  • 본 논문은 현재 교통사고로 인한 피해가 심각한 상황에서 기존 교통사고 원인분석을 위한 많은 양의 자료를 효과적으로 처리할 수 있는 WebGIS 기반 교통사고 정보관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 더불어 교통정보를 어떻게 구성하고 어떤 방법으로 전달할 것인가에 대한 방안을 제시하고, 교통사고 정보에 대한 비공간적인 속성뿐만 아니라 도형자료와 기본적인 수치지도 등을 통합 관리할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 교통사고 자료가 일반인들에게 제공되기 위한 준비 기간이 길었던 종래 방식에 비해 데이터 입력이 완료되는 즉시 인터넷을 통해 해당 지역의 교통사고 정보를 제공하는 실시간 교통사고 현황 정보제공 기능을 구현하였다. 이전의 단순한 집계에 의한 비공간적인 데이터를 사용한 교통사고 분석보다는 교통사고의 자세한 내용 및 통계자료와 함께 사고위치를 시각적으로 도시하여 가시적으로 주변 환경을 파악할 수 있는 기능을 제공하였으며 사고 담당 경찰관과 직접 연계할 수 있는 인터페이스를 제공하였다.

  • 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼에 대한 표준운영절차서(SOP) 개발은 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼의 안정적인 운영과 효율성 강화를 위해 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 VTS 매뉴얼과 이미 설치되어 안정적으로 운영되고 있는 타 안전 클라우드 서비스 분야의 사례를 조사·분석하였으며, 클라우드 VTS 통합플랫폼 운영을 위한 SOP의 필수요소들과 주요 항목들을 도출하였다. 또한 30년 이상 경력의 VTS 관제사, 시스템 개발 전문가들의 평가를 통해 클라우드 VTS 표준운영절차서를 연구 개발하였다. 이를 통해, 향후 도입될 클라우드 기반 차세대 VTS 통합플랫폼의 관리자 및 운영자들이 일관성 있는 업무를 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Research on Forecasting Change and Service Direction for the Future Mobility System (미래 모빌리티 체계 변화 예측 및 서비스 방향 연구)

  • The manufacturing-oriented mobility system is being reorganized around the future mobility system represented by electrification, sharing, and autonomy, driven by the social demand for sustainable development. Changes in future mobility systems are expected to accelerate thanks to advances in IT technology. To this end, this study conducted an expert survey (N=23) to predict the direction of changes in the future mobility system. Through the survey, 'mobility sharing' was selected as a key factor in the future mobility system among four future mobility. In addition, 'safety' was selected as the most important service factors in future mobility system among eight future mobility service factors. We hope that the results of this study will be used as basic information to design policies and service directions of preparation for the future mobility system.

A Study on Level of Service of Pedestrian Facility in Transfer Stations at Urban Railroad (도시철도 환승역의 환승보행시설의 서비스수준에 관한 연구)

  • The government continues to make efforts to improve effectiveness, integration and connectivity of public transportation systems. But there have been only a few studies about it. This paper addresses the quality evaluation of pedestrian facility service in transfer stations at urban railroad. LOS (Level Of Service) model of urban railroad by facility based on the body ellipse and density recalculated considering the recent Korean body standard and the suggested Pedestrian Moving Equivalent (PME) and Pedestrian Waiting Equivalent (PWE). For LOS model for the ticket booths and ticket vending machines, queuing theory has been applied to determine LOS of Pedestrians. And the importance weights among the pedestrian facilities is obtained by applying AHP analysis. Lastly, this paper shows and discusses the evaluation results of overall LOS of pedestrian facilities of five urban railroad transfer stations in Seoul.

  • 협력 지능형 교통 시스템 (C-ITS: Cooperative Intelligent Transportation System)은 차량이 도로 인프라 또는 다른 차량과 서로 통신하면서 전방의 교통사고 및 장애물과 주변 차량 정보를 공유하여 위험상황을 피할 수 있도록 사전에 경고하는 미래형 교통체계이다. C-ITS는 보행자 및 차량의 안전을 향상시키고 배출탄소량 감소 및 교통물류의 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 미래사회의 핵심 인프라가 될 전망이다. C-ITS의 성공적인 실현을 위해서는 다중 센서 융 복합 기반 교통정보 수집, 교통정보를 쌍방향으로 유통하기 위한 통합 무선 통신망, 스마트 기기와 이동통신망을 활용한 실시간 교통정보 수집 및 빅 데이터 처리와 주문형 서비스 제공 등의 핵심 기술 개발이 필요하다. 본 고에서는 협력형 교통 환경에서의 C-ITS 구조 및 관련 핵심 요소 기술을 소개하고, 앞으로 해결할 과제를 소개 한다.

  • The terrestrial-DMB (T-DMB) provides one-way broadcasting service in intial phase and two-way interactive data services through a return channel of mobile communications network are commercialized recently. The possible evolution of the T-DMB will be fully convergence between the T-DMB and other communication services such as telematics, RFID and so on. From this evolution point of view, a framework should be defined for supporting telematics and RFID applications on T-BMB platform. In this paper, we propose an integrated service model that could support RFID application services on the interactive T-DMB. To realize the model, we design a service scenario, a network reference model, functionalities of each entity, a data transmission mechanism messages, and coding rules. The service model could allow users to support the identical RFID application services over the T-DMB network even if T-DMB terminal doesn't have RFID reader capability. In addition, in the case for providing the interactive TTI(Traffic and Travel Information)service, users could utilize the current location based RFID application service using by the TPEG-Location application that forms the basis of user location referencing.   • While public institutions and privite coperations have constructed the data collecting infrastructure and commercialized it to service traffic information, inaccuracy with information, insufficiency with the public sector, overapping investment and the rest are arising from the differences of data treatment, offering method, communication protocal and the like. For these reasons, we need standardization it as a national enterprise. In this paper, we would like to present the unity management and joint method of traffic information based on the present position of system construction and national ITS standardization. At first, we presented the relation between data elements and message sets and then analyzed how message sets have been used to message sets to share traffic information so far in public institutions and private coperations like Korea freeway cooperation-ITS model city-Cheonan-Nonsan expressway, In-cheon international airport expressway-Korea freeway cooperation and Seoul metropolitan police agency-Seoul metropolitan government. As the results of analyzing message sets, it had disclosed that data transmission is impossible or a system is unchangeable because data form and each items to transmission were different from each other and its own address and link IDS were not determined yet. Also it showed these message sets did not abidy by The Draft of National ITS Standards. First of all, we proposed data basic form and elements which were form by items used in each center in common and the elements to manage traffic information suggested by Standards based on the results of analyses.

  • The railroad is one of the most popular means of transport. Howerver, railroad agencies are managing the railroad information and provide its service respectively. That is, because of managing the different information and its type, The user will not receive the correct and integrated information. In this study, We figure out the needs of passengers that they want in railroad service and seek an integrated service plan that railroad passengers can use the railroad information service at a time, at a glance and in one place. Also, we investigate the knowledge-base construction to provide a knowledge map service to railroad passengers.

Analysing the Relationship between the Preference on Shared Transport Service and the features of Rental Apartments (임대아파트 특성과 공유교통서비스 선호간의 관계 분석)

  • MaaS, which provides all-in-one service for comfort mobility for customers, has been popularly researched and developed mainly in Europe. Even in Korea, the research on MaaS is also carried out which is fit to the mobility environment and needs of Korea. Korea Land & Housing Corporation(LH) also carries out research on MaaS called 'Integrated Mobility' for the residents living in LH public apartments. This study categorised the around 800 public apartments into 12 groups based on 3 key characteristics, then analysed the preference on shared-transport services by the residents of representing apartments for the each group using C&RT method. The results show that the preference on shared-transport services such as car-sharing and ride-sharing (carpool) were higher in the apartments which are located in medium or small cities or lived by the more handicapped resident groups in mobility such as the elderly. The study suggests the method to analysis the relationship between residents' preference on shared transport services and bounded ertain areas such as apartments or districts and then to introduce shared transport service fit to target areas.

The System for Predicting the Traffic Flow with the Real-time Traffic Information (실시간 교통 정보를 이용한 교통 혼잡 예측 시스템)

  • One of the common services of telematics is the car navigation that finds the shortest path from source to target. Until now, some routing algorithms of the car navigation do not consider the real-time traffic information and use the static shortest path algorithm. In this paper, we prosed the method to predict the traffic flow in the future. This prediction combines two methods. The former is an accumulated speed pattern, which means the analysis results for all past speeds of each road by classfying the same day and the same time inteval. The latter is the Kalman filter. We predicted the traffic flows of each segment by combining the two methods. By experiment, we showed our algorithm gave better precise predicition than only using accumulated speed pattern that is used commonly. The result can be applied to the car navigation to support a dynamic shortest path. In addition, it can give users the travel information to avoid the traffic congestion areas.
