Along with developments in technology, National Competency Standards(NCS) education is rising as the new paradigm of change in university education. This study has the purpose of empirically investigating the factors on satisfaction of students before and after application of NCS. The SPSS 22.0 statistics program was applied for the frequency analysis, reliability analysis and t-test. The results and implications by analysis are as follows. First, academic environment and after application of NCS have statistically significant positive influence. Second, From general situation attribute, before application of NCS positively(+) influences regret to university life. It allowed for the developed application of NCS. Third, social satisfaction and after application of NCS were shown to the major variable except long for home characteristics. Through these, this paper suggest to reinforce NCS application. So I recommend that future researches should expand variable samples.

전자거래와 관련한 많은 표준 문서 및 다양한 표준 프레임워크가 존재한다. 그러나 기업이나 개발 업체에서 전자거래 시스템 도입 또는 구축할 때, 이러한 정보를 종합적으로 참조할 수 있는 방법이 제공되지 않고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 전자거래를 위해 요구되는 다양한 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 전자거래 표준 참조 시스템을 제안한다. 이를 위하여 정보모델인 ISO/IEC 11179 메타데이터 레지스트리를 참조하여 전자거래 표준 참조 시스템을 위한 레지스트리 정보 모델을 정의하며, 정의한 정보 모델을 기반으로 표준 참조 시스템을 구현한다. 제안 시스템은 다양한 정보에 대한 체계적이고 표준화 된 관리 및 전자거래 시스템 개발자에게 보다 나은 활용의 용이성을 제공한다.

Recently usage on digital scholarly information has been analyzed with various respects by various parties since the rapid expansion of digital scholarly information use and the increasing availability of large-scale log data. Nevertheless, no standard platform for distributing usage statistics of scholarly information at the national scale has been suggested so far. Therefore, this paper suggests a generalized SUSHI (Standardized Usage Statistics Harvesting Initiative) platform for distributing usage statistics of digital scholarly information at the national scale.

As a new practical model of Korean Library statistics, It suggests 6 parts, fifty-four items for 4 types of libraries. In comparison with last version, 'library use and users', 'electronic services' parts are increased which are occupied as more than hair of the whole statistical items. Budget parts are increased also. The new model which is developed based on the international standards like ISO2789 and NISO/ANSI Z39.7 is advised by professionals in the fields.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers. The subjects were 204 infant teachers who are working in day care centers in Jeonnam. A questionnaire was made by the researcher on the basis of relevant materials. The data were collected from May 6 to June 13. The data were analyzed by statistical methods such as frequency, descriptive, ANOVA and Pearson-correlation with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program. The results are as follows: First, practice level for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was relatively high level. There were no significantly different practice level of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. Second, obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teachers was normal level. There were no significantly different obstacle factors of national childcare curriculum according to teacher's career, teacher's academic degree and teacher's workplace type. There were negative correlation between practice level and obstacle factors for national childcare curriculum of infant teacher's.

In the current College Scholastic Aptitude Test (CSAT), the standardized scoring system is being adopted to adjust te differences of degrees of difficulty between the optional subjects. But it becomes clear that the system has several weak points, some of which are considered to be very serious. In this paper we propose an alternative method, so-called the additive scoring system. It determines the additional points per each subjects, according to the subject mean scores. The proposed method has been simulated using the data of 2005' CSAT, and it turns out that the additive scoring system reduces or remove the troubles caused by the standardized scoring system.

The purposes of this study were to investigate knowledge, attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control, behavioral intention, and compliance of standard precautions (SPs) in healthcare-associated infection (HAI) control among nursing students and to identify influencing factors for SPs compliance in HAI control. A descriptive correlation study was conducted. Participants were 223 nursing students recruited from three universities in a metropolitan city. Data were collected by self-administered questionnaires. On average, 87.0% of the knowledge questions were answered correctly. The mean SPs compliance score was 4.30 out of 5. There was no significant correlation between SPs knowledge and compliance. There were statistically significant correlation between SPs compliance and attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control and behavior intention. Perceived behavior control and behavior intention were significant predictors for SPs compliance among nursing students and these two variables explained 21.9% variance of SPs compliance among nursing students. Although, nursing students' SPs knowledge and compliance were acceptable level, their perceived behavior control was relatively low. SPs compliance among nursing students can be enhanced by increasing their behavior intention and perceived behavioral control. Education program for SPs in HAI control for nursing students which is designed with appropriated educational strategies is need to be developed and evaluated to enhance their capacity to deal effective and safe clinical practice.

The statistics of disaster and safety control which have been produced by NEMA(National Emergency Management Agency) and other related agencies have some problems which show redundancies and the lack of connections. These problems can result in disbelief of disaster-management related policies and cause uncertainties on standardization. One of the main problems is caused by the lack of an integrated system that can coordinate available statistical resources. The objectives of this paper are to propose possible ways for the rearrangement of statistics categories, the improvement of statistics indicators and the integration of statistics of disaster and safety management based on the improvement of related laws and regulations. Through the integrated system for an efficient production of disaster and safety-related statistics, it will be possible to establish more accredited disaster-management policies based on the scientific statistics and international standard.

projection pursuit을 이용하여 이변량 정규분포의 적합도 검정을 위한 통계량을 제안한다. 기본적인 생각은 이변량 정규분포의 가정하에 표준정규분포를 갖는 모든 선형조합을 고려하여 이들의 순서통계량과 이론적인 분위수를 비교하는 것이다. 이와 같이 제안된 통계량은 선형변환에 대해서 불변(invariant)이다. 본 논문에서는 제안된 통계량의 극한분포를 적절한 Gaussian process의 적분으로 표현한다.
