This study targets on overall understanding about practitioners' experience at the community addiction management centers on intervening alcoholic-batterers. This research is a qualitative case study based on data that are collected from fifteen practitioners' interview experiences of both focus group and individual and data from supervising, advising, and workshop attending. As a result, the research shows that 'Overwhelmed to deal with alcoholic-batterers', 'Strengthening ability through pre-performances', 'Making an effort continuously to solve problems' and 'Unwillingness changes by intervening alcoholic-batterers' on upper categories of practitioners' experiences. Under alternative solutions and practical categories, it shows that 'Gaps between the needs and the reality' and 'Concrete needs to achieve competence'. To provide effective strategies, the study suggests practical and political implications that are reflected specific environments of the community addiction management centers.

Anger cause heart disease and domestic violence and recently there have been an increasing number of media reports of crimes committed because of their inability to control their anger. Anger has been reported to cause massive financial losses due to heart disease and domestic violence. Therefore, since anger raises serious social problems and social costs, it is necessary to take active intervention methods to alleviate inappropriate anger coping. A variety of methods such as cognitive and emotional approach, psycho-mechanical approach, psycho-educational approach, relaxation therapy, cognitive behavior-art therapy, and stress immunization are being explored and utilized for presenting effective anger-coping intervention alternatives. In this manner, information and communication technology is likely to be used as an effective means for this, and various researches are being conducted. The purpose of this study is to develop an anger coping service technology using ICT (Information & Communication Technology) technology as an effort to improve anger coping ability. In other words, the goal is to develop a technology that delays anger and evokes the surroundings by providing location-based services to recognize anger situations and facilitate anger. This research is about the technology which intervene directly the anger situation to resolve it using location information and introduce the base technology to realize it.

The article attempts to explore community change perceived by participants result from The Integrated Program for Infant and Young Children, a program operated by the Community Chest. The participants expressed and shared their experiences through photos and discussions using the Photo-voice method under the theme of 'community life, its meaning and change'. The main themes were 1. In the past, 'community life,' non-meaningful space; 2. Now, we have shared identity, 'You are not alone'; 3. Our village which is a new place in my life. The article also may suggest issues on both community intervention for early children development program and organization for fosterers as social capital. Additionally, photo-voice method enabled participants to find the way to restructure their community from non-place to place. There were three stages, the first was to reflect on their community, the second was to re-inhabit in the community, and the last was to restore the community.

컴퓨터 비젼 분야에서 이미지 세그멘테이션은 객체 분리, 객체 추적, 의학 영상처리 등 다양한 분야에서 사용된다. 이전의 이미지 세그멘테이션은 사람의 개입이 없이 정확한 객체를 분리하지 못한다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 인접한 슈퍼픽셀을 트리를 활용하여 개층적으로 슈퍼픽셀을 통합하는 새로운 세그멘테이션 방법을 소개한다. 제안한 알고리즘을 수행하기 위해 기존의 슈퍼 픽셀 알고리즘을 사용하여, 각 슈퍼픽셀의 센터를 노드로 설정하고 들로네 삼각화를 수행한다. 각각의 인접한 노드는 순차적으로 유사도 측정하여 슈퍼픽셀을 통합한다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안한 방법이 과분할 세그멘테이션을 제거하였으며 영상의 중요한 정보를 잘 보존하는 것을 확인하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the results of 133 studies related to patient compliance published between 1980 and 2001 and to assess the effectiveness of intervention on compliance by using meta-analysis. We collected the existing literatures by using web and manual search 'patient compliance', 'sick role behavior', 'major clinical disease', and 'intervention' as key words and by reviewing content of journals related to medicine, nursing and public health. The compliance interventions were classified by theoretical focus into educational, behavioral, and affective categories within which specific intervention strategies were further distinguished. The compliance indicators broadly represent five classes of compliance-related assessments: (1) health outcomes (eg, blood pressure and hospitalization), (2) direct indicators (eg, urine and blood tracers and weight change), (3) indirect indicators (eg, pill count and refill records), (4) subjective report (eg, patients' or others' reports), (5) utilization (appointment making and keeping, use of preventive services). Quantitative meta-analysis was performed by MetaKorea program which was developed for meta-analysis in Korea. Among the 133 articles, 10 studies were selected through the qualitative meta-analysis process, and then only 6 studies were selected for the quantitative meta-analysis finally. The interventions produced significant effects for all the compliance indicators with the magnitude of common effect size (4.1192) than the non-intervention group in a random effect model. The largest effects were each study for patient of hypertension using health outcome such as blood pressure (0.4679) and diabetes mellitus using direct indicator such as glucose level in blood and urine (0.7753). These results suggest that strategic interventions showed clear advantage for improvement of patient compliance compared with non-intervention group.

그리드 및 P2P 컴퓨팅 시스템과 같이 이종 시스템으로 연결된 환경을 관리하기 위해서 사용되는 미들웨어 및 운영체제의 복잡도의 증가로 인해 시스템 관리 비용이 증가하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템 관리 비용을 최소화할 수 있는 시스템 구조적 접근 방식을 채택한다. 이질 컴퓨팅 환경을 통합하기 위해 XML 기반 기술을 사용하여 사람의 개입을 최소화할 수 있는 방법에 대해 제안하며, 적용 사례를 통해 제안된 구조와 기법에 대한 검증을 수행한다.

본 연구는 고용서비스의 효과적 전달을 위한 실천방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 고용서비스는 고용능력 증진을 위한 것으로 고용능력 증진을 위해서는 개인요인, 개인환경요인, 외부환경요인에 대한 개입이 필요하다. 이중에서 건강, 양육 등 개인문제나 개인환경 증진을 위한 고용서비스가 강화될 필요가 있다. 또한 사례관리는 통합적고용서비스 전달을 위해 필요한 실천도구가 될 수 있고, 이를 위해서 고용지원센터는 사례관리에 대한 조직내 합의와 체계 마련이 선행되어야 할 것이다.

인간과 사물, 서비스 세 가지 분산된 환경 요소에 대해 인간의 명시적 개입 없이 상호 협력적으로 센싱, 네트워킹, 정보 처리 등 지능적 관계를 형성하는 사물 공간 연결망인 IoT(Internet of Things)에서 센싱된 정보를 처리하고 서비스하기 위한 환경을 적시적소에 배치(Depolyment) 하기 위하여 클라우드 서비스와의 연동방법에 대해 본 논문에서 연구하였다. Public Cloud환경에서 Hadoop Cluster를 구성하여 IoT 서비스에 적용할 수 있는 통합 환경을 구축하면 폭발적으로 증가하는 IoT 데이터를 저장하고 빠른 시간안에 이를 효과적으로 처리 및 분석하기 위한 시스템 구축이 가능하며 분산 저장소에 저장된 데이터를 분석하고 의미있는 지식을 발견하여 새로운 비즈니스 모델 창출에 기여할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 Public Cloud 환경에서 Hadoop Clouster를 구성하여 IoT에서 생성되는 데이터를 효과적으로 처리하고 분석할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다.

In this study, the effectiveness of integrated group program for battered women in the shelters carried out and the program's effectiveness concentrating on the depression is evaluated. The integrated group program was developed based on the National Family Violence Survey and other studies about battered women's characteristics. The major outcomes of the study are following. First, depression score of the test group(N=10) in comparison with the comparison group(N=18) decrease with statistical significance. Second, among the sub-symptoms of depression, the symptoms of affective, cognitive, and behavioral depression significantly decrease. These findings show that an integrated program is needed to improve battered women's mental health; it includes not only a mental health intervention but many other services such as family violence education, communication training, social support networking, economic independence improvement and child rearing.

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of core competency courses by scrutinizing H Corporation case. The primary data survey was taken from direct and indirect participants of H Corporation core competency courses. The findings from the study are as follow. Firstly, before-and-after average differences were significant in inspecting core competency courses. Secondly, participants' own expected core competency was comparatively lower than how observers evaluated the participants. Thirdly, Core competency courses directly and indirectly influenced on the business performance. Therefore, the conclusions of the study are firstly, core competency courses may work effectively for the goal of the company in changing employees' organizational behavior. Secondly, for the better result of the core competency courses, customized and integrated learning transfer model for the particular company should be designed from the beginning of the education.
