홍수통제소는 수문조사, 하천유량관리, 홍수예보 등 다양한 업무를 수행하고 있다. 수문조사는 물 관리를 위한 기본 자료 확보와 수자원이라는 국가의 귀중한 자산을 정량화하는 중요한 업무이다. 하천유량 관리는 하천의 물을 합리적으로 관리하여 공익을 증진하고 모든 사람들이 혜택을 고루 향유할 수 있도록 배분하는 업무이다. 홍수예보는 큰 비에 의해 유역에서 발생할 수 있는 홍수의 규모를 예측하고 그 수치를 유관기관에 제공하여 홍수를 사전에 대비토록 함으로써 홍수피해를 최소화 할 수 있도록 하는 업무이다. 상기 언급된 홍수통제소의 주요 업무들을 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 낙동강홍수통제소에서는 전년도 시험연구과제로서 "홍수통제소 발전방안"이라는 주제로 낙동강 홍수통제소의 발전을 위한 기본적인 개선항목 중 홍수통제소 홍보동영상 제작을 통한 통제소 홍보 및 이미지 제고, 수자원 자료실의 전산화와 관측소 이력 및 기본제원 시스템화 등을 통한 업무의 효율성 증대를 위하여 연구를 수행하였다. 금년은 지난해 개선된 업무들을 토대로 업무 효율성 증대를 도모하고자 한다. 현재 낙동강홍수 통제소에서 관리되고 있는 수문관측소는 239개소(수위 및 우량, 10분 단위)으로, 이들 관측소에 대한 효율적인 관리와 정확한 자료 생성을 위해서는 해당 내용에 대한 체계적이고 합리적인 관리가 필요하다. 이를 위하여 관측소 이력관리 프로그램을 시험적으로 운영을 하여 매년 실시되는 분기별 관측소 정기점검 결과를 업로드 시켜 관련 직원들이 내용을 공유할 수 있도록 추진하고 있다. 이는 수문자료의 정확한 검보정에도 활용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 관리하여 향후 추가적인 업무 효율화를 위하여도 이용될 수 있을 것이다.

홍수 예보 시스템은 관측소의 우량계와 수위계로부터 데이터를 수집하여, VHF, SATELLITE 등의 통신망을 이용하여 통제소의 TM 주장비로 수집한 데이터를 송신한다. 그리고 통제소에서는 수신된 데이터를 분석하여 홍수예보에 활용하고 있다. 그러나 현 시스템은 제한적인 무선 시스템으로 관측소의 자료 확인이나 테스트를 위해서는 직접적인 수동접속 또는 엔지니어의 대국이 불가피하다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 홍수예보 시스템에 CDMA라 Bluetooth 기능을 적용하여 지능적 홍수예보시스템(IFFS, Intelligence Flood Forecast System)의 개발하였다. 지능적 통수예보시스템의 도입 시 항시 휴대 가능한 PDA를 이용, 관측소의 수위, 우량데이터를 Bluetooth를 이용하여 백업하며 수집된 데이터를 통제소로 간편하게 전승할 수 있으며, 관측소의 S/N 측정을 인력과 시간의 낭비 없이 효율적으로 수행할 수 있다.

The paper represented central management system of dual direction that does opening and shutting, real-time check of various doors of the prison in the on-line network. To remove a fault of 125kHz RFID technology, we use 13.56MHz RFID technology, can solve the problem of the maintenance and trust, development of on-line control and management system that ring the alarm in the abnormal opening and shutting doors.

본 연구의 목적은 1) 집단 급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module (Self-instructional Module)을 개발하고, 2) 비동등 통계 실험연구 디자인 (Nonequivalent Control group research design)을 사용하요 자기학습식 재고 관리 시스템 Module의 교육적 효과를 평가하여, 3) 교육기관 및 집단 급식소에서의 교육용 교재로서의 타당성 여부를 검증하고자 함이다. 집단급식소의 재고 관리 시스템에 관한 자기학습식 Module을 개발하기 위해서 현재 미국 전역의 가정대학 내의 식품영양 및 급식경양학과에서 재고 관리에 관련된 교과목을 위하여 채택되어 사용되어지고 있는 주요 교과서들의 내용 분석과 급식경영학 전공 교수 3인의 판단에 기초를 두어 재고관리에 포함되어야 할 내용이 분석되었다. 포함되어져 있는 내용의 목차는 반입(receiving), 저장(storing), 출고(issuing), 재고통제(inventory control), 재고의 자산적 가치(inventory valuation) 및 재고관리 시스템의 자동화(inventory control computer system)등이다. 실험 대상은 Iowa 주립대학에서 급식정보관리 (Foodservice Management Information System) 과목을 수강하였던 88명의 학생이며, 강의를 통해 수업을 받은 통제집단 46명과, 자기 학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 42명으로 구성되었다. 모든 실험 대상에게는 사전검사(Pretest)와 사후검사(posttest)를 실시하였으며 자료의 처리는 SPSS PC Package를 통계법으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 강의 중심의 통제집단과 자기학습식 Module을 사용했던 실험집단 간의 통제 후 평균 값(posttest adjusted mean score)사이에는 유의적인 차이를 보였으며 (p<0.05), 자기 학습식 Module 그룹에 속해 있던 학생들이 더 높은 통제 후 평균값(adjusted mean score)을 보여 주었다. 그러므로, 이 실험을 통하여, 개발된 집단 급식소 재고관리 시스템에 대한 자기학습식 Module은 학생들에게 재고관리 시스템에 관한 개념과 내용의 습득력을 향상시키는데 있어서 적어도 강의식 교수법과 동일하거나 더나은 교육적 효과를 가져왔다고 판단되었다.

The recorder at observatory can save the measured data from water gauge and rain gauge at an interval of five minutes. And then, the RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) in observatory sends the measured data in the recorder to the TM (Telemetering) in FCO (Flood Control Office) at an interval of ten minutes using VHF or satellite communication. But the transmitted data is not the stored data at the recorder, it is just data that is measured at an interval of ten minutes. In the FCO, the transmitted data is analyzed in order to forecast the flood. And also one of the most important things is the maintenance of an observatory. In this paper, an effective management system for the flood forecast is proposed. It uses the CDMA and the Blutooth technology on PDA. The proposed system is very portable, and also easily able to send the data stored at the recorder in observatory to TM in FCO without RTU. And it allows us to view remotely the data of other observatories by downloading from the FCO. Hence the system can do efficiently the maintenance of observatory without wasting manpower and time.

The wire and/or wireless data communication system for anti-disaster system of natural gas governor station was developed. In oder to prevent accidents of governor station, the operator was replaced by RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) which gather and transmit safety situation of governor station. The database and MMI(Man Machine Interface) were also developed to analyze the situation of governor station. The data communication between server and RTU was designed to switch automatically from wire to wireless communication and vice versa when one of them failed communication. We also have developed the patrol car management system which was applied GPS(Global Position System)/GIS(Geometric Information System), and the earthquake detection/transmission system which was adopted three dimension acceleration sensor. When a earthquake may occur, the earthquake detection/transmission system monitors data such as PGA(Peak Ground Acceleration), Sl(Spectrum Intensity) and orders the emergency shutoff valve close immediately.

Ideas providing an optimal car route using current traffic condition, maintaining the current location and the history of driven route of a car in the main central office, in where GPS signals transmitted from the driving cars are received, have been proposed. Since GPS signals occurred in certain time interval instead of all GPS signals are transmitted from the car due to the cost of transmission, an algorithm that is able to recover the missing GPS signals is required. In this paper, an efficient algorithm, which finds the driven route and the current location of a car fast, is proposed. To verify the efficiency of the proposed algorithm, it is applied to the various real GIS map and it turns out to be very effective.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of aerobic exercise and black garlic intake on blood lipids, lipid peroxidation and BAP in rats. The subjects for the study were 25 male Sprague-Dawley rats composed of the control group (CG, n=6), exercise group (EG, n=6), which trained for 4 weeks (30-60 min/day, speed at 15 m/min), black garlic intake group (BGG, n=7), and exercise with black garlic intake group (EBGG, n=6). Blood lipids, lipid peroxidation, and BAP were measured in all the subjects after the end of the 4 week treadmill exercise period. The findings of this study were as follows; TC and TG were significantly lower in the EBGG compared to other groups, while there were no significant findings for HDL-C and LDL-C levels. TBARS was significantly lower in the EBGG compared to the CG, and the BAP from the EBGG and EG were significantly higher than in the CG and BGG after 4 weeks of treadmill exercise. Therefore, aerobic exercise with black garlic intake was effective in improving TC, TG, TBARS, and BAP. Consequently, aerobic exercise with black garlic intake will be effective for activating antioxidant defenses and decreasing cardiovascular diseases.
