Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.

Modem society is an information society. This study analyzed the present state of marine information system and the analytical framework showing the study about if it is possible to construct marine information network and marine information system service. The results of this study is as follow: First, developing and complete stage, marine informations organization must be constructed. Second, the marine information policy in future must be able to unify all the areas. Third, the marine information system in future must be able to unify all the information systems. fourth, marine information systems must consist of marine-travel area, fisheries area, marine industry area, port area.

A semiconductor production system has sophisticated manufacturing operations and needs high capital investment for its expensive equipment, which warrants efficient real-time flow control for wafers. In the bay, we consider material handling equipment that can handle multiple carriers of wafers. The dispatching logic first determines the transportation time of each carrier to its destination by each unit of transportation equipment and uses this information to determine the destination machine and target carrier. When there is no available buffer space at the machine tool, the logic allows carriers to stay at the buffer of a machine tool and determine the delay time, which is used to determine the destination of carriers in URL. A simulation study shows this dispatching logic performs better than the procedure currently in use to reduce the mean flow time and average WIP of wafers and increase efficiency of material handling equipment.

개인이 기업을 창업한 후 건전한 경영관과 경영이념에 입각하여 지속적인 성장.발전을 이룩하기란 결코 쉬운일이 아니다. 특히 기업의 내부환경과 외부환경은 정확한 예측이 불가능하므로 이를 극복하면서 기회로 인식하기에는 기업들의 자생력이 매우 미약한 실정이다. 최근 고임금, 고물가, 고금리, 고물류비의 4고는 기업을 더욱 어려운 상황으로 이끌고 있다. 그러나 현재 우리나라의 기업이 처해 있는 여건이 불안하다고 하지만 매년 새로운 기업이 창업하여 지역경제 및 국민경제에 일익을 담당하고 있음은 주지의 사실이다. 정부에서도 국내기업의 경쟁력.생산력 약화의 현상을 직시하면서, 일연의 기업의 활성화 방안 및 창업기업(벤처기업 포함)에 대한 범정부적인 지원을 위해 1997년 8월 개통을 목표로 현재 종합기업서비스지원(Inno-NET)시스템 구축을 준비중에 있어, 향후 창업을 희망하는 사람들은 자기가 계획한 사업과 관련된 자료나 정보를 쉽게 수집할 수 있게 되었으며, 과연 어디에서부터 시작을 해야 되는지? 하는 과제를 해결할 수 있게 되었다. 물론 그동안 전혀 창업희망자에게 창업관련 자료나 정보를 제공하는 기관이나 단체가 없었던 것은 아니나 다만, 이를 통합, 일원화하겠다는 것이다.

최근 기업활동의 자재구매, 제조, 보관 및 운송, 유통/판매까지 포함한 공급체인 전체에 대해 통합관리가 중요한 비스를 받고 싶어한다. 이에 따라 오늘날의 대부분의 기업들은 고도의 기술을 요하는 정보시스템의 도입과, POS, Data Mining 등과 같은 기술들을 이용하고 고객의 요구 사항들을 적시, 적소에서 파악하여 고객이 요구하는 상품과 서비스를 공급하기 위하여 최선과을 정리하고 주요 SCM solution에서 제공하는 기능 및 사용된 방법론을 분석하여, 이를 바탕으로 주문 접수 시 주문물량의 가능납기를 산정하기 위한 입력데이터, 고려요소, 연산절차 등을 포함한 ATI(Available to Promise) 모델을 제제로 부각되고 있다. 현대의 고객들은 제품이나 납기, 품질과 같은 부문에서 높은 서의 노력을 다하고 있다. 최초의 공급자로부터 소비자까지 상품이 전달되는 과정 중에서 재고와 물류비용은 모든 비용의 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이에 대한 비용을 줄이려고 하는 것이 공급체인관리(SCM)의 기본적인 목적이라 하겠다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공급체인관리(SCM)에 대한 개념과 배경, 필요성 등시한다.

The focus of this study is to represent a methodology of analysis for integrated logistic system by means of the Evolution Strategies and Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA). The integrated logistic system is composed of AS/RS (Automated Storages and Retrieval System), AGVs(Automated Guided Vehicle System) and Conveyor System. We design the simulation alternatives with choosing the qualitative critical factors for the each subsystem. Evolution Strategies is used to optimize the quantitative critical factors and responses of each alternative. DEA is applied to measure the efficiency of the alternatives in order to select the optimal operation efficiency scheme. The method of analysis which combines Evolution Strategies with DEA can be used to analyze the qualitative and quantitative critical factors in the integrated logistic systems.

This paper presents an aspect-oriented approach to simulation design and analysis in system design phase for integrated logistics system simulation. The integrated logistics system composed of AS/RS (Automated Storages and Retrieval System), AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicle System), STVs (Sorting Transfer Vehicle System) and Conveyor System is designed by using the aspect-oriented approach and UML (Unified Modeling Language). The multi-factorial design of experiments and regression analysis are used for design parameters of the system and Evolution Strategies is used to verify each parameter. Aspect-oriented approach for the integrated logistics system simulation shows the advantages of code reusability, extendible, modulation, easy improvement and a better design technique.

ICT 기술이 발전함에 따라 다양한 분야에서 사물 인터넷을 활용한 서비스들이 구현되고 있다. 그중에서 비콘을 이용한 위치기반서비스(Location-Based Service)는 산업분야에서 활용성이 높다. 스마트 팩토리에서 비콘을 제품이나 박스에 부착하여 통합 물류관리를 시스템을 구축하고, 병원에서는 환자의 상태 혹은 위치를 모니터링하기 위해 비콘을 활용한다. 위치기반서비스를 구현하기에 있어 비콘의 위치를 파악하는 기술이 선행되어야 하고 본 논문에서는 신경망 학습(Neural Network)을 활용하여 RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication) 기반 비콘의 위치를 추론하는 기법에 대해서 연구한다. 신경망 학습결과 94.89%의 위치 정밀도를 보였다.

The purpose of this paper is developing a PML server which is capable of saving and managing effectively the information of vehicles using RFID technology in the logistical and distributive environment. The PML server logs and manages the real-time static and dynamic information about the vehicles in EPC code format which is represented by XML schema and transmitted by the RFID reader to the server. It receives information from SAVANT the RFID middleware and transmits the data to the traffic information management application The main system we developed consists of the EPC data registry, query processor, data converter, vehicle product and instance data storage, system management tool and application API parts.

본 논문은 ATMS와 ATIS에서 요구되는 교통관리 및 정보제공의 효과분석을 위해, 운전자의 주행 및 경로선택 의사결정과 교통제어에 대한 반응등 운전자 행태를 모의실험에 반영함으로써 교통시스템의 실시간 특성을 모사할 수 있는 모형을 구축하고 이를 기반으로 하는 미시적 교통 모의실험기를 개발하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 운전자, 차량, 교통망, 검지 및 신호시스템, 교통정보제공시스템 등을 교통시스템의 주요 구성요소로 설정하였으며 운전자 및 차량특성, 차두시간분포와 차량발생모형, 차량주행모형, 차로변경 및 간격수락모형, 경로선택모형을 주모의실험모형을 구성하는 부모형으로 결정하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 부모형들에 대한 최근의 연구결과들을 검토하고, 현실모사 능력과 함께 다른 부모형들과의 연계, 모의실험기의 구현상에서의 적합성 등을 고려하여 적정모형의 선정 및 수정, 새로운 부모형의 구축을 수행하였다. 구축된 부모형을 통합하여 교통모의실험기를 개발하였으며 구축된 모형의 타당성 및 적용성 검토를 위해 현장자료 및 가상자료를 이용한 검증을 수행하였다. 검증결과 모형의 목적인 교통제어 및 정보제공등의 시스템 대안의 평가에 이용 가능한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 본 논문의 연구결과는 교통제어 및 정보제공전략 대안의 평가뿐만 아니라 차량추종 및 차로변경 등의 미시적 교통모형 연구, 동적기종점 통행량 추정, 동적통행배정의 연구에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 논문의 연구모형은 현단계에서는 현실의 모사 및 분석을 위한 도구보다는 새로운 대안들간의 비교평가를 위한 도구로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 이에 따라 현실모사의 정확도를 확보하기 위한 검증 및 개선이 필요할 것이며, 각 부모형들에 대한 계속적인 연구와 새롭게 발표되는 연구결과를 수용한 지속적인 개발이 필요할 것이다.유기적인 연계에 있음을 밝히고 있다. 건설을 위한 정책적 시사점과 동북아 연구개발정보 Portal 및 APEC APGrid 연구망 등의 구체적인 정보인프라 구축방안을 도출하였다.술 주기를 도출하고, 산업 내 평균 권리 청구 항목 수를 이용하여 각 산업의 기술 범위를 비교하였다. 각각의 동적 분석을 통해 시간에 따른 변화 양상이 관찰하였고, ANOVA 분석을 이용하여 통계적 유의성을 검증하였다. 본 연구는 현재의 기술 패러다임 내에서 Pavitt이 제시한 산업 분류의 근거를 보충 설명하였고 특허 정보를 이용하여 기술혁신의 산업별 유형에 대한 폭넓은 분석방법을 제시하였다.별 시간대별 효과분석을 통하여 정책의 시행여부가 결정되어야 할 것이다. 한편, 화물전용차선의 설치로 인한 물류비용의 절감을 보다 효과적으로 달성하기 위해서는 종합류류 전산망의 시급한 구축과 함께 화물차의 적재율을 높이고 공차율을 낮출 수 있는 운송체계의 수립이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 그라나 이러한 화물전용차선의 효과는 단기적인 치유책일 수밖에 없기 때문에 물류유통 시설의 확충을 위한 사회간접자본의 구축을 서둘러 시행하여야 할 것이다.으로 처리한 Machine oil, Phenthoate EC 및 Trichlorfon WP는 비교적 약효가 낮았다.>$^{\circ}$E/$\leq$30$^{\circ}$NW 단열군이 연구지역 내에서 지하수 유동성이 가장 높은 단열군으로 추정된다. 이러한 사실은 3개 시추공을 대상으로 실시한 시추공 내 물리검층과 정압주입시험에서도 확인된다..
