하여 통계분석을 수행하였다. 수확 작업 시 L2단에서 좌측 전륜에서의 최대, 최소, 평균, 표준편차 토크는 각각 1735.44, 818.36, 1201.38, 175.53 Nm로 나타났으며, 우측 후륜에서는 3685.11, 1971.68, 2981.80, 258.36 Nm로 나타났다. L3단에서 좌측 전륜에서의 최대, 최소, 평균, 표준편차 토크는 각각 1580.94, 701.06, 1007.93, 125.11 Nm로 나타났으며, 우측 후륜에서는 3239.57, 1735.44, 2472.11, 307.85 Nm로 나타났다. 트랙터의 차축 부하는 L2단에서 L3단으로 작업속도가 증가함에 따라 좌측 전륜에서 약 0.83배, 우측 후륜에서 약 0.82배 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후에는 Romax_Designer (Version 17, Romax Technology, UK)을 사용하여 작업 부하에 따른 트랙터 트랜스미션 해석을 하여 트랙터 PTO 최적설계 가능성을 제시할 계획이다. 정격 출력 조건에서 시뮬레이션을 진행하여 트랙터 트랜스미션을 설계하면 안전성을 확보할 수 있지만 최적설계를 위해서는 실제 포장시험 데이터를 이용한 시뮬레이션이 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • The working time for loading and transporting containers in the container terminal is one of the factors directly related to port productivity, and minimizing working time for these operations can maximize port productivity. Among working time for container operations, the working time of yard tractors(Y/T) responsible for the transportation of containers between berth and yard is a significant portion. However, it is difficult to estimate the working time of yard tractors quantitatively, although it is possible to estimate it based on the practical experience of terminal operators. Recently, a technology based on IoT(Internet of Things), one of the core technologies of the 4th industrial revolution, is being studied to monitoring and tracking logistics resources within the port in real-time and calculate working time, but it is challenging to commercialize this technology at the actual port site. Therefore, this study aims to develop yard tractor working time prediction model to enhance the operational efficiency of the container terminal. To develop the prediction model, we analyze actual port operation data to identify factors that affect the yard tractor's works and predict its working time accordingly.

  • The container terminals use convergence technology that exchange information for cargo work, using wireless communication between the TOS(Terminal Operations System) and the handling equipments(CC, TC, YT). But if the container cargoes pile up high in the container yard, delayed cargo work and cargo working list information error happen because of communication dead spots(the worker can not receive the information) which wireless communication is disconnected. At this time the driver of the yard tractor(YT) must be able to recognize the communication state. If then, delayed cargo work and cargo working list information errors that occur in the shaded communication area can be avoided, and can process the delayed work due to wireless communication break. In this project, we have built wireless communication environment to increase the efficiency of the loading and unloading operations which the operator can respond actively, when the work is delayed and work orders result in errors. That is, the flow of the wireless communication module has been changed.

Soil Physical Properties and Traction Characteristics of Non-tilled Paddy Field (경운 작업 전 논토양의 물리성 및 견인력 특성)

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the soil physical properties and the traction characteristics of paddy field before tillage by a computer simulation. Soil physical properties, such as soil moisture content, bulk density, soil hardness, and soil texture were measured in the twelve rice production area. Mathematical model based on dimensional analysis which include soil physical properties and vehicle factors was used for the computer simulation. Most of the soil texture of the investigated area was silty loam, loam and silty clay loam. Soil moisture content ranged between 20 and 40% mostly. Soil bulk density was in the range of 1,500 to $1,700kg\;m^{-3}$. Soil hardness ranged between 2 to $12kg\;cm^{-2}$ mostly. Soil hardness incorporates the effects of many soil physical properties such as moisture content, texture and bulk density, and so the range of soil hardness was greater than that of any other physical properties. The predicted net traction was in the range of 70 to 1,500 kgf depending on the area, but it was above 1,000 kgf for most of the investigated area. Thus it was concluded that 50 HP tractor can pull the four row moldboard plow considering the conventional tillage depth and width. But for the soft soil area such as Andong and Namyang, tractor itself may have mobility problem and show high slip during plowing operation.

  • The improvement in the terminal productivity plays a key role for container terminals to be more competitive. The productivity of yard tractors(YT) is one of the most important factor accelerating the terminal productivity. Thus, YT pooling system is newly introduced in container terminals for increasing the YT productivity. Recently, the terminals in Korea tend to adopt YT pooling system. This paper proposes the important decision factors for YT pooling work space and several types of formulations according to states of container terminals.

  • One of the important performance measure for productivity at container terminals is the working productivity in the quay. working scheduling of quay cranes (QCs) gives a significant impact on the quay working productivity. The recent managers of the terminals pay high interests in equipment investment and operation methods with a new concept in order to enhance the quay working productivity. The double cycle or dual cycle, which is a method to increase the quay productivity with no application of new equipment, but with the change of operations, has been received strong attention in academic research. The majority of studies until this time has been realized the quay work as the bottleneck and focused on those works. However, if the QCs do notver, it the Cs d-trotver,(CT) if t the Cs, there would be the pos ibilf tes that the effectiveness of them is decreasedveaused by the longer, if t the Cs. Thus, this paper, suggests the solutions on the con th scheduling for the dual cycle operation considering the YT.
