  • 도로교통소음의 저감을 위해 설치되는 방음벽의 성능평가를 위해서는 흡음률 및 투과손실과 같은 음향성능에 대한 평가뿐만 아니라, 풍압 및 충격하중과 같은 구조성능과 방음판 제작에 사용되는 재질에 관한 성능평가도 수반되어야 한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 방음벽의 성능평가를 위한 음향 구조 및 재질에 관한 시험 및 평가방법을 제시하였다.

  • To identify characterization of a simple extension chamber that have the two internal partition, produce the curve to estimate the transmission loss without the computer analysis. For helpful for internal optimum design, identify the characteristic of internal partition on transmission loss. Made estimated transmission loss curve by function of relationship of internal partition and transmission. Check the similarity of predicted transmission loss and analysis transmission loss. Usage of the predicted transmission loss made by relationship of internal partition and transmission loss is good information to place the internal partition so as to maximize the transmission loss on target frequency at optimal design on muffler.

  • This paper deals with the optimal muffler model by using acoustic analysis and CFD(computational fluid dynamics) analysis. The complicated muffler model could be better noise reduction performance. However, it could be worse affected to back-pressure performance by pressure drop in working fluid. High back-pressure is caused to low system efficiency. Therefore, it is important for the muffler design to consider the pressure drop. The muffler models are changed their partition plate position. Acoustic power transmission loss(TL) and pressure drop of working fluid are calculated by using computational analysis and used to build database for finding their trends. The optimal muffler model in user-interested frequency range could be selected by analyzing this database.

  • This paper deals with transmission loss characteristics of the panel type silencer to control low frequency noise. The panel type silencer is composed of many Helmholtz resonators by side branch. Each resonator has high transmission loss on the narrow band of its resonance frequency. Direct arrangement of the resonators increases mainly the magnitude of transmission loss. If we arrange the resonators in a row, the peak and band of transmission loss are increased. This makes the resonator array to have high transmission loss in the broader band. Using this idea, we design a silencer that has broader band characteristics and smaller volume.

  • 주상복합형 주거공간에 각 실간 Cross Talking에 의한 소음을 저감시키고 실내기의 공기조화로 발생하는 팬의 소음을 저감 시키기 위하여 소음 환기 장치를 개발 하였다. 공명형과 팽창형의 특성을 적용한 복합적 소음기로 저감주파수 대역에 따른 설계가 가능하며 이 소음기 성능시험 결과 특정 주파수 대역에서 20dB이상의 삽입손실치가 발생하고, 삽입에 의한 압력손실 2mmAq 이하가 됨을 확인하였다. 본 개발품의 특성은 구조가 간단하고 분해조립이 가능하여 설치 및 유지보수가 용이한 제품이다.

  • 공동주택의 보급 증가에 따라 화장실과 같이 환기용 덕트를 통한 층간 소음전달 문제가 예상되어 환기용 덕트에 간단히 설치하여 층간 소음 전달을 차단할 수 있는 환기장치용 소음기를 개발하였다. 본 개발품은 소음 차단 기능이 확실하고, 구조가 간단하며 분해조립이 가능하여 설치 및 유지보수가 용이한 제품이다. 또한 습기에 의한 부식이 없고, 먼지와 습기를 쉽게 제거할 수 있는 특징이 있다. 성능시험 결과 환기용 덕트를 통한 소음의 전달을 10dB 이상 저감시킬 수 있고, 삽입에 의한 압력손실 2mmAq 이하가 됨을 확인하였다.

  • Recently, noise reduction in room air conditioners has been one of the important issues as well as cooling efficiency. The rotary compressor is the dominant noise source in an air conditioner. A number of studies have been conducted on reducing compressor noise through improving muffler and resonator design. However the noise from the accumulator, a noise delivering path between compressor and air conditioner, is not fully taken into consideration. The accumulator contains a large inner cavity, and usually generates additional resonance noise during operation. This paper aims to conduct an optimal design for reducing accumulator noise by maximizing the transmission loss within the target frequency range that represents high-order nonlinearity. Design of experiments and radial basis function neural network are used in the context of approximate meta-models, and genetic algorithm is used as an optimization tool.
