우리가 살아가는 21 세기는 산업화시대와는 달리 급격한 경영환경의 변화 기술융합을 통한 끊임없는 신기술의 등장, 가치사슬의 변화, 프로세스(process)의 통합과 자동화로 인한 가격 등이 파괴되면서 생존을 위한 치열한 경쟁의 시대로 접어들고 있다. 이러한 사회환경의 변화에 따라 지식의 창출 못지 않게 지석의 보호도 중요하게 되었다. 그러나 공공기관의 지식은 체계적인 관리 체계가 이루어지지 않아 담당자의 인사.이동 혹은 퇴직 등으로 인하여 축적된 업무지식이 개인과 함께 그 조직에서 사라져 지식경쟁력이 약화되는 현상을 초래하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존의 단위업무시스템을 통합하여 새롭게 구축된 지식관리시스템을 조기에 정착시키고 이를 활용하여 무형자산의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 방안으로 $2002.12.01{\sim}2003.05.31$ 까지 6 개월 동안 지식관리시스템에 등록된 지식을 분석하여 지식경영을 활성화할 수 있는 방안과 미래사회의 핵심이 될 지석근로자를 양성할 수 있는 방안으로 자신의 능력을 극대화할 수 있는 3 가지 원리와 5 차원 전면교육학습법에 대하여 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 Unity 3D 엔진을 이용하여 게임개발을 위한 학습용 앱의 구현 내용을 소개하였다. Unity 엔진을 이용하면 필드의 제작, 캐릭터 애니메이션 세팅, 스크립트 작성, Asset 관리, 레벨 디자인 등 많은 작업을 하나의 통합 환경에서 수행할 수 있다. 또한 컴파일 과정을 거치지 않아도 게임을 제작하는 도중 언제라도 실행해 볼 수 있기 때문에 개발에 걸리는 시간을 단축할 수 있다. 본 연구의 과정은 게임 앱 설계 관련 프로젝트의 수행이나 학습용 게임 개발의 학습 모형을 제시한 사례로 활용할 수 있다.

In order to efficiently provide the learning ability for engineering education, electromagnetic field simulator have been developed on lava 2 platform. Each simulation module based on lava applet can be easily utilized with independent platform and provide GUI environment to set up physical conditions. The numerical results using computer animation technique are provided in real time. To aggregate and manage the learning objects, application of SCORM which is e-Learning standards is also studied.

As modern society rapidly changes, the field of education has also developed speedily. Since Edunet system developed in 1996, many different systems are developing continuously such as Center for Teaching and Learning, cyber home learning systems, diagnosis prescribing systems, video systems, teaching and counseling, and study management systems. However, the aforementioned systems have had not great response from the educational consumers due to a lack of interconnection. There are several reasons for it. One of the reasons is that program administrators did not carefully consider the continuity of each programs but established a brand new system whenever they need rather than predict or consider the future needs. The suitable system for smart education should be one big integrated system based on many different data analysis and processing. The system should also supply educational consumers various and useful information by adopting the idea of bigdata rather than a single sign on system connecting each independent system. The cloud computing system should be established as a system that can be managed not as simple compiled files and application programs but as various contents and DATA.

With the rapid advance of computer and communication techonology, the recent trend of education environment is edveloping in the ubiquitous learning (u-learning) direction that learners select and organize the contents, time and order of learning by themselves. Since the amount of education information through the internet is increasing rapidly and it is managed in document in an effective way is necessary. The document clustering is integrated documents to subject by classifying a set of documents through their similarity among them. Accordingly, the document clustering can be used in exploring and searching a document and it can increased accuracy of search. This paper proposes an efficient incremental clustering method for a set of documents increase gradually. The incremental document clustering algorithm assigns a set of new documents to the legacy clusters which have been identified in advance. In addition, to improve the correctness of the clustering, removing the stop words can be proposed.

U-러닝은 유비쿼터스러닝(Ubiquitous Learning)의 약자로 개방적 학습자원을 학습자의 필요에 따른 선택에 의해 활용하는 통합적 학습체제 의미한다. 국내에서의 소방교육은 다양한 소방교육 컨텐츠부족 및 시간적 공간적 제약으로 인해 소방안전에 대한 교육이 원활히 이루어지지 못하고 있는 실정이다. U-Learning 구성하여 다양한 컨텐츠를 거주자, 근무자, 방화관리자에게 제공하여 자기주도적인 학습을 통해 평상시 거주자 및 근무자에게 소방시설의 이해 및 사용방법을 교육하고, 방화관리자에게는 소방시설의 관리 및 점검방법을 교육함으로써 화재 및 재난으로 인한 피해를 최소화 할 수 있다.

E-Learning 환경에서 학습자에게 보다 정확한 맞춤형 교육 시스템을 제공하기 위하여 평가 문항 및 학습 문항의 난이도, 변별도 등과 같은 문항 정보 활용이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 문항 난이도, 변별도의 수치를 메타데이터에 저장하고, 평가 문항 및 학습 문항을 저작할 수 있는 템플릿(Templates) 및 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 기반의 SMIL(Synchronized Multimedia Integration Language) 저작도구를 설계 구현 하였다. 구현한 시스템은 SMIL 문법을 모르는 교수자가 문항 난이도, 변별도를 메타데이터에 저장하고, 학습 문항을 쉽게 저작하는데 효율적이다. 또한 저작된 문항은 XML(Extensible Markup Language) 기반 메타데이터를 활용함으로서 다른 플랫폼과의 통합 관리 및 재사용에 용이하다.

The one of goals of the 2015 revised national curriculum is the successful application of achievement standards-based assessment, which assesses both the results and process of learning, ensuring that all students have achieved the educational objectives, to schools. Therefore, an achievement standards and evaluation support system is required to manage a whole process of teaching and learning based on achievement standards and provide the personalized assessment feedback to students to improve their achievement levels. In this paper, we perform a design of integrated data model and system of teaching plan, subject content, assessment plan, assessment result, and feedback data is required based on an achievement standards repository. In addition, we create a student's dashboard webpage, which representing different types of achievement of the student, and perform the comparative analysis of data models to evaluate the quality of the proposed model.

To enhance learning efficiency, we implement a hybrid experimental system for electrical and electronic circuits where web-based virtual laboratory system and distant education system are properly integrated. In the first stage, we developed web-based virtual laboratory systems for electrical/electronic circuit experiments, which are composed of three important sessions and their management system: concept learning, virtual experiment, assessment. In the second stage, we have implemented cost-effective distant laboratory systems for practicing electric/electronic circuits, which can be used to eliminate the lack of reality occurred during virtual laboratory session. The proposed virtual/ distant laboratory systems can be used in stand-alone fashion, but to enhance learning efficiency we integrated them and developed a creative hybrid experimental system for electric and electronic circuits.

웹 문서는 일반 문서들과 달리 자유로운 형식으로 기술되어 있고, 원문에 태그나 코드 등 불필요한 내용들을 많이 포함하고 있어 언어 처리에 바로 사용하기에 적합하지 못하다. 본 논문은 인덱싱 대상 문서로 사용되는 웹 문서를 자동으로 수집하여, 문장 단위로 정렬된 문서로 제작, 관리하는 통합 전처리 시스템인 Web Tagger의 구조와 전처리 방법을 소개한다. Web Tagger는 문서 정제, 문장 분할, 띄어쓰기의 과정을 거쳐 웹 문서에서 표준화된 정보를 추출하고, 형태소 분석기를 포함한 응용 시스템의 목적에 맞게 XML형식의 원문 코퍼스를 자동으로 생성하고 관리한다. '정규문법(Regexp)', '휴리스틱', '품사 인덱스 참조', 'C4.5를 사용한 학습 규칙' 등의 다양한 전처리 기법은 형태소 분석 정확도 향상과 시스템 안정성 보장에 기여한다.
