This study explored effective teaching-learning activities under the hybrid teaching model combining flipped learning, direct instruction, cooperative learning and distance learning. Subjects were 99 college students enrolled in 2 teacher preparation courses. Students evaluated effectiveness of 22 teaching-learning activities according to Likert scale at the end of the semester. As a result, all 22 teaching learning activities were considered effective more or less. They facilitated motivation, comprehension, participation, thinking, and led to mastery of the task. ② Activities scored low were 'questioning and answering at the beginning of online class', 'open book test'. ③ Hybrid teaching model was favored over traditional instruction. Open ended responses were consistent with the ones in the questionnaire. This research supports the notion that key teaching models to be combined for successful flipped learning in college setting are direct instruction and cooperative learning. Furthermore, effective and ineffective teaching strategies for flipped learning were found.

본 논문에서는 대입수시전형에서 생활기록부 입력은 대한민국 입시를 결정하는 매우 중요한 평가자료이다. 30명의 교사를 대상으로 실시한 설문조사를 통해서 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 가장 많이 참고하는 자료로는 수행평가 결과물, 발표내용, 보고서, 감상문 등의 학습 결과물(90%), 학생들이 작성한 자기평가서(73.3%), 관찰 평가지(50%)로 나타났으며, 80%(24명)의 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 고충을 겪고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 교사들이 느끼는 고충의 원인으로는 학생들의 개인별 특성 파악이 어려워 차별성있게 작성하는 것(76.7%)을 가장 힘들어 하였고, 작성해야 할 많은 수의 학생(60%), 문구를 만드는데 대해 부담(86.7%)을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 이 과정에서 교사의 전문성 뿐만 아니라 기계적이고 반복적인 작업도 많이 요구되고 있기 때문에, 생활기록부를 작성하는데에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 고안을 내었다. 교사들 역시 반복적이고 일률적인 생활기록부 작성에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램이 있다면 유용하게 활용할 것이라는 응답이 90%였다. 따라서 본 연구에서 자연어 처리 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 교사들이 생활기록부를 작성하는데 있어 기계적이고 단순한 작업을 도와 주는 프로그램 개발에 대한 연구의 필요성을 제시하였다. 제안하는 프로그램은 학생들의 탐구보고서, 토론, 발표, 감상문 등의 생화기록부 작성 참고자료들을 텍스트로 변환하고 추상요약(Abstractive Summarization)을 통해 교사들이 효율적으로 작성하는데 활용될 수 있도록 설계하였다. 연구 결과 생활기록부 작성 참고자료를 텍스트로 변환하는 것과 추상요약을 할 수 있는 개방형 데이터셋까지는 확보하였다. 추상요약을 구현하는 방법에 대해서는 보다 심도 있는 추가연구가 필요하였다. 이를 통해 교사들이 교육 본질에 더욱 충실할 수 있는 환경을 마련하고, 내실 있는 생활기록부 작성이 공교육 신뢰 제고에 밑바탕이 되고자 한다.

The social impact of science and technology is increasing, the meaning of technology assessment is not small in modern society, Specially, the technology assesment(TA) has been institutionalized and performed by Korean administration and its official results has reflected directly in the S&T policy. Therefore, the technology assesment is a device that prepare the negative effects of S&T and the social controversy in advance. To select the target technology of technology assessment will be done carefully in various perspective and concerned with the characteristics of technology assessment emphasizing social assessment, the institutional system of selecting one technology in each year and the contents and methods of evaluation that are determined in accordance with technology characteristics. However, the method of selecting target technology in TA is mostly peformed by qualitative discussion and vote rather than by reflecting various opinion and understanding TA until now. In this paper, we developed the indicator has to be considered to select target technology for TA by using factor analysis. Developed indicator is consist of five factor, such as the need for social consensus and the size of social/cultural impact etc., and we weight each factor by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Futhermore, we show the example how to applicate directly these indicator and weights to select target technology and suggest institutional application in TA. Though using developed indicator in this paper, we expect to select appropriate technology for institutional TA and the application of TA results in society and public policy can be strengthened.

This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.

In recent years, the needs of consumers for personality and personalized clothing are increasing. Knitting machines, which produce clothing by the user at low cost, are a good way to meet consumer demand. However, the user is having difficulty in using the knitting machine pattern program, which is a software program, independently of the operation of the knitting machine. Therefore, this study conducted a literature review prior to the empirical research and evaluated the usability by selecting three kinds of frequently used knitting machine pattern programs as research subjects. Based on the nine usability evaluation principles derived from expert group discussions, the study found that the needs of users for nine evaluation principles: visibility, conciseness, operability, consistency, accuracy, flexibility, intuition, error recognition, and supplementary explanation (The purpose of this study is to identify the direction and alternatives of usability improvement for the interface of the knitting machine pattern program.

The purposes of this study are to evaluate the navigability of three web-based mapping applications and to suggest how to improve the navigability of all web-based mapping applications. With these purposes, this study conducted a web-based survey congruent with a think aloud and systematic observation for individual participants, followed up by a focus group with all participants. Based on the findings, recommendations are proposed for web-based mapping applications that include a standard click and drag panning function in mapping applications, a scaled zooming option, increased text for icons and buttons, and other potential changes to computer hardware for increased navigability in these applications. By improving the navigability of web-based mapping applications, the learning time may be reduced for each application and the speed at which users' geographic information needs are met will be quicker.

This study proposed to assess courses which are currently offered in the Department of Library and Information Science, and to explore directions for improvement. Based on field librarians' needs and opinions about the courses, we suggested separating the required, core, and elective courses. We proposed six courses including 'Internship', 'Introduction to Library and Information Science', 'Cataloging and Classification', 'Library Management', and 'Information Retrieval' as required courses, and 5 courses including 'Practice in Cataloging and Classification', 'Information Resource and Service', 'Collection Development', 'Digital Library System', 'Introduction to Bibliography' and 'Records Management and Archives' as core courses. Finally, the remaining courses were recommended as selective courses which each department could select depending on their circumstances and faculty. The important components for substantial LIS courses are as follows: timeliness of training topics, expertise of educational contents, professionalism and qualifications of faculty, specialized educational materials, and increasing the major correlation between courses and professors.

This research is an empirical study to analyze the relationship among the ethical leadership of supervisor, CSR attitude of subordinate, and supervisor's performance evaluated by subordinate. A survey was conducted for the employees of a large manufacturing company in Korea, and 196 questionnaires were analyzed. Results of multiple regression analyses showed that the relationship between the ethical leadership of supervisor and the CSR attitude of subordinate was positively significant. That is, the supervisor's ethical leadership leads the subordinate's positive CSR attitude. And, supervisor's performance evaluated by subordinate positively moderated the relationship between ethical leadership and CSR attitude. That is, when subordinates assesses the supervisor's performance as high, the positive relationship between supervisor's ethical leadership and subordinate's CSR attitude becomes relatively stronger. Theoretical and managerial implications of these empirical results were discussed.

Frequently, pre-service elementary teachers are asked to write reflective journals on their teaching during teacher education program. However, writing reflective journals can not guarantee pre-service teachers to learn from their experience. In this study, 44 reflective journals of pre-service elementary teachers on their science teaching were analyzed in terms of 'productive reflection', a concept suggested by Davis (2006). Productive reflection may help teachers' effective learning by considering interrelationships among aspects of teaching including learners and learning, subject matter knowledge, assessment, and instruction. The result showed what aspects of teaching were included, emphasized, and integrated in the pre-service elementary teachers' reflective journals. Implications for teacher education would be discussed.

As e-learning is recognized in new education form, Learning Management System that manage general activity of learning to maximize effect of education is being developed actively. Usually, Learning Management System includes course registration and learning as well as learner's learning recording and tracking, evaluation in online. But, most systems is lacking a tool that learners can collaborate with companion learners, and planning learning and set valuation basis as leading. In this paper, we can expect effective collaborative learning activities because can make debate and team project smooth by suggesting collaborative learning module that can drive voluntary participation such as group formation, learning plan, mutually estimation as leading to learner in Learning Management System of blended learning base that support online and offline environment both.
