전자정부의 고도화 등 정보화 사업의 규모가 확대되면서 성공적인 정보화 사업의 추진을 위한 표준 및 지칭의 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 이러한 정보화 표준 밀 지칭은 조직의 지식, 인력, 정보기술, 업무, 시스템 등의 정보자원과 정보화 추진 절차 및 사용자/개발자 관점에 따라 체계적으로 개발되고 개선되는 것이 필요하다. 이 논문은 정보화 추진을 위해 필요한 표준 일 지침을 분류하는 다양한 과정을 통합하여 효율적이고 체계적으로 지침 및 표준을 관리, 개발할 수 있는 분류체계를 제시한다. 또한 이를 토대로 향후 정보화 표준/지침의 개발을 위한 방향을 모색한다.

The Tactical Information and Communication Network system provides real-time multimedia services such as voice and data by utilizing the Mobile Subscriber Access Point. At this time, an external transmission path is constructed through the Low Capacity Trunk Radio and the High Capacity Trunk Radio system. The communication devices of each wireless transmission system are mounted on a tactical vehicle and a secondary battery is used to prevent a power interruption when the supply power to the tactical vehicle is transferred to the integrated power control device. In this paper, the basic design of the Wireless Power Transfer device for charging the battery of the integrated power control system of the mobile base station system using the Loading Distribution Method and checking the number of primary windings and the core material selection by the air gap through the Finite Elements Method.

With the growing realization that the GIS data management becomes important more than ever, a great deal of the spatial data is being digitalized through various GIS projects, such as NGIS project. However, the integrated search and analysis for GIS data are highly constrained by the databases being heterogeneous and distributed among organizations. This paper is to introduce the system developed to solve the problem of interoperability in the heterogeneous and distributed databases environment. The system architecture is presented which is composed of spatial data servers, nodes, and a gateway. Also, the paper provides the implementation details of the client application to access and analyze the distributed and heterogeneous spatial data with the standardized interface. Finally, based on the technical architecture, the korea spatial data infrastructure is explained.

According to accelerate the convergence of defense and information technology, there is a need for innovative change in Military e-Learning service system. In other words, It has increased the need for system integration based on standards and interoperability to develop into a network-centric information and knowledge. In this study, It would like to introduce an integrated direction Military e-Learning service system on the SOA-based video content services in the operating system for the operating model. SOA is taking advantage in integration and expansion of the unit with a process. Using it, define of video services platform architecture and define of business model based on the Imprimatur model. Based on this, it define the role of actors for video content service in each step of the operating model, that is Production model, Brokerage model and consumption model. In the operating system, it define the functions and data to control and handle the needed functionality for video content services based on the operational model.

Coastal Zone is a integrated space including both coastal waters and inland. C.Z.M is a strategic practice system which can integrate and coordinate the coastal zone for preserving and making use of coastal resources. Through foreign and domestic C.Z.M Cases, this study analyzes the operating mechanism in the three aspects: role sharing among the administrative agencies, mediation and cooperation among the interested parties, and inducements of voluntary participation. And it achieves the common characteristics of C.Z.M: building the assessment system for establishing desirable policy directions, the stable support system for sustainable coastal management, the mediation system for cooperation of stakeholder, and the education system for reinforcing the management ability and inducing the voluntary participation. Finally it suggests the implications to build the coastal zone management system properly on the basis of common values in this mechanism.

영산강 유역은 타수계에 비해 농경지 비율이 높으며, 영산강 하류에는 나주평야 등 논농사를 하고 있어 농업용수 위주의 물이용율이 높다. 또한 4대호(광주호, 장성호, 담양호, 나주호) 이외의 대규모 다목적댐이 없어 수자원 확보에 어려움이 있다. 섬진강 유역은 유역변경으로 대부분 타수계로 물 공급이 이루어져 하천유량 부족, 섬진강 하류 생태계 피해로 물문제가 지속되고 있다. 이러한 물문제를 해결하기 위해 물관리 일원화에 따른 물이용, 수량, 수질 등을 모두 고려한 효율적인 통합 물관리 방안이 제시되고 있다. 통합 물관리를 위해 유역 내 수자원 이용현황과 물 문제해결 등을 고려한 용도별 최적 물이용 계획 및 효율적인 물관리 운영방안이 중요시되고 있다. 이를 위해서는 지역의 여건 및 특수사항을 고려한 장래 물공급량 변화 및 과부족량에 대해 분석하는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본연구에서는 대상지역인 영산강·섬진강 유역 특성 및 물공급체계를 파악하고 이를 반영한 물수지 분석체계를 구축하여 유역 내 수자원 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 실제 물이용체계를 반영하고 용수계통에 따라 자기유역 내 또는 타수계에 대해 용도별 수요량에 따른 공급량, 부족량을 산정하여 그 적용성을 평가하고자 한다. 이를위해 1) 하천수는 유수와 저수로 구분하고 유수는 하천 취수시설의 실사용량을 유역단위 수요량으로 추정, 저수는 다목적댐은 계약량, 농업용저수지는 필요공급량을 개별시설의 수요량으로 설정하여 각각의 수원(저수/유수)에 대한 수요량 대비 공급량과 부족량을 분석하였다. 2) 댐과 저수지는 용수공급조정기준에 따라 공급량을 탄력적으로 적용하고 농업용저수지는 가뭄등급에 따라 하천유지용수를 고려하였다. 3) 주암본댐과 섬진강댐은 송정 수위관측지점의 유량 상황에 따라 환경대응용수를 고려하였다. 4) 주안본댐과 주암조절지댐의 연계 운영을 고려하였다. 물수지 분석 결과 검증을 위해 주요 지점의 관측유량과 물수지 분석을 통해 계산된 유량을 비교하여 적용성 분석을 진행한 결과 상관관계가 높게 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 영산강·섬진강 유역 내 효율적인 물관리 방안 수립에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

한국원자력연구소에서 발생되는 방사성폐기물은 다양한 형태, 다양한 핵종으로 구성되며 소량씩 불규칙한 시기에 발생하는 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 폐기물의 효율적인 관리와 처리를 위하여 체계적인 이력관리와 신속한 통계를 도출할 수 있는 데이터베이스 시스템 구축이 선행과제로 대두되었다. 이에 방사성폐기물 통합관리 시스템(Radioactive Waste Management Integration System ; RAWMIS)을 구축하였으며, 이 시스템은 방사성폐기물의 발생부터 수집, 이동, 처리, 저장 등 처분까지의 이력을 관리하고, 서류간소화 및 인적자원 절약 등의 관리효율성을 제고하여 구현되었다. 또한, 한국원자력안전기술원에서 추진하는 국가적 방사성폐기물 통합 안전관리 체계(Waste Comprehensive Information Database : WACID)와 연계를 할 수 있도록 연구개발의 착수 단계에서부터 공동으로 진행하였다. 본 논문에서는 구축된 시스템의 구현사항과 실제 방사성폐기물 관리에 활용하는 사항을 제시한다. 본 연구를 통하여 구축된 시스템은 방사성폐기물 발생기관의 관리와 처리에 있어서 투명성과 효율을 증가시키고, 정확하고 신속한 정보를 도출할 수 있으며, 방사성폐기물의 관리와 처리공정의 데이터를 확보하여 방사성폐기물 처리 분야 연구의 토대를 제공할 수 있다.

기업 업무활동의 글로벌화가 가속화 되어감에 따라 글로벌 요인을 반영한 통합 시스템의 구비가 절실하게 요구되고 있는 시점이다. 많은 기업들이 프로세스 경쟁력 강화를 위해 ERP 시스템을 구축해오고 있다. 기존의 ERP 시스템은 단위 사업장 중심의 프로세스 및 시스템 운영을 근간으로 하고 있기 때문에 글로벌 비즈니스 프로세스 및 시스템 운영에 대한 고려가 부족하다. 성공적인 글로벌 ERP의 통합을 위해서는 글로벌 표준화와 글로벌 IT 요건을 고려한 체계적인 구축방법론이 필요하다. 하지만 국내외를 막론하고 체계적으로 정리된 글로벌 ERP 구축 방법론은 제시가 부족한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 글로벌 비즈니스의 효율적인 실행을 위한 표준 설계, 글로벌 IT 요건을 고려한 ERP 구축, 글로벌 시스템운영을 위한 관리방안을 포괄한 통합적인 접근법으로 효과적인 글로벌 ERP 구축을 위한 가이드 라인을 제시하였다.

인터넷의 대중화와 함께 데이터 통신서비스에 대한 수요로 데이터 통신망은 그 양과 종류가 급격하게 증가하고 있어서 통신망 운용에 따른 망구성 및 고장처리 체계의 정립이 필요하게 되었다. 더더구나 앞서가는 통신업자들은 사이버상에서도 양질의 고객응대 서비스를 제공하려고 노력하고 있다. 현재 통신망연구소에서 개발중인 데이터 통신망 통합 고장처리시스템은 한국통신에서 제공하고 있는 데이터망들에 대한 고장신고를 접수하고, 고장에 대한 시험 및 수리를 수행하며, 그 결과를 고객에게 통보하는 전과정에 관련된 기술을 포함하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 통신망에 대한 고장시험, 가입자정보관리, 망상태관리에 관련된 시스템들과의 체계적인 연동을 통한 통합고장처리 방안, 시스템 개발 구조 등을 기술한다.

국제표준규격인 ISO 10303(STEP), ISO 13584(PLIB), ISO 15926을 연구하고 해외건설 플랜트의 기자재 데이터를 입수하여 전문가를 통한 분석, 분류 및 국제표준규격(ISO 15926 RDL) 기반과 비교하여 분류체계 구축 및 속성정보 정의 작업을 수행하였다. 통합 및 분리가 필요한 기자재 클래스에 대해서는 통합, 분리 작업을 수행하였고 적용 가능한 속성정보가 있을 경우는 클래스별로 확장 적용하였다. 이에, 5단계 레벨, 637개의 분류체계가 구성되었고 개방형 구조의 XML으로 플랜트 기자재 정보를 구축하여 계층구조 분류트리 표현 및 해당 기자재의 제품에 대한 상세 정보를 나타내었다. 또한, 제품정보를 통합검색, 카테고리검색, 상세검색, 논리검색 기능으로 검색, 확인할 수 있고 표준 및 제품, 업체, 시스템을 관리하는 기자재 정보 관리 시스템을 구현하였다.
