This study intended to show the way of evolving 'National Geographic Information Clearinghouse' to 'National Integrated Geospatial Portal'. For this purpose we have analyzed Geospatial One-Stop Portal in the US and then suggested future model of National Geographic Information Clearinghouse. The Integrated Geospatial Portal model is based on the Reference Model for Open Distributed Processing(RM-ODP) which is an international model for information distribution and sharing. The Integrated Geospatial Portal architecture consists of the data layer, middle-ware, presentation layer. It will help users to determine their fitness for nation wide GIS application and provide tools for accessing, visualizing, or ordering various geospatial data.

인터넷상의 정보가 빠르게 변화함에 따라 정보의 최신성을 유지하며 웹 상의 정보를 통합하기 위한 실시간 웹 통합 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 하지만 대부분이 실시간 추출에 소요되는 시간이 너무 긴 단점을 가진다. 본 논문에서는 추출시간을 줄이기 위해 입력 질의를 분리하여 사용자와 상호작용하며 단계적으로 웹 통합을 수행하는 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해 기존 방식과 응답시간을 비교하여 유용성을 확인하였다.

네트워크 상에서 송수신되는 데이터를 외부의 침입으로부터 보호하는 것은 매우 중요하며, 그 중 데이터의 무결성을 검증하고 보장하기 위한 방법으로 SSL(Secure Socket Layer)을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 클라이언트와 서버간에 송수신되는 데이터의 무결성이 위배되었을 경우 그 정보를 검증 및 관리할 수 있도록 OpenSSL을 이용한 무결성 위배 데이터 검증 및 관리 시스템을 구성하고, 검증된 데이터를 IDS(Intrusion Detection System)로 전송하여 침입 탐지 정보와 무결성 검증 정보를 통합적으로 관리할 수 있는 IDS 통합 시스템을 제안 및 설계하였다.

1차부터 3차에 이르는 국가지리정보체계 사업을 추진해 오는 동안 가장 큰 결과물 중의 하나가 정부 부처들이 각기 구축한 산림, 지적, 토지이용 등과 같은 공간정보 데이터베이스들이다. 이들 데이터베이스의 공유를 통해 자원효율성을 높이기 위해서는 연계 통합 방안이 필요하다. 본 연구는 데이터베이스의 물리적 통합(강결합 방식)이 아니라, 약결합방식에 의한 데이터베이스 연계시스템을 통해 통합서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 소개한다. 이 시스템은 데이터베이스 연계 중요성이 증가하는 시점에서 다양한 요구에 대응하는 데이터를 생성 관리함으로서 정보의 재사용성을 증가시키고, 정보의 최신성을 유지시킨다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

As applications of GIS technology have grown in local governments, the wider and integrated use of spatial information is demanded more than before. Particularly because 70-80% of administrative information in local governments are related spatial, it becomes a key issue to connect and integrate non-spatial information with spatial information for more advanced use of GIS applications in local governments. The purpose of this study is to establish an advanced Implementation model by analyzing obstacles in existing GIS applications and suggesting implementation strategies. The strategy, as an important part of the model, includes efficient information sharing, establishment of commonly usable GIS Database, architectural improvement for Enterprise GIS in terms of database and system implementation, standardization far the model, and establishment of spatial infrastructure in the local governments. The study concludes that administrative collaboration in a horizontal and vertical perspective has a highest priority for the implementation of the model.

A number of companies are considering for merger and acquisition (M&A) as one of business strategies for their growth and survival. However, many of them do not create the synergy they had sought, and failed M&A, often result in negative outcomes in terms of productivity, market share, profitability and turnover of qualified employees. There have been numerous research studies conducted to analyze the factors that determine the success and failure of M&A, and it has been found that with the increasing dependence of many companies on information systems, post-M&A IS (information systems) integration success has a critical effect on the success of M&A. However, there have been very few studies on post-M&A IS integration success, and most have been restricted to integration of IS organizations or physical information systems. In order to conduct a comprehensive research on the factors that affect the success of post-M&A IS integration, this study surveyed preceding researches on not only information systems but also strategic management, economics, finance, HRM (human resource management) and organization management. Based on the findings, a comprehensive and integrated model of the influential factors on post-M&A IS integration has been proposed. The proposed model categorizes the factors into perspectives of M&A, strategy, organization, HRM and IS, and provides an empirical evaluation of each factor on the success of IS integration based on comparative case studies.

정부 부처에 산재돼 있는 하도급거래정보를 하나로 묶는 불공정하도급거래통합감시망이 구축될 예정이다. 공정거래위원회는 최근 정부 부처에 산재돼 있는 하도급거래정보를 하나로 묶는 '불공정하도급거래통합정보시스템'을 올 11월까지 구축하기로 하고 사업에 착수했다고 밝혔다. 공정위에 따르면 하도급 서면실태조사결과가 누적돼 매년 수만개 업체의 하도급 자료가 축적되고 하도급법 적용 범위가 서비스업종까지 확대돼 적용대상 사업자수가 대폭 늘었지만, 현재의 정보시스템으로는 불공정하도급거래를 체계적으로 감시하는데 한계가 있고, 법위반 혐의를 포착해 조사에 활용하는 사전대응 기능이 미흡하기 때문에 불공정하도급거래 통합 감시망을 구축하게 된 것이다. 불공정하도급거래통합정보시스템이 구축되면 불공정하도급 발생 위험 정보를 신속하게 전파할 수 있고 경보발령 체계 확보로 조기 확산방지 능력을 갖추게 되며 특히 업종, 업체, 법 위반 유형에 따라 체계적인 정보 관리 및 분석이 가능하고 업체에 대한 사건처리의 진행상태도 파악할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대되고 있다.

본 논문에서는 생활정보 통합기능을 제공하는 서비스가 제공되지 않아 두 개 이상의 생활정보 시스템을 사용하는데 불편한 문제점이 있다. 또한 출근시간을 효율적으로 단축하기 위해 생활정보제공 통합시스템의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 GPS와 API에 대해 분석하고, 생활정보통합기능을 제공하여 편의성을 높이고 출근시간을 효율적으로 활용하기 위해 GPS와 구글 지도 API를 이용하여 생활정보제공 통합시스템을 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 u-City 감리를 위한 정보시스템감리와 정보통신공사감리의 통합된 감리점검프레임워크를 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 먼저 u-City 감리점검프레임워크의 요구사항을 정리하였으며, 기존의 정보시스템 감리점검 프레임워크와 정보통신감리 프레임워크를 간략히 소개한 후, u-City 감리를 위한 정보시스템감리와 정보통신공사감리의 통합된 감리점검 프레임워크를 제시하였다.

근대화시대에는 사람의 장거리 이동이 가능해지고 여러 병원에서 진료를 받을 수 있게 됨에 따라, 병원 간에 개인의료정보의 공유 및 교환이 요구되고 있다. 현재 병원들은 서로 다른 의료정보시스템을 사용하여 의료정보를 관리한다. 이에 환자가 병원을 바꿀 시에 해당 환자의 의료정보를 문서로 보내거나 의료정보를 1:1 방식으로 직접 전송해야 한다. 동일하지 않은 의료정보시스템의 경우에는 의료정보형식이 달라서 의료정보를 직접 변환하는 과정도 포함하여 의료정보를 전송해야 한다. 이처럼 기존 비표준 의료정보시스템과 표준 의료정보시스템들은 의료정보 구조가 동일하지 않다. 즉, 시스템 상호간의 원활한 정보 교환의 필요성과 환자의 타 병원으로의 이송, 원격진료 서비스, 기타 의료정보 공유에 대한 필요성이 증가함에 따라 의료정보통합관리시스템의 개발과 인터넷을 통한 통합검색 및 교환을 위한 적절한 대안이 요구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 방식의 의료정보시스템 간의 의료정보 교환 및 통합을 위해 XML을 활용한 의료정보 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다.
