  • 본 연구의 목적은 소비자 가치와 스포츠웨어 추구혜택 및 속성평가의 관계를 조사하고, 스포츠웨어의 국내 및 외국상표 선택과 인구통계적 변인에 따른 추구혜택 및 속성평가의 차이를 밝히며, 소비자 가치와 인구통계적 변인이 스포츠웨어 추구혜택에 어느 정도 영향을 미치는가를 파악하는 데 있다. 연구방법은 질문지법을 사용하였으며, 조사대상은 서울과 서울근교에 거주하는 10∼30대 남녀 468명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 프로그램을 사용하여 요인분석, t 검증, 일원변량분석, Duncan의 다중범위검증, χ² 검증, Pearson의 적률상관관계, 다변인회귀분석을 실시하였다.   • When electromagnetic waves propagate through atmosphere, waves are affected by various factors. Atmosphere normally consists of different molecular species, water vapours, rain, fog, snow and small suspended particles called aerosols. The distributions of atmosphere molecules, water vapours, rain rate, snowfall and aerosol are dependent on geometrical regions or environment. In order to predict propagation characteristics in atmospheric environment, statistical analysis of the relevant parameters such as temperature, humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind speed, areosol and rainfall is crucial. In this paper, we performed a long-term statistical analysis for the atmospheric parameters in domestic environments and analyzed the propagation characteristics through atmosphere based on that.

  • 본 연구에서는 우리나라 주요 관측소의 연최대강수량과 연강수량을 내상으로 변동 및 경향을 분석하여 그 결과를 비교하였다. 강수 자료의 변화분석을 수행함에 있어 양질의 강수 자료를 수집하기 위하여 기상청 보유 관측소 중 30년 이상 강우 기록을 가지고 있는 관측소를 내상으로 연최대강수량과 연강수량 자료를 추출하였다. 강수 자료의 변화분석은 크게 2가지로 변동분석과 경향분석을 수행하였다. 변동분석은 강수 자료의 평균과 분산의 편차에 따른 변동점 가정을 이용하여 변동점 전${\cdot}$후 강수 자료의 평균과 분산 변화에 내하여 통계적 유의성을 검정하는 방법이다. 경향분석은 강수 자료의 증가 또는 감소의 경향을 매개변수적, 비매개변수적 방법으로 통계적 유의성을 검정하는 방법이다. 본 연구에서 수행한 변동 및 경향분석 결과 어떤 기후적 요인에 의하여 강수량이 변화했다는 길과는 통계적 유의성에서 확인되지 않았다. 그러나 강수량 도시(plot)를 통한 강수량의 변동 및 경향은 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 빈도 해석에 의한 확률강수량 산정시 고려 대상이 된다.

Characteristics of Participation in Eco-tourism by Lifestyle: Focused on the Case of University Students in Korea (대학생소비자 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 생태관광 참여특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigated and differences per lifestyle type according to characteristics of participation in eco-tourism by classifying lifestyle types of university student consumers. Also, the influences exerted on characteristics of participation in eco-tourism by the variables of demographical characteristics, lifestyle types and characteristics of eco-tourism were analyzed. The results indicated by the research can be summarized as follows. First, significant differences were found in terms of sociability inclination factors and leisure inclination factors. In other words, the group of people who had participated in eco-tourism were more of sociability-inclined and leisure-inclined lifestyle types than the group of people who had not participated in eco-tourism. Second, logistic analysis on the types of influences exerted on participation in eco-tourism by demographical characteristics, characteristics of eco-tourism and lifestyle types, it was found that significant influences were exerted by such variables of propensity of learning in eco-tourism, leisure inclination factors and school year. Third, regression analysis on the types of influences exerted on intention to participate in eco-tourism by demographical characteristics, characteristics of eco-tourism and lifestyle types, propensity of awareness on eco-tourism, tendency of preferring eco-tourism, sociability inclination factors and progress inclination factors were selected as significant variables.

개발도상국에서의 출산력 변천 추이와 결정요인

  • 본 연구는 개발도상국에서의 출산력 변천과 그 결정요인을 검토하는데 그 목적이 있다. 구체적으로 본 연구는 출산력 감소의 속도와 인구변천 단계에서의 출산력 변화, 그리고 인구변천 후기에 출산력 수준에 영향을 주는 요인들에 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 우선 지난 40년간 개발도상국에서의 출산력 변화 추이를 검토하고자 한다. 그 다음으로 본 연구는 이러한 인구변천 과정을 사회경제적 변화에 관련시켜 분석하고자 한다. 분석 결과 사회경제 지표들과 영아사망률 및 출산력과의 관계는 대부분 예상했던 방향으로 나타나고 있으나, 그 관계의 통계적 유의성은 조사 시기에 따라 약간의 차이를 보이고 있다. 사회경제적 지표 중 문맹률은 조사 시기에 관계없이 모두 출산력과 통계적으로 유의미한 관계를 보이고 있어, 교육수준이 높을수록 출산력이 낮아진다는 일반적인 견해를 뒷받침하고 있다. 그러나 도시화율과 소득이 각각 출산력에 미치는 영향은 시기에 따라 통계적인 유의성을 달리 하고 있다. 연구 모형에서 중요한 매개변인으로 설정된 영아사망률은 출산력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있으며, 사회경제적 변인들이 영아사망률을 통하여 출산력에 미치는 간접적인 영향도 비교적 잘 드러나고 있다.

A Study on Market Segmentation of Home Meal Replacement Consumers (가정식사대용식(Home Meal Replacement) 소비자의 시장세분화에 관한 연구)

  • The purposes of the study were (1) to identify the market segments of home meal replacement(HMR) consumers based on purchasing selection attributes and (2) to investigate demographic characteristics and purchasing behaviors unique to each segmented market. A total of 266 responses were used for data analysis using SPSS 19.0. Data analyses included frequency analysis, chi-square analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, MANOVA, and discriminant analysis. The result of the factor analysis showed four important dimensions in selection attributes: food quality, design, convenience, and accessibility. The results of the cluster analysis identified two HMR market segments, namely, highly involved HMR consumers and lowly involved HMR consumers. Highly involved HMR consumers considered all the selection dimensions more important than lowly involved HMR consumers. In addition, these two groups showed different demographic characteristics and purchasing behaviors. Managerial implications were provided.

Analysis of the Statistical Methods used in Scientific Research published in The Korean Journal of Culinary Research (한국조리학회지에 게재된 학술적 연구의 통계적 기법 분석)

  • Give that statistical analysis is an essential component of foodservice-related research, the purpose of this review is to analyse research trends of statistical methods applied to foodservice-related research. To achieve these objective, this study carried out a content analysis on a total of 251 out of 415 research articles published in The Korean Journal of Culinary Research(TKJCR) from January 2010 to December 2013. Of the total 164 research articles focussing on natural science research, qualitative research, articles written in English were excluded from the scope of this study. The results of this study are as follows. First, it turned out that 269 research articles applied quantitative research methods, and only 10 articles applied qualitative research methods among the 279 research articles based on social science research methods. Second, 20 article (8.0%) among the 251 did not specify the statistical methods or computer programs that were used for statistical analysis. Third, it was found that 228 articles (90.8%) used the SPSS program for data analysis. Fourth, in terms of frequency of use, it was revealed frequency analysis was most used, followed in order by reliability analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation modeling, confirmatory factor analysis, t-test, variance analysis, and cross tabs analysis, However, 3 out of 56 research articles that used a t-test did not suggest a t-value. 10 out of 64 articles that used ANOVA and demonstrated a significant difference in between-group mean did not conducted post-hoc test. Therefore, the researchers with interest in foodservice fields need to keep in mind that choosing and applying the correct statistical technique both determine the value and the success or failure of a study. To enhance the value and success of a study, it is necessary to use the proper statistical technique in an efficient way in order to prevent statistical errors.

Comparison of Customer Satisfaction Indices Using Different Methods of Weight Calculation (가중치 산출방법에 따른 고객만족도지수의 비교)

  • This study compares Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI) and the weight for each dimension by applying various methods of weight calculation and attempts to suggest some implications. For the purpose, the study classified the methods of weight calculation into the subjective method and the statistical method. Constant sum scale was used for the subjective method, and the statistical method was again segmented into correlation analysis, principal component analysis, factor analysis, structural equation model. The findings showed that there is difference between the weights from the subjective method and the statistical method. The order of the weights by the analysis methods were classified with similar patterns. Besides, the weight for each dimension by different methods of weight calculation showed considerable deviation and revealed the difference of discrimination and stability among the dimensions. Lastly, the CSI calculated by various methods of weight calculation showed to be the highest in structural equation model, followed by in the order of regression analysis, correlation analysis, arithmetic mean, principal component analysis, constant sum scale and factor analysis. The CSI calculated by each method showed to have statistically significant difference.

Local Linear Logistic Classification of Microarray Data Using Orthogonal Components (직교요인을 이용한 국소선형 로지스틱 마이크로어레이 자료의 판별분석)

  • The number of variables exceeds the number of samples in microarray data. We propose a nonparametric local linear logistic classification procedure using orthogonal components for classifying high-dimensional microarray data. The proposed method is based on the local likelihood and can be applied to multi-class classification. We applied the local linear logistic classification method using PCA, PLS, and factor analysis components as new features to Leukemia data and colon data, and compare the performance of the proposed method with the conventional statistical classification procedures. The proposed method outperforms the conventional ones for each component, and PLS has shown best performance when it is embedded in the proposed method among the three orthogonal components.
