최근 급속히 팽창된 산업 구조와 이에 따른 업무량의 증가는 종래의 관리기술로서는 이를 성공적으로 처리할 수 없게 되었으며 아울러 인간의 미래조작능력의 증대와 기업구상력의 개발, 사회변동에 대비한 예측적인 계획의 수립 등 관리기능의 신장은 새로운 관리기법을 요구하게 되었으므로 PERT/CPM 수법이 신관리기법의 하나로 등장하게 되었다. PERT/CPM 이란 Program Evaluation Review and Technique, Critical Path Method 의 약자로서 우리말로는 계획수립 집행 및 평가로 번역되는데 이의 직역은 종속 및 총합 $\ulcorner$시스템$\lrcorner$ 과업의 동시진행 및 집중관리라 할 수 있는 것으로 시간과 비용을 절감하려는 기법인 것이다. 또한 PERT 기법은 복잡한 작업형태를 상호관련성있는 Network로 구성하고 제종속작업을 하나의 통일된 목표로 진행시키는 것을 의미한다. 이와 같은 PERT/CPM 기법은 제한된 자원의 효율적인 투자 및 관리와 불필요한 시간과 비용을 제거하여 준다. 현재 정부(경제기획원)는 PERT/CPM 제도를 도입하여 건설공사에 대한 예산관리제도를 설정중에 있으며 민간 및 정부투자기관으로서 현대건설주식회사와 한국전력주식회사와 이미 PERT/CPM 제도화방책을 연구기관에 위촉하여 제2단계적용을 시도하고 있는 것은 시대적 당위성에 따른 타당한 전망이라 하겠다. 거금 한국양회공업협회가 본제도의 도입 적용을 추진하기 위한 일련의 조사활동을 시작한 것은 시멘트 공업계의 새로운 경영관리체제를 모색하고 업계를 선도하는 중요한 전환점이 되리라 믿는다.

2017년 5월 31일, 우리나라는 세계 최초 지상파 UHD(4K) 본 방송을 실시해 이제는 본격적인 디지털 UHD 방송 시대를 맞이하고 있다. UHDTV는 기존의 HD 영상에 비해 4배 이상 선명한 화질을 만들고 빛과 색을 처리하는데 민감하게 반응함으로 고품질의 영상을 구현하는데 조명의 역할은 상당히 크다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 UHD(Ultra High Definition) 영상의 가장 큰 장점인 고해상도의 화면구성을 위해 다양한 조명기구의 활용과 함께 부분적으로도 강조할 수 있는 섬세한 조명이 요구된다. 작품 전체에 있어 라이팅 밸런스와 통일성이 잘 조화를 이루도록 조정을 잘 해야만 UHD 영상이 가진 장점들을 잘 나타 낼 수 있다. UHD 영상의 넓어진 계조표현과 색대역의 특징을 보다 효과적으로 표현하기 위해서는 영화 조명과 같이 어두운 조명(Low Key Tone), 즉 화면의 일부분을 어둡게 하는 조명으로서 어두운 부분은 많고 밝은 부분이 적은 명암대비가 뚜렷한 조명연출을 예상한다.

최근 남북 관계는 경제협력, 사회문화교류, 체육교류 등 양적 질적으로 많은 변화가 일어나고 있으며, 향후에도 지속적인 변화가 전망된다. 따라서 우리는 북한의 현실을 객관적인 자료에 의하여 남한과 비교하여 분석할 필요가 있다. 우선적으로 남북한 주요지표 (인구, 경제성장률, 주요 제품 생산량, 사회간접자본 등)를 비교하여 본다. 다음으로 좀 더 구체적으로 석탄, 철광석, 비료, 철강, 직물 등의 광공업의 현황과 산업 발전에 주요 장애 요소가 무엇인지 알아보기로 한다. 그리고 현재 북한에서 채택하고 있는 산업중흥 프로그램이 무엇인지도 조사하기로 한다. 다음으로 북한에서 6자 회담에서도 강력히 요구하고 있는 에너지의 현황과 발전량에 대하여 상세히 알아보며, 북한 산업을 일으키기 위한 인프라의 문제점에 대하여 기술하기로 한다. 다음으로 북한의 교육체계에 대하여 조사하여 보고, 교육체계의 발전방향에 대하여도 검토하기로 한다. 마지막으로 궁극적으로 남북한 통일에 대비한 우리의 준비가 나아가야할 방향에 대하여 기술하기로 한다.

1992년7월부터 4년2개월 동안 '6년제 수의과대학'을 위하여 뛰어 다니며 "한국수의학교육의 수업연한 개선 방안(1994. 4. 10)"을 작성할 당시 북한 수의학교육에 대하여 궁금증을 가진 바 있어 북한수의학교육 조사를 하여 본적은 있으나 한번도 북한을 방문한 적이 없을 뿐 아니라 북한자료를 접하기 쉽지 않은, 오히려 금기시(?)되는 현상황 아래 북한 수의학에 대한 글을 쓴다는 것이 캄캄한 밤길을 걷는 것과 같음은 불문가지이다. 그러나 언제일지 모르지만 통일이 우리 앞에 성큼 다가왔을 때를 대비하여 북한의 수의학을 이해할 필요가 있고 우리분야의 전문가가 북한인사를 접할 때 참고할 수 있는 자료로 활용하기 위해서라도 이러한 글이 있어야 하겠다는 생각으로 시작은 하였으나 북한을 몇 번 다녀온 분들을 만나 이야기를 들어 보아도 나무는 그려지나 숲은 볼 수 없는 상황이었다. 북한 수의학교육의 줄거리를 정하지 못하고 방황하고 있을 때 "이것이 북한교육이다"이란 책을 접하게 되었다. 일일이 인용표시를 못하였지만 필자가 이 책을 접하지 못하였다면 아마도"북한 수의학 수의학교육"이란 글을 쓰는데 몇 개월은 더 방황하였을 것이다. 이글은 먼저 북한의 교육체계변천을 살펴보고, 대학교육을 중심으로 한 북한의 교육체계, 수의학교육, 수의학 도서 및 학술지를 살펴보았고, 인접 학문인 의학교육과 농업교육도 살펴보았다. 그리고 수의학교육을 마친 후 졸업생이 활동하는 영역인 산업(축산)분야를 살펴보고 남북교류협력과 검역도 관심을 가졌다.

The final aim of South Korean policies on North Korea and reunification of Korean peninsula is to reflect the direction and the form which South Korean authority has been pursuing. To achieve this aim, we must establish the forms of reunification and continue to prepare for contingency plans while focusing our effort to those policies. In pursuing peaceful reunification, the national security should not be neglected. Moreover, the policing policy is one of the important national security policies. In order to draw up more effective policing policies in a reunified state, this dissertation establishes some preparing measures on policing conditions and expected problems resultion from the reunification of Korean peninsula after studying similar problems in formerly divided countries. The chapter one shows the direction of reunification policy. The chapter two looks some policing problems in formerly divided countries The chapter three studys the expected policing conditions and preparing measures after the reunification of Korean peninsula The chapter four reposes some reasonal solutions for peaceful reunification.

현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 영상보안시스템들은 국내외의 여러 제작 업체에서 생산된 서로 다른 영상보안시스템들로 구성되어 서비스를 수행하고 있다. 이들 영상보안시스템들은 서로 다른 프로토콜과 인터페이스, 운용 방법, 성능 등을 제공하고 있어 영상보안시스템들 간의 상호 연동 및 상호 운용이 되지 않고, 운영 주체의 목적에 따라 개별적으로 운용되고 있다. 이로 인해, 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 관리와 운용을 통한 영상보안 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 많은 제약사항이 따른다. 본 표준화 연구는 향후 다양한 영상보안시스템의 인터페이스 및 IP기반 환경으로서의 진화에 대비하고, 특정 제조사의 영상보안시스템에 종속되지 않도록 하기 위해, 서로 다른 개별 영상보안시스템간 상호 연동 및 상호 운용성을 보장하는 하나의 통일된 표준 인터페이스와 프로토콜에 대해 논의한다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the integration of environmental education between South and North Korea in preparation for unification. The results of this study are as follows; Firstly, environmental education in North Korea is in the incipient stage as of the environment protection, the prevention of air pollution. It also emphasizes ideology education rather than sustainability. Secondly, the suggestion for the unification and the synthesizing of its environment together with the 3-stages of unification process. It can be presented as a role and function of environmental education in Unified Korea and consciousness and practical effort for the environmental preservation. In conclusions, the result of this study could contribute macro-view on the integration of socio-eco gab between South and North Korea in preparation for unification.

최근 UHD 컨텐츠에 대한 스트리밍 서비스가 증가함에 따라 보다 높은 압축효율을 갖는 부호화 기술에 대한 필요성이 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 차세대 비디오 코덱을 위한 국제표준화 노력이 JVET를 중심으로 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 적응형 다중변환 기술을 휘도 채널에 적용하는 것뿐 만 아니라 통일한 방법으로 화면 내/간 블록 모두에서 색차채널에도 적용하도록 하여 그 효율 향상여부를 분석하였다. 실험결과 제안방법이 기존 방법 대비 BDBR 측면에서 Y(0.03%), U(-1.40%), V(-0.96%)의 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.

Since 1945, geography textbooks of South Korea and North Korea have been developed differently. Taking both geography textbooks of South Korea(printed in 1996 and 1997) and them of North Korea(printed in 1995), this study compares and analyse geography textbooks of South and North Korea systematically, then to show their likeness and difference. Results of this study are as follows: First, Most of contents in South Korean textbooks consist of explations and many tables, graphs and photographs leading to inquiry activities, whereas those in North Korean textbooks consist of mostly sentences that explain topics, diagrams and sketches. Second, Geographical education in South Korea puts strong emphasis on human geography and regional geography, whereas that in North Korea does strong emphasis on physical geography, economic geography and education of cartography. Third, The geographical words of South Korean textbooks contain words written in Chinese character and words of English origin, whereas Those of North Korean textbooks do many pure Korean words.

With the start of the present Korean Creative-Economy Government, more effort is put to prepare the Unification in many areas. But it is not easy to find studies on contemporary status of North Korea specifically in information technology or computer education due to the poor accessibility to the country. This study is on comparing computer education in elementary schools in North Korea and South Korea and diagnosing future direction of computer education as the beginning stage of Unification. The most study is performed from backtracking curriculum methodology based on computer textbooks from North Korea and South Korea. In both countries, the elementary school curriculum for computer subject is mostly dealing with the usage of softwares. In North Korea they don't teach internet applications and they uses different type of office programs. The further ideas for desirable future education are suggested with analysis on the computer education in other countries such as China and Vietnam which can be appropriate role models for North Korea and USA, UK and India for South Korea. It is expected in both countries that the computer education will be more focused on programming rather than on software usage in the future.
