This study was conducted in order to examine the quantity of health and medical statistics survey in Medical Records Offices which was required by outside institutions and whether it is profitable for the hospitals or not. The thirteen outside institutions required health and medical statistics of the 24 types of the survey to Medical Records Offices. 16.7% of health and medical statistics of the survey was paid to medical records offices such as the National Cancer Registration Survey, Patient Survey, Tuberculosis Patient Survey, and Hospital Discharge Patients Injury Survey. Medical Records Offices' total length of time for the health and medical statistics survey was over 200 hours per year like the National Cancer Registration Survey, Healthcare Accreditation System and Hospital Discharge Patients Injury Survey. The Medical Record Administrators in the hospitals with fewer than 500 beds work full time from 1 to 3. It is indicated in the study that it is necessary to improve the health and medical statistics survey system in Medical Records Offices required by the outside institutions and to employ additional Medical Record Administrator for more accurate Health and Medical Statistics Survey.

최근 일본 자동차 타이어 협회에서 발표한 87년도 일본 타이어 메이커 6사(Bridgestone,Yokohama,Sumitomo, Toyo, Ohtsu, Okamoto)의 수급통계를 보면 생산, 판매가 다 같이 과거최고를 기록하였다. 그러나, 수입 타이어도 계속 증가추세에 있으며 수입 타이어의 신차(승용차) 장착 율이 12%에 달한 것으로 추정되어, 앞으로의 동향이 주목되고 있다.

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) is regarded as an essential information to understand regional economy. However, GRDP is hardly used for establishment of regional economic plan and related statistical research due to its late and yearly publication. Therefore, it is necessary to estimate quarterly GRDP to grasp the current regional economy faster In this study, considering the comovement between GDP and GRDP for the same industry, reference series are made. Quarterly GRDP is estimated the following two steps; First, preliminary quarterly GRDP is estimated using Chow-Lin's method based on the reference series to eliminate temporal discrepancies. Second, preliminary quarterly GRDP is adjusted using Denton's multivariate method to eliminate contemporaneous discrepancies.

With the current sampling scheme, the sampling variance is getting larger in producing smaller regional statistics than the designed area, The larger sample size can make the variance reduced but the efficiency of sample survey lower. The desired confidence level of sampling survey can be obtained using the current sample scheme with the same sample size and administrative data. In this paper, the number of the unemployed of 5 regions in Daejon are estimated using small area estimation methods and the CV values in each estimation method is calculated and compared for their estimation efficiency as empirical study. Jackknife method is proposed to estimate the MSE of synthetic estimator and composite estimator more accurately.

그 동안 우리나라 조경수목의 생산현황에 대한 자료는 현재 산림청, 조달청, 한국조경수협회와 발주처별로 매년조사 되고 있으나 통계조사치의 정확성과 신뢰 등이 낮았고 또한 규격별 조사가 행하여 지지 않고 수목의 수령별, 경급별로 조사되어 실용상의 활용가치가 적었다. (중략)
