한미통상마찰등에 가려 관심권 밖으로 밀려나 있던 GATT(관세 및 무역에 관한 일반 협정) 우루과이 라운드 협상이 올 연말 협상 타결이 시한으로 다가옴에 따라 자국에게 좀더 이익이 갈 수 있도록 하기 위해 부산한 움직임을 보이고 있다. UR협상은 동구권의 자유시장 경제체제로의 편입과 함께 세계 경제질서의 재편을 가져오는 가장 중요한 변화 요인으로서 대외에 개방적 운용이 불가피한 우리의 경제에 커다란 영향을 미칠 것으로 전망되고 있다. 건설부문도 예외는 아니여서 정부 및 관계자들이 우리쪽으로 유리한 타결을 위해 고심하고 있다.

본 연구는 폴리에스터-나일론 파워 네트 원단의 건열특성을 다룬 것이다. 이 건열특성은 스판덱스(spandex)의 특성에 크게 영향을 받는다. 스판덱스는 통상 활용할 수 있는 신도가 500~600 %에 이른다는 성질 때문에 섬유제품에 많이 응용되고 있다 이는 탄성이 양호하여 스타킹용, 수영복용 등으로 많이 활용하고 있다. 또한 스판덱스는 마모와 마찰강도가 고무보다 우수하고 탄성이 아주 좋고 리 쓰인다. (중략)

연료소비율의 향상은 점차 감소되어 가는 경향에 있다. 그 원인은 3원촉매변환기 채용에 의한 이론공기연료비의 사용, 기관의 연소개선이 발전하여 고압축비화에 의한 연료소비율 향상이 더 이상 어렵게 되었다는 점을 들 수 있다. 한편, 고압축비화의 역효과로는 연소실내 최고압력이 증가하여 각부의 강도나 기관 소음의 문제가 대두된다. 이들 역효과를 타파하여 충분한 연료 소비 향상을 얻을 수 있는 수단이 단기적인 과제가 될 것이다. 전자제어, 희박연소, 마찰저감 등 통상의 엔진의 개량에 대한 노력이 계속될 것이다.

Direct shear tests are perfromed for artifical joint models made of cement with 25 types of different strength and roughness. The tests consist of the multi-stage test which is a common test method for a single joint plane and the test method suggested by ISRM. Then, not only the differences of friction angles between the two test methods are compared, but is the effectiveness of the multi-stage test investigated. The average of friction angles measured from the multi-stage test is $6.4^{\circ}$ lower than that from the ISRM test. Although the strength and roughness of samples vary, the differences of friction angles between the two test methods are constant. The relationship between the shear stress and the normal stress measured from the multi-stage test is well correlate with the Patton's equation. Whereas, the Barton's equation is best fitted with those measured from ISRM test.

Technology trade balance of Korea takes only 19th place among the OECD members. As the size of the technology trade of Korea's market increases, the importance of the Intellectual Property Right, which is one of the way of dealing increases, too. 100 million dollar of technology export has a same effect as 16,000 million dollar of merchandise export, and technology export is a value-added business which does not cost at all. For the improvement of trade balance, we have to elevate the merchandise export and also we have to get rid of the trade conflict and china's pursuit of trade. Furthermore, we need to make improvements through import of Royalty and through technology export. In this study, We would like to suggest the improvement of technology trade balance of Korea by analyze the present conditions of technology trade balance of Korea.

The bored pile is widely used as a low noise and vibration piling method in Korea. However, there is design tendency to minimize the friction capacity of the bored pile because of uncertainty and the quality control specification is not set up. This research analysed the strength characteristics of cement paste after the uniaxial compression test with various condition. Test results show that the compressive strength of cement paste with w/c=0.83 was up to $156.0kgf/cm^2$, and the lower w/c ratio and the longer age, the strength of cement paste increased. Also the higher soil mixing ratio, the strength of soil cement decreased, and too high soil mixing ratio caused the malfuction of soil cement. Also this research analysed the 188 dynamic pile test results which were performed before and after hardening of cement paste. Analysis result showed that the average ultimate unit friction capacity was $9.1tf/m^2$ and this result surpassed the common design criteria of the bored pile.

본 고에서는 선박의 충돌 및 좌초시 선체구조의 파괴에 관한 연구중에서 최근에 보고된 것을 중 신으로 자료조사를 수행함으로써 이 분야의 최신 연구동향을 분석하고자 한다. 그러나, 오래전에 수행된 연구성과일지라도 현재까지 유용한 정보를 제공하고 있다고 판단되는 연구성과는 본조 사에 포함시켰으며, 최근에 수행된 연구도 나열식으로 조사하기 보다는 대표적인 것만을 대상 으로 하였기 대문에 본 조사에 포함되지 않은 연구성과중에도 유용한 결과를 주는 것이 다수 있음은 물론이다. 충돌 및 좌초시 선체구조는 소성, 파단(rupture), 찢김(tearing), 마찰접 촉(frictional contact), 대변형/대회전, 압괴(crushing)등 복잡한 비선형구조응답을 나타내며, 이 문제의 분류방법에는 여러 가지가 있으나, 본고에서는 다음에 나타내고 있는 바와 같이 통상적 으로 분류하고 있는 방법에 따라 연구성과들을 조사 분석하였다.

기어는 회전 기계 사이의 동력 전달을 위한 장치이며 현재 산업 전반의 통상적인 기어는 기계적 기어가 주류로서 형성되어 있다. 하지만 기계적 기어는 맞물린 톱니바퀴의 물리적 접촉에 의해 접촉 경계면의 마모 및 파손, 소음과 진동의 문제가 있으며 유지보수 비용 또한 크다. 따라서 최근 물리적 접촉이 없어 기계적 기어의 많은 문제를 해결할 수 있는 마그네틱 기어 (Magnetic Gear)에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 마그네틱 기어는 영구자석에서 생성된 자계를 이용하여 비접촉 동력전달이 가능하며, 마찰손실 제거, 유지보수의 용이성, 매우 적은 소음 및 진동 등의 장점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 마그네틱 기어의 토크전달 방법과 형상변화에 따른 전달토크 특성을 2-D 유한요소해석법을 이용하여 해석하고 분석하고자 한다.

Korean small and medium sized firms are dramatically expanding during the past two decades. Since small and medium sized firms begun to invest overseas to cope with the external and internal business environment. the influencing factors should defined for the successful foreign investment. This paper presents the research model explaining successful knowledge transfer between Korean small and medium sized firms and partners for foreign investment. This model examines investing companies' organizational characteristics, partners' learning capability and relational characteristics between two partners. Detail variables include the learning culture and codifiability of investing companies, and absorptive capability of partners, and communication and trust as a relational factors between investing companies and partners. The result of empirical analysis of sample companies shows that knowledge culture and codifiability of investing companies, and communication from the relational factors are important for knowledge transfer. These results provide some implications for the successful foreign investment of small and medium sized firms. Firstly the investing company should develop its own learning culture and internal procedure for the successful foreign investment. And frequent communication channel is necessary for knowledge transfer and the trustful relationship between investors and partner.

As hostile online reviews can have a negative impact on a company's reputation, it is not surprising that online reviewers and business owners often get involved in conflicts which sometimes evolve into legal disputes. This research examines the legal dispute case in which the business owner charges an online reviewer for a defamation. Further, this research compares the supreme court's decision with general public's view on this defamation case, using a survey method. From the legal point of view, an online reviewer's primary motive determines whether the online reviews are defamatory statements or not. Specifically, if an online reviewer's primary motive is to increase the overall benefits for the public society, the online review does not bear any legal liability. According to our survey, consumers' view aligns with the final decision of the supreme court. They believe that online reviews should bear a minimum level of legal liability as online reviews often contain useful and valuable information which can enhance overall public benefits.
