우리나라 수자원이용량의 47%를 차지하고 있는 농업용수는 공사관리지역(64%)와 지자체관리 지역(36%)으로 이원화 되어 있고, 공사관리지역은 2000년 이전 103개 농지개량조합이 개별적으로 관리하다가, 2000년 이후 농업용수의 효율적 관리를 위하여 2000년에 3개기관(농지개량조합, 농지 개량조합연합회, 농어촌진흥공사)이 통합하여 현재 한국농어촌공사가 되었다. 2000년 이전 103개 조합에서 저수지, 양배수장 등 수리시설물과 용배수로 등 평야부 시설물에 대한 각종 정보가 통합적으로 관리가 되지 못하였고, 매년 발간되는 농업생산기반정비사업 통계연보를 통해서 체계적인 관리가 되어왔다. 2000년 이후 통합 공사가 출범하면서 전국단위의 종합적이고 체계적인 정보관리가 가능해졌으나, 농업용수 정보(자료)가 개별 조합별로 산재되어 있고 전산화 되어 있지 못하였으며, 시설물의 설치년도가 오래된 경우 자료자체가 존재하지 않은 경우가 많이 있고, 소규모 시설의 경우 정보(자료)관리의 필요성에 대한 효용성에 대한 인식이 낮으므로 하여 농업용수관리 정보화에 많은 어려움이 있었다. 또한 기초적인 정보(자료)관리 구축이 되지 못한 상황에서 개별 시설물 또는 수계별로 이 치수관리를 위한 의사결정 지원시스템 구축에도 많은 어려움이 발생하였다. 이는 공사 내부 뿐만 아니라 외부의 우려와 비판이기도 하였다. 이러한 어려운 여건에도 불구하고, 우선 지난 10년 동안 농업용수관리의 기초적인 정보(자료) 관리 구축을 실시하여 수원공과 평야부 시설에 대한 정보구축을 실시하였고, 각 사업별로 RIMS, RAWRIS, TIMS, 지하수넷, UIRRI, 4대강상황실 등의 정보화 시스템을 구축하였다. Post 4대강, 유역통합관리 등 수자원환경의 내외적인 여건변화에 맞춰, 2010년 부터 개별 시스템에 대한 통합 농업용수관리 정보시스템 구축을 위한 마스터플랜을 수립하고 있고, 금번 마스터 플랜수립결과를 바탕으로 실질적인 시스템 구축을 완료하게 되면 명실상부한 농업용수분야의 최상위 시스템으로 자리매김 될 것이다.

Recently, in Korea, a few construction companies have been tried to develop a management system, which is able to integrate schedule and cost. In spite of these attempts, however, advanced management techniques can be hardly applied under the BoQ based management system. In order to improve these problems, many studies have been peformed, but yet could not overcome practical limitations. Besides, the application of historical data is below the level since it is so difficult to accumulate and feed-back historical data under the unique character of construction industry. Consequently, lots of time and effort have being wasted to establish control criteria. The newly generated Information is not systematically managed as well. Therefore, this study suggests Integrated Construction Management System complemented the existing practical problems.

Energy consumption of building is given a sizable portion in total national energy conservation and if current trends continues, energy conservation level will rise as level of developed country. For this reason, a basic plan is proposed for integrated management system to manage energy conservation of buildings using a link with energy information and building information. Specifically, the questionnaire investigation conducted by building energy expert is performed to determine the projects along with time schedule and demands level of management system. In addition, to investigate study on energy usage information and management situation the management architecture of energy supplier is also studied.

광대역 통합망(BcN: Broadband convergence Networks)이란 통신$.$방송$.$인터넷이 융합된 품질 보장형 광대역 멀티미디어 서비스를 언제 어디서나 끊임없이 안전하게 이용할 수 있는 차세대 통합네트워크를 말한다. 이를 위하여 BcN 전달망은 서비스 품질(QoS: Quality of Service) 보장, 고도의 통신망 관리 기능과 보안(Security) 기능, IPv6 주소체계의 수용을 통하여 다양한 서비스를 쉽게 창출할 수 있는 개방형 망구조(Open API)를 도입한 통신망으로 유선ㆍ무선ㆍ방송 등의 다양한 가입자망의 특성을 통합하여 수용해야 하며, 표준 인터페이스를 통해 다양한 응용서비스의 개발 및 이용 환경을 제공할 수 있어야 한다.(중략)

본 고에서는 u-City를 구현할 때 가장 핵심적인 부가 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 대표적인 서비스의 종류를 소개하고 이 서비스들이 필요로 하는 공통적인 요구 사항을 정리한 후, 이 서비스 구현에 필요한 핵심 기술에 대해 소개하였다. 2007년 7월 현재 u-City Forum 기술 분과 위원회에서 표준화된 핵심 기술은 u-City 통합운영센터 기술과 근거리 무선 통신 기술로서 최적의 USN 아키텍처인 WiBEEM (Wireless Beacon-enabled Energy Efficient Mesh Network) 기술이다. 이 외에도 유비쿼터스 통합단말기 플랫폼 표준과 u-City를 위한 통합 코드체계 기술, 그리고 센서 데이터 포맷 표준화, u-City 시설물 관리 기술 표준화, USN 미들웨어 표준화, u-City 백본망과의 인터페이스 표준화, u-City 데이터 전송을 위한 정보 보호 표준화 등이 앞으로 추진해야 할 대상이다.

World Wide Web(WWW) 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있는 시점에서, WWW의 데이터로부터 유용한 정보를 찾아내고 분석하는 일이 필요해졌다. 또한 WWW의 데이터만으로는 얻을 수 없는 기업의 의사결정을 위한 정보를 얻기 위해, 웹 페이지 접근 기록에서 얻어진 웹 로그기록들과 기업의 판매 트랜잭션 데이터베이스, 광고 데이터베이스 그리고 고객 정보를 통합하여 데이터 웨어하우스를 구축한다. 이러한 과정은 기업활동의 결과로 축적된 데이터 자원과 WWW의 데이터를 통합하여 체계적인 정보기반을 구축하고, 이러한 자원을 전략적으로 재활용하는 것이 목적이다. 본 논문에서는 WWW의 데이터와 기업의 데이터베이스를 통합하여 웨어하우스를 설계하고 여기에 데이터마이닝, OLAP을 적용하여 CRM에 활용하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

사용자 관리 시스템은 single sign on 개념의 통합인증시스템으로 처음 1회 인증으로 이미 정의된 업무 규칙에 따리 부여된 권한으로 시스템에 접근하게 하는 모듈로써, 시스템에 대한 사용자들의 시스템 접근을 편리하게 해 줄 뿐 아니라 정보를 보호하고 시스템의 안정성을 극대화 한다. 본 논문에서는 e-Logistics 통합 플랫폼의 서브 시스템(or 모듈)별로 접근권한체계를 DAC(Discretionary Access Control) 기반으로 통합 관리하는 사용자 관리 시스템을 제시함으로써 효율적인 시스템의 접근 권한을 관리하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

The DoD of United State, the MoD of United Kingdom and NATO have developed and implemented not only the concepts of joint capability but also management system for the joint capability to respond the future uncertain operations effectively. The resources of the DoD in United State have been efficiently planning, programming, budgeting, execution and evaluation using the PPBEE system which developed based on the concept of joint capability. The joint capability of the DoD has been managing through the JCAMS (Joint Capability Area Management System) which constructed based on JCA, UJTL and so on. Recently the MND of Korea eager to try introducing concept of the JCMS and developing the JCMS like the JCAMS of DoD for the future joint operation in the uncertain environment. We propose the holistic mechanism to develop the JCMS (Joint Capability Management System) of MND which can implement during the constructing the JCMS of Korea efficiently and effectively.

In this study, considering the National Memorial of the Korean Provisional Government as a "Larchiveum," the researchers attempted to develop a classification system that can comprehensively categorize various types of materials and propose a method of providing an online service. To this end, as a case study, the researchers examined the classification system structure and contents of the National Archives of Korea, National Assembly Archives, and Archives of Korean History of the National Institute of Korean History, which are the current material collection institutions of the Korean Provisional Government. Regarding online services, apart from the three institutions above, the Imperial War Museum and the Hoover Institution at Stanford University were also explored. Through the implications derived from the case analysis of domestic and foreign institutions, a basic hierarchical classification system by provenance for the materials held by the institution was established, and a multi-classification system was presented according to the classification criteria of "by type, by era, and by subject." In addition, methods of applying the developed classification system to online services were proposed.
