  • In the 1970s, increasing penetration of the housing co-housing policy, reconstruction be a great success to improve 1990‘s Old aged apartment's performance. However, in case of reconstruction, it causes the problem such as city environment destruction, resource waste, real-estate speculation etc. With the trend of sustainable construction and resource recycling, remodeling gets more attention than before. In case of country's remodeling, conventional method causes some problems such as delayed construction period and increased cost. Therefore, efforts that obtain economical efficiency are required to power remodeling through use of prefabrication method like PC technology that is useful for reduction effect of construction period, cost and site labor and excellent quality. This research indicates reduceing factor for facilitating prefabrication method and technology selecting framework through specific of Expanding Floor method and remodeling cases to increase the efficiency of remodeling, considers construction parties approaching plan for prefabrication as occasion that powers remodeling.

Accurate Prediction of Polymorphic Indirect Branch Target (간접 분기의 타형태 타겟 주소의 정확한 예측)

  • Modern processors achieve high performance exploiting avaliable Instruction Level Parallelism(ILP) by using speculative technique such as branch prediction. Traditionally, branch direction can be predicted at very high accuracy by 2-level predictor, and branch target address is predicted by Branch Target Buffer(BTB). Except for indirect branch, each of the branch has the unique target, so its prediction is very accurate via BTB. But because indirect branch has dynamically polymorphic target, indirect branch target prediction is very difficult. In general, the technique of branch direction prediction is applied to indirect branch target prediction, and much better accuracy than traditional BTB is obtained for indirect branch. We present a new indirect branch target prediction scheme which combines a indirect branch instruction with its data dependent register of the instruction executed earlier than the branch. The result of SPEC benchmark simulation which are obtained on SimpleScalar simulator shows that the proposed predictor obtains the most perfect prediction accuracy than any other existing scheme.

A Study in Bitcoin Volatility through Economic Factors (경제적 요인으로 살펴본 비트코인의 변동성에 관한 연구)

  • As a result of the United States (U.S) -China trade conflict, the recent instability of the stock market has led many people to invest in Bitcoin, a commodity that many previous studies have interpreted as a safe asset. However, recent Bitcoin market price fluctuations suggest that the asset's stability stems from speculative purchasing trends. Therefore, classifying the characteristics of Bitcoin assets can be an important reference point in analyzing relevant accounting information. To determine whether Bitcoin is a safe asset, this study analyzed the correlation between Bitcoin and economic indicators to verify whether gold and Bitcoin responded similarly in time series analyses. These show that the regression explanatory power between the price of gold and bitcoin is low, thus no relation between the two assets could be drawn. Additionally, the Granger causality analyses of six individual economic variables and Bitcoin did not establish any notable causality. This can be interpreted that short-term price fluctuations have a significant impact on the nature of Bitcoin as an asset.

고온압착 건조 처리시 표면처리를 통한 고강도 라이너지 개발

  • 저급의 고지 원료를 두께 방향으로 고온 압착을 가하여 건조함으로써 전반적인 종이 물성 을 향상시키는 콘디벨트 건조 방식은 70년대 중반부터 80년대에 이르는 10여년에 걸친 개발 과정을 거쳤으며 90년대에 들어서 핀랜드의 Inkeroinen에 위치한 V alemt- Tarnpella의 연구 소에 최초의 파일로트 설비가 설치되었으며 그 후 1996년에는 핀랜드 ENSO사의 P Pank밟oski 판지공장에 설치됨으로써 세계 최초의 상업생산설비를 이루게 되었다. 기존의 실린더 건조 기술과 비교할 때 콘디벨트 건조방식은 건조속도를 약 5-15배 향상시킬 수 있 으며, 건조 에너지 절감에 큰 효과가 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 실린더 건조시 종이가 폭방 향으로 수축되 어 인장 stiffness와 압축 강도 동의 종이 물성 이 저 하되 는 반면 습윤상태 의 섬유를 120도씨이상에서 가열에 의해 리그닌을 연화시킴과 동시에 섬유의 유연성을 증가시켜 준다. 그리고 높은 압력을 가해줌으로써 섬유간의 결합 면적을 증가시키고 건조시 종이의 폭방향의 수축을 감소시켜 인장강도, 내부결합강도, 밀도, 표면평활성, 투기저항성 등 종이의 물성을 대폭 향상시켜주는 혁신적인 제지기술로 인정받고 있으며 국내의 경우 현재 1998년 부터 상업생산을 이루어짐으로써 그 공헌도는 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. 골판지의 주원료가 되는 국산 골판지 고지 (Korean old corrugated container, K KOCC)의 거듭된 재생처리로 인하여 미세분의 함량이 전체 지료의 절반 이상에 달할 뿐만 아니라, 섬유가 각질화와 단섬유화로 인하여 고온압착 건조처리 만으로는 골판지 고지로 생 산된 원지의 강도를 버진펄프로 생산된 원지가 가지는 강도에 준하는 강도로 향상시키는데 한계점을 가지게 된다. 유럽의 제지선진국들은 골판지 원지의 강도를 향상시키는 방편으로 표변에 전분 사이즈 프레스 처리를 도입하였으며 본 연구에서는 고온 압착 건조 처리 설비를 활용한 전분 표면처리의 가능성을 검토하고 골판지 원지의 강도를 향상시키기 위한 표면처리조건을 탐색하였다.

An Experimental Study on the Physical Properties of Concrete Spread with Liquefied Organic and Inorganic Complex Antibiotics (액상 유·무기 복합 항균제를 도포한 콘크리트의 물리적 특성에 관한 실험적 연구)

  • Recently sewage facilities mainly consisted of concrete structures are being deteriorated seriously by biodeterioration originated from sulfur-oxidizing bacteria. In this study, to prevent biochemical corrosion of the sewer concrete, antibiotics which prevent growth of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria were developed and antimicrobial performance of it was investigated. After that, to consider applicability of antibiotics to concrete, physical properties of concrete spread with antibiotics were investigated. As a results of the study, it was proved that the antimicrobial performance of antibiotics was available. Also compressive strength and bond strength of concrete didn't closely connected with antibiotics, and resistance to abrasion, water absorption and air permeability of concrete was improved remarkably by spraying with it.

  • Deterioration of sewer concrete is representative that biochemical corrosion according to the $H_2S$ has growth by inhabit sulfur-oxidzing bacteria because of special environment in sewer. But in case of domestic, fundamentally, sulfur-oxidzing bacteria could moderate development of repair material method is need because of corrosion prevent method is inconsideration with carry out to improve project. In this paper, after development of spread type antibiotic with antibio-metal, antibacterial performance about sulfur-oxidzing bacteria of antibiotic and tested to estimate fundamental properties of bonding strength, abrasion contents, contents of water absorption, contents of air permeability, carbonation depth, chloride ion penetration depth and chemical resistance of spread with antibiotic restorative mortar.

  • The purpose of this study tried theoretical review on the current Transfer Income Tax system, and review on current Korean Transfer Income Tax system, to derive the inherent problems in Korean Transfer Income Tax system. This study presents the improving measures thereto.The transfer income earned by any individual person is taxed as the Transfer Income Tax pursuant to the Income Tax Act, and the transfer income earned by any legal person is taxed as the transfer income on transfer gain on land etc, pursuant to the Corporate Tax Act. In case of the Transfer Income Taxes earned by individual persons, land and buildings comprise most of the taxable items of the Transfer Income Tax. This study limits the scope of study to the Transfer Income Tax on land and building as the major taxable item, rather than all the Transfer Income Tax taxed to individual taxpayers. The outcomes of this are expected to rationly improvement the real estate taxation in accordance with the principle of tax law.

  • Compared to the development and manufacturing technology of electronic goods, the development of waste glass recycling technology is relatively insufficient, leading to the acceleration of waste of resources and environmental pollution. Although waste glass recycling technology is being actively developed overseas, waste glass recycling technology is insufficient in Korea, leading to the illegal dumping or burial of waste glass. Waste glass has been confirmed to have pozzolan reaction potential when having hydration reaction with cement. Waste glass is also reported to be effective in reducing bleeding and inhibiting the development of hydration heat by improving the physical properties of concrete and the rheology properties of fresh concrete. Therefore, this paper analyzed the strength characteristics and the effect of alkalic-silica reaction on the expansion of shielding concrete that used waste glass as fine aggregate. Where, suitable admixture materials were used as a measure to suppress the expansion.

  • The purpose of this study is to find a reasonable solution that is compatible with the government's policy on calming the overheated housing market and the needs of prospective home buyers. For this purpose, this study analyzed the current state of the housing market and looked at the root cause of the people's desire to purchase housing. And this study suggested the need to introduce a super-long-term mortgage system that can help people choose whether to own or rent a house in accordance with individual preferences. The super-long-term mortgage system would be useful in that the majority of people who currently use mortgages prefer long-term loan products and that it could provide a chance to "get their own homes" by easing the monthly repayment burden for those who want to have homes. If the system is introduced in the future, it is necessary to make efforts for stable operation such as risk-hedge. In particular, the government should apply a limited application to end-users so that they can curb rising housing prices and contribute to stabilizing housing prices.

  • Dredging and reclamation which have been conducted steadily for creation of new coastal area have the demerit of taking a long time. Hence, a lot of researches on acceleration of self-weight consolidation have been proceeding continuously. In this paper, 30 cases of laboratory self-weight consolidation tests were conducted to understand the application of PDF method, one of the self-weight consolidation acceleration methods, to domestic dredged soils. Acceleration effect of self-weight consolidation was confirmed through comparison and analysis of completion times and settlements of self-weight consolidation for none installed case and 4 kinds of common used PBD installed cases. As a result of the tests, installation of PBD before filling is effective for time reduction of self-weight consolidation.
