This study conducted a hypothesis test to examine the effect of integrated service quality of nursing and care on medical service performance. The results of this study are as follows. First, the perceived performance, loyalty, perceived performance, perceived loyalty, and perceived loyalty of medical service achievement, perceived performance of medical service performance, responsiveness, confident, empathy, The results show that adoption has a positive impact on loyalty. In other words, the integrated service quality proved to be very important for the medical service capacity. In order to do this, institutional efforts should be given priority to increase the number of nursing staff. In order to nurture excellent nursing team members, in addition to professional nursing ability, emphasis should also be placed on personality education for positive relationships through patient empathy. In this study, we can find the implication of the study that we measured the effect of integrated service quality on medical service performance.

With the advent of u-City(ubiquitous city) concept, the importance of urban management has been increased. GIS is a foundation for the efficient urban management and an essential technology for the development of u-City. u-City, which aims for convenient, safe, healthy, and comfortable life, provides diverse services based on advanced information technologies, and it will offer more services in the future. u-City integrated management platform enables the ease of service development, guarantees the quality of services for the resident, and provides organic information sharing. Moreover, the platform by integrating GIS and other common management functions, makes possible efficient urban management. In this paper, required functions of u-City integrated management platform for u-City service were analyzed. As a result, GIS module for management of street lights and supervision of fire was developed and the application usability of u-City integrated management platform was verified by service simulation.

해상물류 통합 프로세스 자동화 서비스 실증 모델 개발 연구는 자율운항선박과 스마트항만이 도래되었을 때 스마트 해상 물류 통합을 위해 자동화할 수 있는 일부 업무들을 해상물류 중심의 프로세스와 상호 프로세스를 도출하고 관련 업무의 분야별 데이터를 통합하여 해상물류 통합 프로세스 자동화 서비스 실증 모델을 개발하고 검증하는 연구 내용이다.

This paper proposes the system to manage profiles effectively that are necessary for content adaptation services. The proposed profiles for providing content adaptation services are used in the various services. However, currently, there are lack of the interoperability in profiles due to the different configuration, which is affected by different services. The service providers also spend a lot of operating costs by operating profiles respectively. To solve theses problems, the system which can integrate and manage the various kinds of the profiles is necessary. Based on profile services architecture and the previous profile research to the necessary functions for the proposed integrated management system of profile are derived. The proposed integrated management system of profile supports also the functions such as receiving, processing, saying, managing, providing and supports profiles that are made of RDF form and comply with the CC/PP specification. The metadata constitution technique and dynamic technique for effective content adaptation also are applied. As a result of performance evaluation the proposed techniques improve the performance 4% compared with the previous techniques.

The purpose of this study was to identify a survey on total care services, to verify the perception, performance and importance of nursing practices between nursing students and nurses. The sample of the study were 93 nursing students and 38 nurses, A structured questionnaire used in this study composed of 235 items. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 to calculate frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows: The amount and responsibility of nursing practices in total service showed that 'very much increase'was the most. There were statistically significant differences in performance of total care service by nutritional care and elimination care. There were statistically significant differences in importance of total care service by respiratory Care.

인터넷 접속채널과 접속망이 다양해지고 채널활용이 다차원적으로 가능함에 따라 유무선의 다중 채널통합에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있다. 이는 유무선 인터넷 채널통합에 관한 방향이 필요하며, 유선과 무선인터넷의 채널통합 이슈에 대한 분석이 필요한 시점이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 유무선 인터넷 채널통합과 관련된 문제점 및 이슈를 분류하였으며, 유무선 채널통합을 크게 Interface 통합관점과Business Model 간의 통합관점으로 살펴보았다. 인터페이스 관점에서는 디스플레이, 입출력장치, 컨텐츠로 구분하여 채널통합 문제를 유형별로 분류하였다. 그리고 비즈니스 모델 관점에서는 무선인터넷 서비스 유형 및 특성을 분석하여 비즈니스의 채널통합 방향성을 제시하였다.

인터넷 서비스의 활용이 급속히 확대되어 가고 있는 가운데 점차 인터넷의 서비스 품질을 향상시키기 위한 시도가 활발히 벌어지고 있다. 현재 인터넷은 링크 계층 기술로 LAN과 전용선(혹은 전화선)을 주로 사용하고 있으나 최근 고속의 ATM 링크 기술이 Qos를 보장해주므로 앞으로 인터넷 통합 서비스를 제공하기 위해서 꼭 필요로 하는 기술이기 때문이다. 현재 IETF에서는 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하기 위한 인터넷 통합 서비스 모델과 자원 예약 프로토콜 ATM망에서 연동하기 위한 시도를 추진하고 있다. 본 고에서는 인터넷 통합서비스를 ATM 망을 통해 제공하기 위한 연구 동향을 IEFT의 표준화 활동을 중심으로 살펴본다.

최근들어 웹 서비스의 수가 증가하면서 필요한 서비스를 정확하게 탐색하는 것이 중요한 이슈가 되고 있다. 이를 위해 온톨로지에 기반한 시맨틱 웹 서비스 탐색에 관한 연구들이 진행되었다. 그러나 기존 연구는 제한된 개념 해석 방식을 사용하고, 명확한 개념 기술 방법을 제공하지 않기 때문에 매칭 오류가 발생 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 통합 개념 모델과 이를 적용한 웹 서비스 탐색 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 통합 개념 모델은 개념 타입, 클래스, 프로퍼티를 이용한 유연하고 명확한 개념 기술 방벌을 제공한다. 제안된 탐색 방법은 통합 개념 모델에 기반하여 서비스와 사용자 요구사항을 기술하고 매칭을 수행한다. 또한 복합 매칭을 지원하여 보다 정교한 서비스 탐색이 가능하다. 다양한 형태의 사용자 요구사항에 대해 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법은 기존 연구보다 더 높은 정확률과 재현율을 보였다.

기존의 컴포넌트 기반으로 응용 프로그램을 개발하던 소프트웨어 개발 방법론이 분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 대규모 시스템 통합의 요구가 생겨남에 따라 서비스-기반 구조(SOA: Service-Oriented Architecture)로 점차 변화하고 있다. SOA를 구현하기 위한 최신 통합 기술인 엔터프라이즈 서비스 버스(ESB: Enterprise Service Bus)상에서 상호 작용하는 시스템 간에 교환되는 데이터 품질을 보장할 수 있다면 더 나은 서비스를 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문은 기존에 개발된 DAQUM(Data Quality Measuring tool)(1)을 이용하여 ESB상에서 통합된 시스템들간의 상호 작용하는 데이터 품질을 보장하기 위한 서비스를 개발한다.

본 연구는 메시지 보안을 고려한 웹 서비스와 컴포넌트 개발 방법론의 통합에 관한 것으로, 컴포넌트 저장소에 있는 컴포넌트들을 검색하여 동적으로 웹 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 기반으로 안전한 웹 위해 메시지 보안 요소를 지원하기 위한 것이다. 이질적인 컴포넌트들로부터 통합된 프레임워크를 제공하고, 이들로부터 동적으로 웹 서비스를 생성하는 과정에서 웹 서비스의 보안을 개선시키고자 한다. 이를 위해 XML 기반 보안 및 전자서명 인증 기술의 포함으로 메시지 내용의 무결성과 기밀성을 보장하는 것을 목표로 한다.
