대용량 인사데이터를 통합적으로 처리하기 위한 인적자원관리시스템(Human Resource Manager System)이나 ERP 등이 기업의 IT 환경에 보편적으로 적용되며 활용되고 있다. 그러나 기본적으로 인적 자원(Human Resource)의 막대한 데이터의 정보로부터 기업의 여러 조직단위의 통합 정산관리를 기존 방식의 인사급여 정산시스템으로는 다중적이고 다양한 조건과 사용자가 요구하는 각종 기능성 및 제한적 규칙 등으로 요구되는 사항을 충족시키며 처리하기에는 근본적인 한계를 갖고 있다. 그러므로 정보 시스템 구축은 통합적인 적용부분과 그리고 단계적인 조건들의 다중 지원이 선행되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 복잡하고 다중적인 기준에 따른 조건들의 연관관계와 관련데이터를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있게 하는 방안으로 객체지향적 분석과 설계를 이용하여 세부기능들을 모듈화하였다. 또한 다양한 업무프로세스 변화에 유연하게 적용시킬 수 있는 방안을 구현하여, 사용자의 운영과 활용방안 측면으로 효율적인 구축 방안을 제시한다.

The globalization of business is making it more important than ever to understand how international human resource can be utilized more competitively. This study explores how the international human resource strategies between global integration and local responsiveness affects the company's competitive advantage. The findings for global integration strategy suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependent on the parent company's resources and the findings for local responsiveness suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependant on the host country's resources and institution. This study proposes competitive advantage by the global integration strategy and local responsiveness strategy. The effects of IHRM to create value for company's core competence was analyzed. Two IHRM strategic choices will affect the different competences such as integration and localization abilities. This paper also suggests the two kinds of core competences of IHRM strategies how impact on company's performance.

This study aims to suggest the ways of integrated services for Cultural Heritage Archives that belong to the Cultural Heritage Administration. To this end, the study analyzed the archives of major affiliated organizations of the Cultural Heritage Administration that manage and preserve Korean cultural assets. A cultural asset metadata based on the multiple entity model and applicable data link model standard was suggested for the integrated service of high-value-added cultural heritage information resources.

지금까지 컨테이너터미널을 계획하면서 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 소요자원의 규모나 생산성 등을 분석하려는 연구는 많이 진행되어왔다. 그렇지만 컨테이너터미널의 구성 요소에 대한 전제 조건이 부족한 경우에 도입 가능한 다양한 컨테이너 취급 시스템과 그에 관련된 배치안 및 운영 알고리즘의 조합으로 구성되는 모든 대안들을 시뮬레이션하여 비교 평가하기 위해서는 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 상세 분석이 필요한 대상을 선정하기 위해 개발 조건을 고려한 컨테이너터미널의 적정 처리능력, 대안별 시설 규모 및 위치 그리고 하역 장비의 종류 및 운영대수 등을 대략적으로 계획하고 시뮬레이션 분석과 운영정보가 이에 체계적으로 연결되어 효율적인 의사결정을 할 수 있게 정보와 흐름을 통합 관리하는 시스템을 설계하는 것이다. 통합관리시스템은 수행 역할에 따라 프로젝트 관리, 운영정보 관리, 능력계획, 배치계획 그리고 시뮬레이션의 모듈들로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 각 구성모듈의 기능과 모듈간의 입출력 정보를 정의하였고 시뮬레이션에서 필요한 주요 객체 및 제어 흐름을 설계하기 위해 개체지향방법론의 표준인 UML을 이용하였다.

최근 하드웨어와 컴퓨터 기술의 발전으로 인하여 전기통신망에서의 전송/교환 및 서비스 능력은 급속도로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 변화는 전송 및 교환기술에서 분명하게 나타나고 있다. 이러한 정보전달능력의 증가와 더불어 늘어나는 고객의 요구, 그리고 가속화되는 통신시장의 경쟁 등의 환경변화는 다양한 형태의 서비스를 단기간에 생성, 제공할 수 있으며 필요한 경우 최소한의 노력으로 기능의 추가 및 변경이 가능한 형태의 망관리 시스팀을 필요로 하게 되었다.이 경우 망관리 시스팀은 망 자원 관리기능 및 망 서비스 기능을 통합적으로 지원하는 형태를 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 위의 특성을 지닌 B-ISDN 통합 망관리 시스팀의 구조 및 기능에 관하여 기술한다. 먼저 목표 통합 망관리 시스팀의 구조를 명시하고 목표 시스팀으로의 진화를 지원하는 초기 단계 B-ISDN 관리 시스팀의 기능적 능력과 구조를 기술한다. 또한 이러한 구조에 근거한 ATM-Highway I의 구조를 설명한다. ATM-Highway I의 구조와 기능은 제안된 초기 망관리 시스팀구조에 근거하고 있으며, 목표 통합망관리 시스팀으로의 진화가 쉽게 이루어지도록 설계되어 있다.

클라우드 환경을 구성하는 자원을 능동적으로 사용 하기 위해서는 부하분산 정책이 필요하며 효율적으로 작업을 할당하고 공유할 수 있는 자원 관리 스케줄링이 필요하다. 또한 자원의 경제성을 유념하여 클라우드 서비스 제공자의 이익 창출과 자원 활용도의 개선을 실현해야하고 서비스 사용자의 만족도를 향상시켜야 한다. 본 논문에서는 계층형 부하분산 정책을 이용한 비용이익 기반 자원관리 스케줄링 모델(Cost-benefits Based Resource Management Scheduling Model using Hierarchical Load Balancing Policy)을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 계층형 부하분산 정책을 적용하여 자원을 통합, 관리함으로서 개선된 유지보수성을 제공하며, 서비스 제공자의 비용이익을 고려하여 각 자원들마다의 자원협상 메커니즘과 비용이익을 우선으로 하는 가격 결정 알고리즘을 제공하여 합리적인 자원 할당이 가능하다.

현재 국방부에서는 국방정보체계간의 상호운용성을 보장하기 위해 아키텍처 산출물을 쉽고 일관성 있게 개발할 수 있는 국방 아키텍처 프레임워크를 개발하고 있다. 따라서 개발된 아키텍처 산출물을 저장하여 재사용하고 국방 전반의 아키텍처 정보의 교환, 비교, 통합을 용이하게 하는 핵심아키텍처데이터모델의 개발이 필요하다. 핵심아키텍처데이터모델은 국방 아키텍처 프레임워크에서 도출된 데이터 요구사항을 통해 엔티티를 추출하고 관계를 정의하였으며 실사례를 통해 엔티티를 검증하였다. 이를 통해 전군의 아키텍처에 대한 공통의 데이터 모델을 제공하여 국방정보체계에 대한 통합적인 정보자원관리와 상호운용 및 통합을 향상시킬 수 있다.

For the next generation mobile communication system, diverse wireless network techniques such as beyond 3G LTE, WiMAX/WiBro, and next generation WLAN etc. are proceeding to the form integrated into the All-IP core network. According to this development, Beyond 3G integrated into heterogeneous wireless access technologies must support the vertical handover and network to be used of several radio networks. However, unified management of each network is demanded since it is individually serviced. Therefore, in order to solve this problem this study is introducing the theory of Common Radio Resource Management (CRRM) based on Generic Link Layer (GLL). This study designs the structure and functions to support the vertical handover and propose the vertical handover algorithm of which policy-based and MCDM are composed between LTE and WLAN systems using GLL and CRRM. Finally, simulation results are presented to show the improved performance over the data throughput, handover success rate and the system service cost.

Recently, the demand against the system risk analysis and security management from the enterprises or the agencies which operate a information system is increasing even from domestic. The international against the standardization trend of information protection management system it investigates from the dissertation which it sees. It analyzed and against information property information protection management system integrated it will be able to manage a danger modeling it did it proposed. Having analyzed as well as compared the matureness of security-measurement models in regard to the global standard of proposal system, the administrative presentation for various IT technology resources. which have been managed singly so far, is now well applied under the united control of the company itself, and enabled the automated management of authentication support and renewal for ISO 27001, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, resulting in much advanced operation for both material and human resources.

경영혁신을 하고자 하는 기업들은 모든 정보기술들을 전사적 입장에서 통합 관리하는 시스템의 도입을 필요로 하는데, ERP 시스템은 정보 기술 전략과 BPR을 통합할 수 있는 방법으로, 이것은 ERP 시스템이 업무 프로세스의 표준화라는 사상을 바탕으로 전사적인 관점에서 비즈니스의 모든 영역을 최적화할 수 있는 효율적인 해결책임을 의미한다. 기업 경영 활동에는 많은 정보의 흐름(Flow)과 활동(Activity)들이 있다. 이러한 정보의 흐름과 활동을 관리해야 하는데, 현재 나와 있는 많은 Business Application들 중 WFM(Work Flow Management)를 Embedding 하고 있거나 ABM(Activity Based Management)의 개념을 지원해주고 있는 Business Application은 없다. 기업이 기업의 모든 자원을 전사적으로 통합, 관리해 주는 정보시스템을 구축하기 위해 기업에 알맞은 ERP 시스템을 도입하여 ABM의 개념을 포함한 WFM를 해 줄 수 있는 정보시스템을 어떻게 구축해야 하는가 그 방법을 제시한다. 즉 기업의 경영성과를 측정할수 있는 정보 시스템의 구축 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 ERP 시스템과 WFM의 연계를 통해 WFM를 자동화할 것과 그 WFM에 ABM 개념을 도입하여 관리할 것을 제안하고 그러한 기업 정보시스템을 구축하기 위한 방법론과 모델 제시하고자 한다.
