The aim of this study is to propose an integrated operation plan of information call services by multi-connecting call services which are now being serviced by each different call number services and by providing one stop service which organically links alternative transportations such as railroad, air, and bus and also related organizations as well as road traffic information. For the objective, we analyzed the current status of Korean and foreign country systems and reviewed operation technology and technical specifications of the integrated system according to 3 steps, i.e. infrastructure procurement, test bed and extended completion, stabilization and high valuable services completion. Throughout the result of this study, traffic information one stop service, convenient service, diverse related information provision service, real-time information provision, and efficient system are expected to be implemented in the traffic information call service.

Address and location information is gaining importance as a channel between business entities and customers. However, as the new address scheme, which is based on street name and building number, is deployed, various problems occurred in the areas of postal service, logistics and management of customer information. And therefore it is necessary to make plans for integration and application of address information and location information. In this study, we clearly identify the problems when the governments and companies manage the address and location information under the circumstances of new address system. And we suggest improvement plans from the viewpoint of code scheme and database linkage.

This study examined the flexibility strategies and the spatial division of labour on production system in the industrial restructuring process of textile and apparel industry in Daegu. Textile and apparel firms in Daegu have come to have power after holding trade function. In the context of existing variant production units across all the sectors of the textile and apparel industry, individual firms that hold trade function can organize the lowest cost production system. Daegu's Textile and apparel industry in Daegu shows the complicated and closely realted production system through individual firm's flexibility strategies. Although the textile and apparel firms produce the same item or have the same size, they pursue different flexibility strategies and form different networked production system and different spatial division of labour.

This article analyze a constructing process of photographic digital archive based on photographs of korean democratization movements. After photographic digital archive defines as integrated systems in which photographic digital objects collect, classify, describe, preserve and access, this article explains metadata elements and classification schema reflecting a special quality of photograph. Especially, this article presents dynamic classification structure using subject keywords. After all, this method provides integrity and interrelationship with photographes which promote usability of photographic digital objects.

This research is on the study of integrating internet and intranet that was built for their own enterprise into one network system that promises a more economic and secure use. Compared to this system, the traditional network conversion device not only has its mechanical limits, but also requires a separate network set up. This raises both interoperability and security problems and results in a higher cost. Therefore, I propose dual defence system based on the inverse multiplexing of ATM Forum and IPSec to improve network ability and deliver enhanced system reliability while reducing cost. Furthermore, I also addressed some of the weaknesses of the Scanning Attacking Method, SNMP and Spooler Port and proposed counter measures that will deal with these weakness at the dual defence system.

농업 수자원 시스템은 유역의 유출량으로부터 용수를 생산하고 농작물 재배를 위하여 용수를 공급하는 일련의 체계로서, 여름철 집중되는 강우를 저류하여 가용 용수를 확보하고 적절한 시기에 필요한 용수량의 공급을 목적으로 한다. 농업용 저수지, 용 배수로 및 평야부 수리시설물과 같은 구성 요소들은 오랜 기간에 걸쳐서 축조되어 지속 가능하고 안정적인 농업용수 공급을 수행하고 있다. 농업 수자원 시스템을 운영하는 과정에서 물 수요량에 대한 실시간 관리가 불가능하여, 수요와 공급의 불균형으로 인한 용수 공급 효율 저하 및 수리시설물의 노후화 및 누수 등으로 인한 관리 손실량 발생과 같은 문제점이 제기되었다. 스마트 물관리는 농업 수자원 환경의 급격한 변화에 대응하기 위하여 첨단 정보통신 기술을 도입하는 차세대 물관리 시스템으로 실시간 모니터링, 수자원의 분석/모의/운영 및 정보 관리 등 전 분야에서 정보화와 지능화를 구현하기 위한 기술 총화로 정의된다. 본 연구에서는 스마트 물관리를 구현하기 위한 구체적 방안으로써, 통합적인 농업용수의 실시간 운영 및 정보 관리를 위하여 첨단 정보통신기술을 이용한 모니터링 기술, 수집된 정보 분석 및 제공을 위한 웹 기반의 정보관리 기술, 정보교환을 위한 네트워크 기술 등을 통합 운영할 수 있는 체계를 구성하였다.

The ROK Navy operates many war ships despite its short history. Various types of war ships, such as submarines, destroyers, frigates, corvette etc., use suitable propulsion systems for the operational requirements of each war ship. A hybrid propulsion system was introduced to change from the current mechanical propulsion system to an electric propulsion system according to the changing patterns of naval warfare, and it is expected that an integrated electric propulsion system will also be introduced. Therefore, this paper investigates the propulsion system of major ships operated by the Korean Navy, predicts the changes in future naval warfare, and proposes a propulsion system for future ships.

기업 ICT (Information & Communication Technology) 인프라의 혁신을 위해 선행되어야 할 조건으로 유무선 네트워크 시스템의 통합을 들 수 있다. 최근 10년간 통신 사업자들을 중심으로 유무선 네트워크 통합과 통합된 네트워크를 효율적으로 관리하기 위한 망 관리 시스템의 통합이 추진되어 왔다[5][6]. 여러 개의 망 관리 시스템을 하나의 시스템으로 통합하면서 발생하는 문제점 중 하나는 데이터베이스의 종류와 개수가 증가하면서 사용자들이 원하는 망관리 정보를 쉽게 찾을 수 없다는 점이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 다양한 종류의 데이터베이스와 연동하여 사용자가 원하는 메뉴를 쉽게 찾을 수 있도록 지원하는 검색 체계를 제안한다. 제안된 아키텍처는 유무선 통합 망관리 시스템 환경에서 사용자가 원하는 망관리 정보를 쉽고 빠르게 검색하는 기능 구현에 적합하다.

정부통합전산센터는 정부부처별, 기관별로 구축 운영 중인 전산시설, 운영인력 등 정보자원을 통합하여 공동활용체계를 구축하는 대표적인 전자정부사업이다. 2006년부터 단계별 통합을 추진하는 과정에서 다양한 IT 거버넌스 이슈들(issues)이 잠재되어 있다. 따라서 효과적인 IT 거버넌스를 구현하기 위해서는 이슈별 핵심성공요인들(CSFs)을 확인하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 공공부문에서 IT 거버넌스의 핵심성공요인을 다룬 연구들은 많지 않다. 본 연구에서는 문헌고찰과 전문가 패널의 의견수렴을 통해 정부통합전산센터의 IT 거버넌스 핵심성공요인들을 도출한 후 정책적, 실무적인 시사점을 제공하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 정부통합전산센터의 효과적인 IT 거버넌스 구현에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

고속도로 교통축은 고속도로와 운전자가 대체도로로 이용할 수 있는 표면가로로 구성된 가로망을 말한다. 이러한 고속도로에서의 도로망의 효율을 극대화하기 위해서 시행되고 있는 제어기법으로는 고속도로 진입램프에서의 램프미터링과 표면가로에서의 신호시간조정 등을 들 수 있다. 그러나, 이를 통합한 제어전략은 아직 고려되고 있지 못하다. 고속도로에서 사고나 극심한 혼잡으로 인해 지체가 되었을 경우 단순히 진입램프에서 램프미터링만을 실행하는 것이 아니라 부체도로로의 경로전환을 통해 고속도로교통축의 효율을 극대화할 수 있다. 이는 지능형교통체계(ITS)에서 고려하고 있는 경로안내시스템과도 결부된다. 그러므로, 고속도로 교통축에서는 진입램프에서의 램프미터링전략과 진출램프에서의 경로전환전략, 표면가로에서의 신호최적화전략을 통한 제어를 실행할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 고속도로에서의 진입램프미터링과 진출램프를 통한 경로전환, 표면가로에서의 신호시간조정을 통합한 제어모형을 구축하고, 그에 따른 통합제어알고리즘을 개발하는 것을 본 논문의 목적으로 한다. 통합제어모형은 적정 제어변수의 값을 구하기 용이하게 하기 위해 선형계획법을 적용하였으며, 시뮬레이션을 통해 통합제어알고리즘을 우수성을 검증하였다.
