국내 물시장의 포화상태 도래로 정부는 수자원 마스터 플랜 수립, 타당성 조사 등 물 관련 해외 프로젝트 발굴을 위한 지원체계를 강화하고, ODA 시장을 활용한 국내 기업의 해외시장 진출을 장려하고 있다. 한편 대륙별 ODA 시장규모를 살펴보면, 아프리카 시장이 전체 ODA 시장의 34%를 차지하며 가장 큰 시장을 형성하고 있을뿐만 아니라 연평균 4~5%의 지속적인 경제성장과, 인프라 수요 증가 등으로 시장으로써의 미래 전망이 밝다. 이에, 본 논고에서는 ODA 투자규모 중 가장 큰 시장을 형성하고 있는 아프리카 시장 중 모잠비크 물 사업을 중심으로 참여주체 및 재원 유형 등에 관하여 살펴보았다. 검토 결과, 모잠비크 시장은 첫째, ODA 물 사업 관련 향후 시장 전망이 매우 밝은 것으로 조사되었으며. 둘째, 모잠비크 정부 차원에서 다양한 투자자에 의한 사업 참여를 장려함에 따라 신규 사업을 준비하는 해외 사업자의 경우 결합금융 및 평행금융 그리고 결합금융과 평행금융이 혼재된 혼합금융 방식을 도입하는 것이 현지 시장 진출 및 리스크 분산에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구에서는 정부출연연구기관 KISTI 사례를 통해 IT 장비 중 매년 지속적으로 투자되고 있는 업무용 PC 및 노트북, PC용 SW를 대상으로 도입 타당성 및 적정성에 대한 심의 체계를 수립하고 이를 지원하는 개인 전산자원 공동활용시스템 구축을 통해 종합적인 관리 및 투자 효율화 방안을 제시하고, 아울러 SW 불법 사용에 대한 관리체계를 수립하여 불법 사용률을 점진적으로 축소하고자 한다.

Most of Orders of Magnitude estimate are based on historical data. This data is converted to the current price using by the cost index method mainly. This method, however, is rarely utilized or only for one-time use due to the lack of data and the complex escalation calculation method. This paper present a typical process on the conceptual investment cost estimation using by Cost Indexes based on the actual case for the Train Control facility of High-speed rail project. The result is expected to serve as both an easy way for Order of Magnitude estimate and a standard guideline for computerized modeling.

The purpose of this study is an overall valuation about propriety study of school facilities BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The search point includes these questions. Is BTL of school facilities a reasonable project for school, or is the former government financial project on the position of comparative superiority? And, is a partial BTL possible as an alternative plan? The result of this study shows that preference rate about BTL is 39%, that of former government financial project is 32%, and that of partial BTL is 29%.

The purpose of this study is to investigate validity of integrated information system for materials & parts industry. This purpose is carried out using cost-benefit analysis. In cost analysis, we use a present value of budget of KISTI. In Benefit analysis, we use a present value of investment on information of materials & parts industry. In the result of cost-benefit analysis, us can find that cost-benefit ratio is 4.67.

본 논문에서는 산업단지에 공정증기를 공급하는 열병합 발전소 건설에 대한 타당성 분석시 적용되는 경제성 분석에 대한 것으로, 동일한 보일러 및 주증기 그리고 공정증기 조건하에서 배압터빈 및 복수터빈 적용시 수반되는 경제성 분석을 통해 타당성 있는 시스템을 선정하는데 그 목적이 있다. 복수터빈 방식이 배압터빈 방식에 비해 전력생산량은 약 3배정도 많으나 초기 시설투자비의 증대 및 상대적인 에너지 활용측면에서 낮은 결과를 나타냈다.

인터넷을 기반으로 하는 IT의 눈부신 발전과 더불어 언제, 어디서나, 시간과 장소에 구애받지 않고 인터넷을 사용할 수 있도록 하는 사회적 요구가 구체화 되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 부응하고자 국내에서는 200km 이상의 빠른 속도로 이동 중에 있더라도 초고속인터넷이나 방송 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 위성/무선통신 연동 초고속인터넷 시스템기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같이 개발된 연동시스템을 국내 고속철도(KTX)에 적용하여 서비스를 제공할 때, 관련 시설투자에 대한 경제적 타당성을 검토하고자 한다. 경제성 분석을 위해 현재 유럽에서 이미 제공되고 있는 고속철도 인터넷 서비스를 조사하였고, 국내 고속철의 특성을 감안하여 필요시설과 장비의 항목별 비용분석을 수행하였다. 해외 사례와 비행기 등의 다른 운송수단에서 예상되는 수요 및 요금 수준에 근거하여 고속철도 인터넷서비스 매출을 시나리오별로 산정하였으며, 각각에 대한 순현재가와 수익률을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 하여 위성/무선통신 연동 시스템 기술 개발에 대한 경제적 타당성을 도출할 수 있으며, 서비스 제공 시 마케팅자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

Congestion control is an important research area in computer network. In this paper, I provided strategy of congestion pricing with differentiated services. And, suggested forecasting model of access that considered differentiated pricing, delay time, satisfaction using logistic regression. In a forecasting model of access with logistic regression technique, it is shown that coefficient of determination using suggested model is $70.7\%$.

The article analyses economic effect of medium size aircraft development project. It is based on the measurement of induced production and increased productivity by the investment on the development project. The analysis shows around 5.2 trillion KRW induced production and 65 billion KRW productivity are expected, if 1.4 trillion KRW is invested as planned. The economic effects with the same size of investment across different manufacturing industries - shipbuilding, auto, general machinery and emiconductor - are also measured for comparison. The result reports ircraft anufacturing is positioned as middle in terms of induced production nd productivity nhancement. he results in this article support the investment, which has economic asibility as well as strategic and military importance as argued.

As interest in stock markets is growing recently in Korea, more investors in their twenties are using the information provided by personal broadcasting channels on YouTube. This study explores how watching the stock market channels on YouTube influences watching behaviors and investment intentions. A structural equation modeling analysis of survey data from 219 adults in the twenties revealed that the perceived credibility of and para-social interaction with the YouTube influencers affected continued viewing intentions. The findings also showed that the effect of identification with the influencers on viewing satisfaction was more prominent when identification mediated the effect of para-social interaction on viewing satisfaction. Theoretical and practical implications were discussed.
