정보 시각화 기술은 기존 정보검색 기술에 시각화 기술을 통합하여 방대한 인터넷 정보에 대한 이해도를 높임으로써 정보 검색 시 요구되는 시간과 노력을 줄여주며, 검색된 결과 목록이나 결과에 대한 통계치를 시각적으로 보여줌으로써, 검색과정 중에 원하는 정보에 관련된 동향을 파악하는 데 유용하다. 최근 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화에 대한 관심이 증가하면서 여러 시각화 기술과 검색 기술의 접목에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 검색시스템에서의 정보 시각화 최근 연구동향 및 전망에 대해서 알아본다.

德裕山은 小白山脈 中間에 位置하는 深谷 名勝地이며 德裕山(九千洞)의 位置가 全羅北道, 忠淸北道, 慶尙南北道 四道의 道界를 이루고 있어 地理學上으로나 動物分布學上 興味가 있는 곳이다. 그런데 아직것 德裕山 所産 動物은 學術的으로 發表된 것이 적어 著者는 1955年 3月부터 1973年 8月까지 계속 조사정리하여 보니 다음과 같았다. 어류 2目 6科 21種, 양서류 2目 5科 9種, 파충류 2目 4科 13種, 조류 14目 34科 114種, 포유류 6目 13科 28種이다. 표본은 成均館大學校 生物學科, 國立科學館, 그리고 著者가 所藏하고 있다.

An INS is a composite navigation system providing "added value" so defined if work stations provide Multi-Function Displays(MFDs) integrating information and functions for navigational tasks. Even though the minimum requirements for an INS are defined by IMO performance standards, a generic list of the devices and functions that constitute an INS does not exist, so the configuration of the INS is different for each manufacturer, and guidelines based on users' perspectives are also insufficient. This study was conducted to enhance the usability of the INS by analyzing the information required by users according to the ship's operating status and tasks and effectively structuring it in the MFD of the INS. By analyzing INS-related international standards and manufacturers' component equipment lists, mandatory navigation information was selected and card sorting tests were conducted on ship operators with experience in using MFDs to group the information required for each INS task. The results of the study can serve as a basic guideline for manufacturers to structure information based on users' experience when designing products.

신발산업은 아직 표준화 되지 못한 부분이 많으며 현재 생산, 자재, 인사, 수/발주, 재고관리 등에 있어 각 회사마다 서로 다른 업무양식을 사용하고 있다. 그리고 동종 업계간에도 자료가 호환되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 갑피생산을 위한 목록 표준화를 지원하는 시스템을 구현하였으며 특히 자재, 생산, 재고 관리를 웹 상에서도 유용하게 사용할 수 있는 생산관리 시스템을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 ASP 기반의 신발 갑피 생산 웹솔루션으로서 거래처, 자재, 재고, 발주, 생산관리까지 일관된 관리체계를 지원해 통합정보인프라를 제공한다. 아울러 웹 기반으로 구축할 수 있도록 분산처리 구조를 가지며, 통합데이터베이스 기능을 사용하여 한번 입력된 데이터는 원하는 곳에서 반복 활용 가능 하도록 이루어져 있는 시스템으로 신발 갑피 생산 시스템에 효율성과 경쟁력을 극대화 시키는 시스템 이다.

본 연구에서 구축하고자 하는 통합OPAC은 특정 주제의 문헌정보원, 전문가정보원, 통계정보원을 제시해 주는 참고봉사 전문가 시스템, 온라인 열람목록(OPAC), 이용 안내, 외부데이타베이스의 검색 모듈이 결합된 시스템이다. 지식베이스는 문헌정보원 지식베이스, 전문가정보원 지식베이스, 통계정보원 지식베이스로 구성된다. 지시베이스의 추론방법은 전진추론(forword chining) 방식을 채택하였다. 시스템의 구현 환경은 먼저 하드웨어는 IBM 호완기종의 개인용 컴퓨터들(IBM386-DX33이상)을 사용하고 시스템 개발도구로는 전문가시스템과 하이퍼텍스트가 결합된 쉘(shell)인 KPWin++를 이용하였고 문헌정보원, 전문가정보원, 통계정보원에서의 키워드추출 등 정보처리 작업은 터보C를 사용하였다.

The DoD of United State, the MoD of United Kingdom and NATO have developed and implemented not only the concepts of joint capability but also management system for the joint capability to respond the future uncertain operations effectively. The resources of the DoD in United State have been efficiently planning, programming, budgeting, execution and evaluation using the PPBEE system which developed based on the concept of joint capability. The joint capability of the DoD has been managing through the JCAMS (Joint Capability Area Management System) which constructed based on JCA, UJTL and so on. Recently the MND of Korea eager to try introducing concept of the JCMS and developing the JCMS like the JCAMS of DoD for the future joint operation in the uncertain environment. We propose the holistic mechanism to develop the JCMS (Joint Capability Management System) of MND which can implement during the constructing the JCMS of Korea efficiently and effectively.

This study is to find new methods in describing material type as content type and carrier type for the improvement of OPAC retrieval and the embodiment of work and expression of FRBR. It is hard to describe type vocabulary in cataloging because division of content and carrier taxonomy in KCR4 and KORMARC is not distinct. This study is to review the characteristics of material type list in RDA and ISBD(2010), and to examine the various type vocabulary and description methods of videorecording, soundrecording, and cartographic by retrieving KERIS DB. As a result, there is no consistency in applying type vocabulary between KCR4 and KORMARC. Also, libraries use the mix of content and carrier or detailed carrier vocabulary for local use. Therefore, it is need to define the function of GMD as content type, to expand and correct content and carrier vocabulary, and to express both content and carrier type in citation and detailed display. This study will contribute to embody the expression of FRBR.

The construction information classification which developed for the purpose of adapting informatization in construction industry suggests construction information with standardization. Currently, standardization of construction information is highly necessary for BIM that is main background of alteration as construction industry informatization. The authors suggest improvement of construction information classification. Particularly, extension contents for each facets are suggested to contain BIM. In case of applying extended classification to BIM, interoperability of information will be enhanced and it is effective to integrate information in phase of using BIM.

This study aims to construct faceted navigation useful for domestic users through analyzing English and North American public libraries' faceted navigations. The 19 domestic libraries and the 12 foreign libraries has been chosen for analyzing their unique facets. Although the domestic libraries' facets had no differences to the domestic universities' facets, the North American libraries have their unique facets. Those facets are target audience, genre, library list, user tags, and availability related facets and the facets are mainly to improve user's usability in using library catalog. Adopting the facets in domestic public libraries by using Fixed-Length data elements of KORMARC, domestic public libraries will enhance usability of library users in retrieving library materials.

This study explores the importance of OSI standards in library environment and specifically of Z39.50/SR information retrival protocols and ILL protocol. Libraries and other information systems need to implement these ap lication protocols in order to facilitate the sharing of library information resources through information networks. The foreign systems which have implemented the standard protocols are reviewed in this paper, and it is suggested that search results of OPACs and other bibliographic databases be directly used for electronic document request for fast document delivery, first by implementing Z39.50 OPACs and standard interlibrary loan systems and next by integrating the two systems in Korean electronic libraries.
