This paper aims to explore the factors of learner's flow and to develop and validate a scale to measure the flow in Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game(MMORPG) for education. First of all, potential factors were drawn through literature review. The potential stage comprises 6 factors(learner's psychological characteristics, learner's skill, importance of game, environment for learner, instructional design, and instructional environment) and 16 subfactors. With total 48 items developed. a survey was carried out among 293 elementary learners who had been participating in a commercial MMORPG for English skills to measure their flow in the MMORPG by utilizing the potential scale. Using the responses collected from 288 respondents, exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. The expository factor analysis showed that items within each sub-factors could be bound into one factor. That is, the variables evaluating learner's flow were divided into six factors(learner's psychological characteristics, learner's skill, importance of game, environment for learner, instructional design, and instructional environment). And these factors were interpreted consisting of 16 sub-ones. Reliability estimates indicated that the evaluation tool had good internal consistency. The confirmatory factor analysis did confirm the model suggested by the expository factor analysis. Over fit measures(CFI, NFI, NNFI) showed the good suitability of the model. Findings of this study confirmed the validity and reliability of the scale to measure learner's flow in MMORPG.
The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the mental health of high school students. The participants comprised 216 students in general high school. Data collection was conducted from May 1, 2020 to May 20, 2020. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and a multiple regression analysis. The average score for self-esteem was 3.75±0.64(1-5), perceived stress was 2.86±0.58(1-5), emotional regulation ability was 3.43±0.65(1-5) and mental health was 1.91±0.71(1-5). Mental health had a statistically significant relationship with self-esteem(r=-.64, p<.001), emotional regulation ability(r=-.61, p<.001) and perceived stress(r=.54, p<.001). The factors affecting mental health were self-esteem(β=.46, p<.001), emotional regulation ability(β=-.37, p<.001), negative perceived stress(β=.17, p=.001) ; the explanatory power of the model was 60.0%. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop a program that can help high school students improve their self-esteem and control their negative emotions in order to promote their mental health.
Many studies using trademark information have suggested that trademark information is good data to monitor business trends. This study intends to analyze the trend change before and after COVID-19 using trademark information. Changes before and after COVID-19 were analyzed by using goods & service classification, similar group code, and designated goods information as trademark information. Among the trademark information, it was statistically significant that the change in trends before and after COVID-19 using designated goods names. To verify the results, the changes in keywords using designated goods names before and after COVID-19 were compared with the frequency of keywords in Google Trends. Among the top 8 keywords extracted from designated goods names, the frequency of Google trend searches for 'online, antibacterial, prevention of epidemics, meal kit, virtual' is on the rise, and 'mask, droplet' is not on the rise, but it increased rapidly at the time of COVID-19, and even after COVID-19, it showed a higher level than before. The frequency of 'unmanned' does not differ much before and after COVID-19, but it has been maintained at a consistently high level, and related businesses have been active since before COVID-19, and it can be interpreted as a keyword with high public interest. This study has academic achievements in that it specifically identified information that could be used in business trends by using three types of trademark information.

The demand for measures to enhance the safety of maritime transportation is growing internationally, and coastal shipping companies are pursuing sustainability by establishing various maritime safety policies. Increased awareness of the safety management system and safety culture of coastal shipping companies will minimize accidents and increase corporate sustainability. This study empirically analyzed the impact of a safety management system (safety policy, risk management, and safety guarantee) on the corporate sustainability of coastal shipping companies through the mediation of safety culture. The survey questions for each variable were constructed based on previous research and a dministered to 204 employees of coastal shipping companies. Analysis founed that safety policy did not have a statistically significant effect on safety culture, but risk management and safety guarantees had a positive significant effect on safety culture, which in turn had a positive and significant effect on sustainability. Furthermore, we found that safety culture has a mediating effect on the relationship between risk management and safety guarantees and sustainability. Coastal shipping companies thus need to systematize and strengthen risk management and safety assurance to increase safety culture awareness, and increased safety culture awareness can also increase sustainability.
The purpose of this study is to analyze class satisfaction with peer evaluation in Collaborative Learning-based classes. For collaborative learning-based classes, problem-based learning and project-based learning were selected. Educational implications were derived by designing Instructional procedures of Collaborative Learning-based classes, Peer evaluation types and questionnaire design, Peer evaluation progress of Collaborative Learning-based classes, Class satisfaction research and analysis In Collaborative Learning-based classes. The subjects of the study were participants in Collaborative Learning-based classes selected as problem-based learning and project-based classes. For class satisfaction with peer evaluation in Collaborative Learning-based classes, a survey was conducted on 168 participants A University in Korea. The research tool was designed as Learning procedures for peer evaluation Collaborative Learning-based classes is Team Building, Plan to the Task, To do Task, Mid-check on task, Task completion, Presentation & Evaluation, Reflection & Self-Evaluation. The content validity of items was confirmed by CVR of 12 experts. In the research results, the average class satisfaction of peer evaluation is 4.05(SD=91), followed by class concentration, diligence, voluntary, learning atmosphere. As a result of t-testing the difference in class type between collaborate learning-based classes, the satisfaction of PBL was higher than that of PjBL and a statistically significant difference was observed. The result of this study have significance in providing implications for class design and operation for the application and expansion of peer evaluation in higher education. However, there is a limit to generalization as a result of research using convenience.
This study empirically analyzed how the elements of entrepreneurship and the fear of entrepreneurial failure influence entrepreneurial intention with each other in a situation that encourages startups. In particular, the moderating effect of fear of entrepreneurial failure was verified by dividing the fear of entrepreneurial failure into three sub-variables: fear of financial loss, fear of psychological loss, and fear of career loss. As a result, it was found that proactiveness and risk-taking had a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, but innovativeness did not. Fear of entrepreneurial failure(all of sub-variables) was found to have no significantly moderating effect on the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial intention. Therefore it seemed to have a negative effect as a independent variable. However, considering the regression coefficient(β) is positive or negative depending on the interaction terms of the sub-variables of fear of entrepreneurial failure and the entrepreneurship, it could be inferred that the moderating effect could be positive or negative. Based on this research results, a sophisticated entrepreneurship education program to inspire entrepreneurship and lower the fear of failure is needed in order to promote startups. And at the same time, a social safety net construction plan to reduce the fear of entrepreneurial failure needs to be prepared.

The main purpose of this study was to empirically validate whether a factor in reducing youth externalizing problem behaviors impact analysis and affection between father and youth self-esteem externalizing problem behavior through effective regulation. The survey was conducted by the researcher who visits the school to collect the sample data by random sampling method on 336 male students at D area. After delating the 38 insincere questionnaires, final 298 data were analyzed. Using SPSS 21.0, the simple correlational analysis was conducted to decide the relationship among the variables and in order to know the reciprocal model, hierarchical multiple regression analysis was implemented. The results showed the esteem and the affection his father on a statistically significant effect on youth externalizing problem behavior, father attachment had the effect of regulating the relationship between self-esteem and externalizing problem behavior. Through these results through the self-esteem Improvement Plan of the Father and the love of young people and to promote a proposal for reducing externalizing problem behavior.
The hotel industry in China has shown great growth both in terms of quantity and quality, but management of the most important element of the success of the hotel company is still not enough. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of emotional intelligence including self emotional appraisal, others' emotional appraisal, regulation of emotion, use of emotion on Chinese hotel employees' resilience to improve job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and to reduce turnover intention. Also, the relationship between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and turnover intention was investigated. In order to analyze this, we surveyed 322 employees of Shanghai 4, 5star hotel in China. Empirical analysis showed that self emotional appraisal, regulation of emotion, and use of emotion of Chinese hotel employees had a positive effect on resilience, but others' emotional appraisal did not affect resilience. In addition, the resilience showed a positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment, but not on turnover intention. Also, job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on organizational commitment and turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a significant negative impact on turnover intention. This study aims to provide a better understanding of emotional intelligence and resilience, and to provide effective management of human resources management.

In this paper, we investigated the age classification from the speaker by analyzing the voice calls of the emergency center. We classified the adult and elderly from the call center calls using behavioral speech utterances and SVM(Support Vector Machine) which is a machine learning classifier. We selected two behavioral speech utterances through analysis of the call data from the emergency center: Silent Pause and Turn-taking latency. First, the criteria for age classification selected through analysis based on the behavioral speech utterances of the emergency call center and then it was significant(p <0.05) through statistical analysis. We analyzed 200 datasets (adult: 100, elderly: 100) by the 5 fold cross-validation using the SVM(Support Vector Machine) classifier. As a result, we achieved 70% accuracy using two behavioral speech utterances. It is higher accuracy than one behavioral speech utterance. These results can be suggested age classification as a new method which is used behavioral speech utterances and will be classified by combining acoustic information(MFCC) with new behavioral speech utterances of the real voice data in the further work. Furthermore, it will contribute to the development of the emergency situation judgment system related to the age classification.

The present study is a conceptual replication of O'Grady, Lee, and Choo's (2003) earlier study designed to investigate two hypotheses (linear distance hypothesis vs. structural distance hypothesis) in relation to L2 Korean learners' processing of Korean subject and object relative clauses (RCs) in a scholarly attempt to explicate Keenan and Comrie's (1977) Noun Phrase Accessibility Hierarchy (NPAH). In addition, the current study is intended to explore any potential role of working memory capacity (WMC) in the processing of Korean subject and/or object RCs. Chinese-speaking learners of Korean taking a language course offered at a local university in Korea participated in this experimental study. Among those recruited, only 23 learners completed the experimental tasks appropriately according to the specific instructions provided on each task, and thus, subsequent statistical analyses were conducted on their data. Fifteen Korean NSs were also recruited for the control group. Two experimental tasks were administerd to the participants: one picture selection task containing the same test items used in O'Grady et al.'s study to measure their processing of subject-object RCs and an operation span (OSPAN) task to measure their WMC. Somewhat differently from O'Grady et al.'s findings, the participating Chinese learners of Korean performed significantly better on object RCs than on subject RCs, seemingly lending support to the linear distance hypothesis. Further analyses, however, suggested that the results in favor of, or relative ease of processing, object relative clauses were due, most likely, to the learners' excessive use of the canonical sentence strategy, which also led to nonsignificant correlations between WMC and learner performance on the picture selection task.
