We propose the statistical modeling and empirical results that can be utilized to identify and interpret the structural factors of international arms exports in recent years. The building blocks of research comprise the following questions; which would be the explanatory variables for the changing trend of international arms exports, whether the statistical significance can be verified on those variables and how those are interpreted for the future policy making purpose. We use the dataset of top 40 countries from SIPRI's Arms Transfers Database and analyze several regression models which consist of explanatory variables derived from research hypotheses. The most noticeable result is that the national fiscal reserve is shown to have consistent influence on the arms exports changes. UN security council members' group also has dominant power to make a formation of arms exports market block. Furthermore, gross domestic product and net exports volume in the national economy would seem to be related to changes of international arms exports in post-2000 period as well.

본 연구는 멀티미디어의 기본 구성요소인 링크와 노드를 처리변수로 하고 사용자의 편의성과 유용성에 대한 인식을 종속변수로 해서 링크의 숫자와 노드의 크기가 사용자의 인식에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지에 대해 밝히고자 했다. 먼저 2x3 팩토리얼 디자인에 따라 각각 다른 처리변수의 조합을 가진 6개의멀티미디어 자료가 구축이 되었으며 경영대 학생들을 대상으로 실험을 하여 자료를 수집했다. 수집된 자료는 타당성 검사와 신뢰성 검사를 거친 뒤 통계적 분석을 하였다. 종속변수에 대한 상관관계가 검사되었으므로 변량 분산 분석으로 처리변수의 종속변수에 대한 통계적 유의성을 검사했으며 단변량 분산분석 중 이원배치분산분석으로 각각의 종속변수에 대한 처리변수의 영향을 검토했다. 인구통계학적 자료의 종속변수에 대한 상관관계가 발견됨에 따라 다변량 공분산분석과 단변량 공분산분석을 통해 인구통계학적 자료의 영향을 조사했다. 마지막으로 평균차이분석을 통해 실험 참가자들의 선호도를 조사했다. 본 연구의결과를 요약하면 처리변수는 사용자 인식 편의성과 인식 유용성에 영향을 미치고 링크 수와 노드 크기가 멀티미디어의 설계에 중요한 요인인 것이 밝혀졌다.

As the information and communications market goes more uncertain, foresight activities becomes more important. A number of foresight activities, such as trend analysis, have been used to predict customer needs. However previous studies tend to lack objectivity and systematization. In this study, we suggest a meta analysis methodology which combines both top-down and bottom-up approach in order to systematize the analysis process. Secondly, we applied this approach to ICT market to identify essential future technologies. Based on the result from the meta analysis, we have constructed the future technology roadmap.

벤처캐피탈의 공동투자전략은 투자 위험의 분산과 투자 자원의 효율적 관리, 투자사에 관련된 정보비대칭 완화 관점에서 단독투자전략보다 장점이 있다. 공동투자는 다른 한편으로는 투자정보 공유 네트워크와 투자기회 확보를 위한 경쟁을 드러내 보이기도 한다. 본 연구는 2014년부터 2016년까지 3년간 공개된 한국 벤처캐피탈의 한국 스타트업에 대한 투자 정보를 수집 및 분석하여 벤처캐피탈의 투자 전략 및 네트워크에 대한 실증 분석을 수행한다. 네트워크 분석, 로지스틱 회귀분석 등을 포함한 통계적 검정을 수행한 결과 벤처캐피탈의 분야별 전문성(투자집중도), 내적역량(업력 및 전문 인력의 수), 투자 네트워크, 피투자 스타트업의 업력 모두 공동투자여부에 영향을 끼친다는 증거를 발견할 수 없었다. 본 연구의 분석 결과 한국의 벤처캐피탈이 공동투자를 결정짓는 요인은 피투자기업의 사업 분야를 제외하면 투자금액의 크기와 보유 펀드의 규모 등 자금요인이 유일했다. 이 결과가 시사하는 바는, 한국의 벤처캐피탈 대다수가 투자형태의 결정에 있어 자사의 전문성이나 피투자기업의 본연적 사업 리스크를 고려한다거나 투자 기회 정보의 공유를 통해 투자형태를 전략적으로 결정하기 보다는 단순 자금운용 측면에 경도되어 있지 않은가 하는 점이다.

This study analyzes in detail the specific complaints of the dissatisfied public library users in Taegu Metropolitan city, with regard to materials, facilities, information services and staffs of the libraries. It also analyses the relatedness of complaining behaviors, complaints and demographic factors including gender, age, occupation, income, and education.

본 연구는 전자상거래에서 협력적 필터링 알고리즘을 통한 사용자의 선호도 예측 정확도와 사용자가 평가한 선호도 평가치의 관계를 분석하여 알고리즘의 예측 정확도에 영향을 미치는 평가치의 통계적 특성에 관하여 연구한다. 협력적 필터링 알고리즘의 예측 정확도는 상품에 대해 공통의 관심을 갖는 이웃 사용자들의 선정과 이들의 선호도 경향이 중요한 요인이지만 본 연구에서는 선호도 예측을 위한 자신의 선호도 평가치 특성이 알고리즘에 중요한 요인임을 제시한다. 이러한 평가치의 평균, 표준편차, 왜도, 첨도 등과 같은 통계적 특성이 선호도 예측 정확도와 연관성이 있음을 제시하여 차후 연구에서 선호도 예측 이전에 사용자의 선호도 예측성과에 대한 사전평가의 가능성을 제시하고자 한다.

Design of experiments (DOE) is a method that has been applied in the industry to improve value for many decades. This study provides an overview of 115 cases of statistical DOE applications in the field of chemical engineering. All cases were published in important scientific journals for the last ten years. The applied design type, the experiment size, the number of factors and levels affecting the response variable, and the area of application for the design were all analyzed. Obviously, the number of publications related with statistical DOE increased over time.

The purpose of this investigate the effect of the educational institution service quality f the government-supported beauty-related educational institution on the students' perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior. Participations in the study collected 362 students at a government-funded educational institution located in Seoul and Gyeon-ggi by a convenience sampling method. The collected data was analyzed through descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS statistical package version 26.0 version. The results derived through a series of research procedures are as follows: First, educational service quality, perceived usefulness and career preparation behavior showed a statistically significant positive(+) correlation. Second, it was found that educational service quality had a statistically significant positive(+) effect on perceived usefulness. Third, the educational service quality showed a positive(+) influence on the career preparation behavior of information collection activities and job preparation activities. Fourth, the perceived usefulness was found to have a statistically significant positive(+) effect on the career preparation behavior of the information collection activities ad job preparation activities. The results of this research can be used as basic data to increase the efficiency of beauty-related government funding projects by evaluating the quality of education services of state-funded beauty related educational institutions.

본 연구는 농촌융복합산업에 관심이 있는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업인들의 농촌융복합산업 창업의도 발현에 대한 영향요인들을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자들이 농촌융복합산업 창업이라는 의사결정을 하는데 미치는 영향요인을 실증적으로 분석하여 영향관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 특히 농촌융복합산업 창업도 창업의 한 형태로 이해할 수 있는 것이라는 관점에서 논의를 전개하였으며, 이를 위해 창업연구 분야에서 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석에 사용되는 연구분석틀을 응용하여 분석을 수행하였다. 잠재적 농촌융복합산업 창업자들인 예비농업인들의 창업 기초 자료를 제공하고 관련 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 예비 농촌융복합산업 창업자들이 현재의 환경 하에서 농촌융복합산업 창업을 고려할 때 창업의도에 미치는 요인들로서 개인적요인과 외부적요인으로 귀농지역적 요인, 정책적요인을 선정하였다. 이후 선행연구 및 정책적 자료들에 대한 문헌연구를 통해 이론적인 개념을 정립하고 연구모형을 설정하였다. 선택된 연구의 변수들인 내적 개인특성, 외부 환경요인, 정책적요인, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도들 간의 관계를 실증분석하고, 이를 토대로 의미 있는 이론적 및 정책적 시사점들을 제시하고자 한다. 첫째, 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대해 알아볼 것이다. 이를 위해 연구대상인 농촌융복합산업 예비창업자 개인적 요인과 외부적인 지역적요인, 정책요인을 변수로 제시하고자 한다. 둘째, 표본의 일반적 특성과 농촌융복합산업 창업의도와의 상관관계에 대해 분석할 것이다. 연령, 현재 회사에서 맡고 있는 업무분야, 기업규모, 성별, 학력, 농촌융복합산업 유형, 근무경력 등 인구통계적 특성이 개인의 농업·농촌 관심도와 농촌융복합산업 창업의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 집단간 비교분석을 통해 알아볼 것이다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the importance and satisfaction of exhibition and convention destinations from the MICE(meeting, incentive tour, convention, and exhibition) planners. Overall, four results were revealed from this study. First, considering the importance of selection attributes, soundproofing, lighting, temperature, A V facilities, the space of main convention hall and exhibition were the most important attributes. Second, hypothesis 1 suggested that there were statistically significant differences in the attributes of convention destination selection based on the socio-demographic variables. More specifically, a statistically significant was found in the 17 attributes out of 5 factors and 4 demographic variables. Third, hypothesis 2 suggested that there were statistically significant in the attributes of convention destination selection based on the planning characteristics of MICE. For instance, statistically significants were found 9 attributes out of 5 factors and the 4 planning characteristics. Fourth, the regional space of exhibition and convention was the most influential to the intention to revisit, followed by exhibition and convention facilities and use cost. And also, considering the recommendation to the other MICE planners who recently have used exhibition and convention centers, the facilities was the most influential, followed by use cost and tourism space surrounding exhibition and convention centers.
