특수교육에 대한 기초적인 지식과 지도 방법의 이해 부족 및 특수아동의 학부모와의 상담여건이 조성되지 못하고 있는 실정에서 초등학교 통합학급 교사들은 일반학생들의 지도와 병행한 특수아동의 지도에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시 공간의 제약을 받지 않는 모바일 환경 속에서의 통합학급운영 시스템 설계를 하였다. 첫째, m-Learning환경에서 특수아동을 지도하는 통한학급교사에게 시간적, 공간적으로 효율적인 도움이 될 정보를 제공하는 폰페이지를 구성하였다. 둘째, 무선인터넷의 특징인 즉시성, 편재성, 보안성을 갖는 모바일환경의 폰페이지에 학부모와 특수아동에 대한 정보 교환 및 상담이 가능하게 하였다. 셋째, 아동을 통한 알림장 작성이 불가능한 특수아동을 위하여 폰페이지에 알림장을 만들고 학부모에게 학교에 관련된 정보와 학급 상황을 전달하도록 하였다. 넷째, 통합학급과 특수학급의 효율적인 운영을 위하여 지역별, 또는 교육청 단위의 특수교육지원센터의 SMS서비스를 강조하였다. 이러한 모바일통합학급운영시스템은 현장에서의 통합학급 교사들에게 특수교육에 대한 자신감과 특수아동의 학부모와의 체계적인 상담 기회를 제공하여 효율적인 통합학급을 운영하는데 많은 도움을 줄 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest an curriculum model of teaching scheme which performs team project learning based on Integrated project with different fields. To address this goal, the present study suggests a practical game project model under the same game-making circumstances as game industry by consisting of real case of convergence parts(game graphic, game design, game program). This project-based learning case has been conducting Integrated project education since 2008 in A educational Institute in Korea. The results of study suggest a standard of Integrated-based curriculum model and it is constructed with two parts. The first part is what students learned during project processing, such as responsibility, communication. The other part is how to construct the educational environment for integrated project. It explains how to organize and build teams, plan of integrated project, rule the role of team task, perform collaborative task, present interim/final presentation, evaluate grade. This study is expected to be utilized as a framework for the instructional design and the guideline for improving learner competency in team project learning.

This paper demonstrates that centralized economic load dispatch optimization is much more economical than independent optimization carried out by individual power generating companies. The algorithm applied here optimizes by balancing the generation power at the valve-point, then readjusting generation power by comparing incremental operating cost incurred by marginal increase in the generation power and decremental operating cost likewise incurred by marginal decrease in the generation power. Upon comparing 3 individual optimization cases of 10, 13, and 40 generators respectively with centralized optimization of 63 generators, centralized operation for economic load dispatch optimization has proven to maximize economic benefits by markedly reducing operation costs of individual optimization.

The goal of this research is to develop and apply the integrational operation method (IOM) for the modeling of the monthly pan evaporation (PE) and the alfalfa reference evapotranspiration ($ET_r$). Since the observed data of the alfalfa $ET_r$ using lysimeter have not been measured for a long time in Republic of Korea, Penman-Monteith (PM) method is used to estimate the observed alfalfa $ET_r$. The IOM consists of the application of the stochastic and neural networks models, respectively. The stochastic model is applied to generate the training dataset for the monthly PE and the alfalfa $ET_r$, and the neural networks models are applied to calculate the observed test dataset reasonably. Among the considered six training patterns, 1,000/PARMA(1,1)/GRNNM-GA training pattern can evaluate the suggested climatic variables very well and also construct the reliable data for the monthly PE and the alfalfa $ET_r$. Uncertainty analysis is used to eliminate the climatic variables of input nodes from 1,000/PARMA(1,1)/GRNNM-GA training pattern. The sensitive and insensitive climatic variables are chosen from the uncertainty analysis of the input nodes. Finally, it can be to model the monthly PE and the alfalfa $ET_r$ simultaneously with the least cost and endeavor using the IOM.

보안관제시스템이 사이버 공격 현황을 보다 한눈에 알 수 있도록 시각적이고 입체적으로 바뀌고 있다. 네트워크 이상트래픽과 보안이벤트를 단순 텍스트나 표, 그래프를 넘어 3차원 영상 화면에서 직관적으로 분석하고 공격 상황을 볼 수 있는 기술이 보안관제시스템에 속속 결합되고 있어 주목된다. 본 연구는 기존 보안시스템 화상의 저장방법, 화상의 감시, 녹화된 화상의 검색 시 불안정성, 운영방법, 설치 방법 등을 혁신적으로 보완한 NETWORK CAMERA 은 RTOS, 카메라, 영상압축기, LAN제어기 등을 하나로 통합한 Embedded System으로 구성되어 운영자뿐만 아니라 누구든지 손쉽게 운영할 수 있도록 초점을 맞추어 인터넷 웹 환경에서 제공토록 개발되어 운영의 효율성을 높인 차세대 보안시스템을 구축하고자 합니다.

자기 기업에 필요한 데이터를 통합된 데이터베이스 체계로 일관되게 관리하고 활용하기 위해서는 무엇보다도 전사차원에서 데이터베이스를 기획, 구축, 운영할 수 있는 통합된 데이터체계와 방법론이 필요하다. 이러한 데이터체계의 작정은 자신이 필요로 하는 데이터는 무엇이며, 그것이 어디에 활용되는지를 먼저 정의함으로써 가능하다.

E-business automates overall activities in a company and allows distributed systems to communicate their information. The automation and information sharing improves its productivity and responsiveness. B2B workflow systems progress their business processes electronically and help the companies to monitor their execution and administrate the processes. This research analyzes the technologies and standards for B2B workflow integration, and proposes three approaches to implement effectively workflow integration. We analyze several existing workflow standards and business process definition languages, and compare their structures and features. And we examine the messaging technologies and architectures to implement business integration. Finally we extract a reference model for B2B workflow integration, and propose three types of workflow integration and implementation designs. This research helps companies to understand the workflow standards and the messaging technologies for B2B workflow integration, and to implement workflow integration systems that are suitable for their e-business environments.

지금까지 컨테이너터미널을 계획하면서 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 소요자원의 규모나 생산성 등을 분석하려는 연구는 많이 진행되어왔다. 그렇지만 컨테이너터미널의 구성 요소에 대한 전제 조건이 부족한 경우에 도입 가능한 다양한 컨테이너 취급 시스템과 그에 관련된 배치안 및 운영 알고리즘의 조합으로 구성되는 모든 대안들을 시뮬레이션하여 비교 평가하기 위해서는 많은 비용과 시간이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 상세 분석이 필요한 대상을 선정하기 위해 개발 조건을 고려한 컨테이너터미널의 적정 처리능력, 대안별 시설 규모 및 위치 그리고 하역 장비의 종류 및 운영대수 등을 대략적으로 계획하고 시뮬레이션 분석과 운영정보가 이에 체계적으로 연결되어 효율적인 의사결정을 할 수 있게 정보와 흐름을 통합 관리하는 시스템을 설계하는 것이다. 통합관리시스템은 수행 역할에 따라 프로젝트 관리, 운영정보 관리, 능력계획, 배치계획 그리고 시뮬레이션의 모듈들로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 각 구성모듈의 기능과 모듈간의 입출력 정보를 정의하였고 시뮬레이션에서 필요한 주요 객체 및 제어 흐름을 설계하기 위해 개체지향방법론의 표준인 UML을 이용하였다.

전력망 운영관리의 광역화, 신재생에너지의 확산, 양방향 통신에 의한 소비자의 참여에 따른 전력시스템 운영 환경의 변화에 따라 전체 전력시스템 차원의 최적 운영을 위한 발전, 송배전 및 소비자 부문간 어플리케이션들의 통합이 요구되고 있다. 전력시스템 공통정보모델은 전력시스템 전반 특히 운영에 관계된 주요한 대상을 정보관점으로 추상화한 모델이다. 전력계통 구성요소를 객체 클래스와 속성 그리고 그들 간의 관계로서 나타내는 표준화된 방법을 제공함으로써 다양한 벤더들에 의해 독립적으로 만들어진 어플리케이션의 통합이나 부문간 시스템 통합을 용이하게 한다. 본 논문은 전력시스템 어플리케이션 통합을 위한 전력시스템 공통정보모델 설계에 대하여 기술한다.

갈수록 심각해져가는 보안위협 속에 많은 기관들은 다양한 정보보호시스템을 구축하고, 이를 통합하는 통합보안관리시스템을 운영하고 있다. 이러한 통합보안관리시스템은 이기종간 보안로그를 상호연관분석 할 수 있는 기능을 다양한 방법을 통해 제공하고 있다. 이러한 다양한 상호연관분석 방법 중 다단계 상호연관분석 방법을 이용한 통합보안관리시스템에서 내부자원이 악성코드에 악용되는 걸 사전에 탐지할 수 있는 상호연관분석 정책을 제안한다.
