국제물품매매계약은 당사자간의 합의에 의해서 이루어진다. 그러나 국제간의 물품매매에 관련하여 모든 상황을 특정계약에 반영하는데는 한계가 있다. 따라서 특정계약에 대한 해석과 판단의 기준이 되는 하나의 보편적이며 합리성에 기초를 둔 준거법이 필요하게 된다. 이러한 준거법은 어느 특정국가의 사범으로 충분할 수도 있지만 국제거래가 안전하고 원활하게 실행되기 위해서는 그것이 세계 어느 나라에 있어서도 같은 내용의 통일적인 법에 의하여 규율되는 것이 바람직하다. 특히 경제적 합리성에 기초를 둔 거래법의 분야에서는 이론적으로 법의통일은 가능하며 실제적으로는 로마의 사법통일협회(UNIDROIT)나 국제연합 국제상거래위원회(UNIDROIT)에 의하여 지금까지 어느 정도 통일사법 제정의 필요성이 꾸준히 제기 되어 왔다. 이러한 목적을 수행하기 위하여 UNICITRAL(국제연합 국제상거래위원회)이 1980년에 발표한 국제물품매매계약에 관한 UN 조약-비엔나협약(CISG)은 국제간의 물품매매에 관한 계약법으로서 중요한 역할을 수행하고 있다. 비엔나협약(CISG)의 법리적인 근거는 "자주적인 준거법의 제정 및 그 적용상의 통일성"에 있다는 것이다. 또한 그 내용을 보면 첫째, 지역적 의미를 가지는 법률용어의 사용을 피하고 대신 격지간의 계약시 실제로 발생하는 현실적 사례의 관점에서 법안을 작성하고자 하였고 둘째, 그 내용을 달리하고 있는 각국의 사법을 통일하는 것에 의해 모든 사법적 법률관계에 같은 내용의 사법을 적용하는 방법, 즉 세계통일사법의 제정이라 하겠다. 본 연구는 비엔나협약(CISG)의 입법취지와 배경을 고찰하였으며 또한 통일사법으로서 협약상의 "일반원칙의 통용"을 계약성립(Formation of Contract)의 과정별로 정리하였다.

This study was conducted to investigate the responses to photoperiod of some Korean rice cultivars at four levels of the day length, 10, 12, 14 and 16 hours. Generally the days to heading were reduced in the short day length. Japonica varieties seemed to have shorter basic vegetative growth phase and, were more sensitive to day length, while Japonica crossed Indica varieties showed longer basic vegetative growth phase and, were less sensitive to day length. All tested varieties could be classified into 19 ecotypes based on the periods of the basic vegetative growth phase and the sensitivity to day length.

From the cross Tongil$^2//IR833/IR1317$ glutinouse rice lines wx 126 were bred. Some of these lines were earlier than standard variety and later than glutinous check variety. Some of them yielded as much as standard variety and showed better resostances to blast, stripe deseases and smaller brown plant hopper than standard variety. It was sosscussed that, theough the vreedong procedure, following points were proved, 1)back-cross program in roce breeding was effocoent, 2)semi-dwarf plant type of "Tongil" has high yielding poteneoality and 3) the variety "Tongil" was a good for recurrent parent for back-cross program. back-cross program.

Bran structure and water uptake rate for brown rices of thirteen japonica and twelve Tongil cultivars were investigated. The japonica type was shorter in length and had lower value in the ratio of length to width than Tongil one. No differences were observed in width and weight between the two types. The number of aleurone layer and the thickness of bran layer were higher in dorsal side than in ventral side in all rice cultivars. The structure in ventral side was similar but the number of aleurone layer in dosal side was higher in japonica samples. There were no significant differences in water uptake rates showed no correlation with the bran structure.

This article provides a new definition of giftedness drawn from a cognitive mechanism. The mechanism shows how cognitive components are functionally related to each other and cooperatively "work" together, producing the various cognitive phenomena in the social world. The author argues that for a universally agreed definition, giftedness has to be understood in the mechanism, the origin of all the cognitive phenomena in cultural or social contexts. According to the definition drawn form the cognitive mechanism, giftedness is the ability to form a simple and fundamental domains-integrated knowledge of the "whole" world. A new method for identifying gifted students is subsequently suggested.

This study investigated the correlation between the level of consistency in fashion show models' appearance and design concept through a statistical and qualitative analysis of the S/S Paris Collection 2014. The following conclusions have been drawn in this study. First, the percentage of models of color was very low in regards to the physical appearance of models; in addition, there was a higher percentage of Caucasian models for collections with a high level of consistency in models' physical appearance. Collections with a high percentage of models of color indicate more casual design concepts and the promotion of diversity in racial background is considered more effective for street fashion. Second, collections with a high level of consistency in models' physical appearance tend to control various elements that constitute a physical appearance through more detailed planning and stage direction. Third, there is a tendency to reinforce design concepts by creating a consistency in the overall physical appearance of models. This affirms that their physical appearance is determined by brand (i.e. designer) and is used to maximize a design concept delivery. The results of this study suggests that the physical appearance of models must be determined in line with the design concept versus detailed planning that must consider audience perspectives as well as adjust the show's length and the interval between each model appearing on the stage.

지금까지의 전자정부 구축은 국민의 편의성과 정부업무의 효율성에 맞추어져 왔으며, 이는 경제적 사회적 흐름에 따른 IT서비스가 국민과 정부가 실제로 원하는 것을 찾아 지원하고 선도하여 줄 수 있도록 하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 그러나 엄밀히 말하면 우리의 전자정부 과제는 남한에 국한된 것이다. 헌법에 의하면 남한과 북한은 하나의 국가인데도 불구하고, 남북한 간의 한계성을 의식적으로든 무의식적으로든 인식하여, 남한으로 테두리를 정하고 u-Korea를 실행하고 있는 것이다. 이러한 상황에서 통일부가 운영하고 있는 남북교류협력시스템(http://inter-korea.unikorea.go.kr)를 바탕으로 남북교류협력을 위한 실질적인 프로세스 개선과 정보화 전략을 새롭게 수립하기 위하여 현황과 방향성에 대해 연구하여, 향후 남북통일을 위한 초석이 될 수 있는 IT서비스로서, 또한 남북간의 특이사항을 반영한 시스템으로 기타 전자정부 과제들의 통일 이후의 모습이라는 거시적인 미래과제를 풀 수 있는 한 도구로 본 연구가 활용되고자 한다.

통일시대의 문학은 다시 좌.우문학, 즉 문학의 정치성.이념성을 주장하는 사회주의 계급문학과 문학의 자율성.예술성을 강조하는 자본주의 순수문학이 갈등을 겪을 수밖에 없을 것이다. 실상 분단의 비극은 이러한 삶의 두 속성, 문학의 근본이치가 정당하게 구현되지 못한 데서 오는 온갖 모순과 불합리를 의미한다.
