In this study, we consider the integration of cognitive components and emotion to account for communication behaviors and activism on a consumer advocacy website. The challenge of integrating situational theory and anger activism model was empirically explored utilizing an online survey with the members of the virtual community, which was designed to raise issues and to protest against the product defects of a product. Our findings indicated that along with the cognitive perception in the situational theory, anger as a negative emotion was the most significant predictor strongly associated with communication behaviors and activism on the organization. More interestingly, the model that integrates anger with cognitive components significantly improves its explanatory power compared with one including only cognitive components as explanatory variables.

전자정부사업은 본질적으로 이해당사자 사이의 갈등을 내포하고 있어 막대한 사회적 비용을 초래하기 때문에 이에 대한 적절한 조정과 협력이 중요하다. 정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별, 기관별로 구축 운영 중인 전산시설, 운영인력 등 정보자원을 통합하여 공동활용체계를 구축하는 대표적인 전자정부사업으로 현재 대전과 광주에 설치되어 있다. 2006년부터 단계별 통합을 추진하고 있는 정부통합전산센터에는 다양한 IT 거버넌스(IT Governance) 이슈가 잠재되어 있으며 이를 해결하기 위한 방안 마련이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 IT 거버넌스 관련 문헌연구와 전문가 의견수렴을 통해 조직문화, 업무프로세스, 구성원역량, 커뮤니케이션 분야에서 IT 거버넌스 이슈들을 선정 후 정부부처, 정부통합전산센터 및 외주업체 관계자들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통해 해결방안을 찾고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공공부문 IT 거버넌스에 대한 국제적인 성공모델 정립에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

As a result of introducing robot assisted learning which utilizes social robots or telepresence robots in language learning or special education, research on technology acceptance model for robot-assisted learning is also being conducted. The unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) model of intelligent robot has been studied, but of tele-operated robot is insufficient. The purpose of this paper is to estimate the UTAUT model by pre-service teachers who experienced telepresence robot-assisted learning that can be done in future school. It is found that the estimated UTAUT model consists of more concise factors than social robots, and the importance of perceived enjoyment is higher. In other words, the pre-service teachers showed significant acceptance of tele-operated robots with enhanced enjoyment composed of its mobility, communication, and touchable appearance of the face and body.

텔레커뮤니케이션과 IP의 통합, 음성과 Data, 영상의 통합이 이루어 지는 망에 대한 제시가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이를 달성하기 위한 컴포넌트로서 SSW 는 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있다. 기능적 특성에 따라 Class 4 소프트스위치, Class 5 소프트스위치로 소프트스위치를 구분할 수 있을 것이다. 이 문서에서는 특히, 가입자에게 까지 NGN을 제공하기 위한 Class 5 소프트스위치의 기능 요구 사항을 논의한다. 소프트스위치의 기능 요구 사항은 해외 소프트스위치 제품들에 대한 분석을 통한 제공 기능에 대한 비교와 Class 5 소프트스위치의 망 component로서의 필요 인터페이스를 검토하여 정리한다.

The changes caused by the 4th industrial revolution are accelerating the convergence of technologies due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. As a result, rapid changes are expected in various fields of society and industry. The shipping and logistics industry is also in urgent need of smartization due to changes in environment and technology. However, in the case of Korea, the smartization of shipping and logistics technology is insufficient compared to that of advanced countries. For smartization for complex business processing with many related entities, smooth communication and visual confirmation using the latest technologies are becoming important. Such visualization and communication will become more important in smart shipping and logistics This study intends to present an integrated communication tool between self-driving ships and container terminals for the realization of smart shipping and logistics. In particular, a study was conducted on the development of a digital twin-based communication tool that satisfies the requirements of ship berthing and loading/unloading operations in which various actors participate and process complex tasks.
